our wedding was to have a lively dance floor and Mod Society completely over-delivered in making this happen for us. The band was so talented and did an awesome job of engaging with our guests (special shout out to the drummer for his stage presence during Pink Pony Club). The entire night the dance floor was rocking! Specifically, one thing that was very meaningful for us was the band learned and played our songs for both our first dance and father-daughter dance and knocked each out of the park. About a month later, our guests continue to rave about Mod Society and we are so glad they could play our wedding!

They were the highlight of our wedding. Not only are they so incredibly talented, their energy was infectious and not a single person left the dance floor the entire night. One of our singers, Liz even engaged the audience in the songs out on the dance floor. We never could've imagined a better band for our wedding. They made the day absolutely perfect and everyone is still talking about them. Don't hesitate for one second. Book them fast :)

They worked with us to understand the type of atmosphere we wanted for our wedding (upbeat with a crowded dancefloor and mostly contemporary songs) and picked three amazing singers. Once we signed them, they learned (and nailed) our first dance/parent dance songs and even agreed to learn/perform a song with maid-of-honor (who sang a number as part of her speech). They proceeded to nail all the songs from their extensive ensemble as well. 5 stars without question - Mod Society totally rocked and our wedding would not have been as great as it was without them!

They were just so good - the band was tight, the singers knocked it out of the park and they kept such a good energy the whole night. Everybody loved the band! They are pros. Their renditions of our custom songs were extremely moving and well crafted, and their set kept people on the floor all night. To top things off, they cross-faded our personal playlist and played it through their speakers during our Venetian Hour to keep the party going while they broke down. anted a band as I am a musician and we both share a love for live music. After lots of research, we booked Mod Society for our Montauk wedding and could not be happier with our choice! We had a 9-piece band with three singers, guitar, bass, drums, keys, and 2 horn players - each and every member of the band is insanely talented and brings a ton of energy to the party. On the back end, Claudio is a joy to work with. He is committed to working with you to bring your vision to life, and brings a ton of experience in the industry to the table to make this happen. Not to mention, relative to other NY-area bands, Mod Society’s pricing was very reasonable for a band of this size and caliber. On top of all of this, Mod Society worked with us to coordinate the perfect time during the reception for me to go up with the band for a song. I played bass, my dad played drums, and my best man sang, while the Mod Society guitarist played along with us to Give It Away by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. It went so well and our guests raved about the performance. Our friends and family can’t stop raving about how great Mod Society was! I was pleased to hear multiple times during the evening my guests remarking how good they thought the band was. Not that you wouldn’t be able to tell by the hip shakin’ boogie woogieing going on the dance floor. It was a sight to see, and hear! As versatile as they are as a band and as accomaditing with their set lists as they are. You can’t put a price on an act with talent. That’s Mod Society. Happy to have had them!
