ntment, everyone was friendly, professional, and made the process of choosing my bridal dress feel special. Unfortunately, that level of service didn't continue after I made my purchase.
Communication was extremely poor. I was never notified when my dress arrived at the store and had to follow up myself. To make matters worse, the store ordered my dress in the wrong size. While they eventually corrected their mistake, it took a lot of persistence and repeated complaints on my part before anything was done.
I was also surprised by the lack of professionalism I witnessed in the store. One employee was walking around barefoot and drinking champagne that was intended for customers while on the job, which did not inspire confidence.
In the end, I'm grateful that I did receive my dress, but the entire process was far more stressful than it should have been. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Modern Affinity to anyone looking for a reliable and professional bridal shop.

My story: I found a dress I loved online & made an appointment. After the one in store sold, Michelle made sure to get another in my size so when I came in, I was the first & only one to try it on.
