Think Twice Before Ordering Your Wedding Dress Here
My experience with Modern Affinity started off great, which makes the rest of it even more disappointing. During my first appoi...
ntment, everyone was friendly, professional, and made the process of choosing my bridal dress feel special. Unfortunately, that level of service didn't continue after I made my purchase.
Communication was extremely poor. I was never notified when my dress arrived at the store and had to follow up myself. To make matters worse, the store ordered my dress in the wrong size. While they eventually corrected their mistake, it took a lot of persistence and repeated complaints on my part before anything was done.
I was also surprised by the lack of professionalism I witnessed in the store. One employee was walking around barefoot and drinking champagne that was intended for customers while on the job, which did not inspire confidence.
In the end, I'm grateful that I did receive my dress, but the entire process was far more stressful than it should have been. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Modern Affinity to anyone looking for a reliable and professional bridal shop.
I said yes to the dress!!! Mrs Sarah was amazing!

able to look around at all the dresses and pick some I wanted to try. The assistant also helped pull dresses based on what I liked and really made the experience fun! Even though I ended up finding my dress at another salon, I would still recommend Modern Affinity if you are looking for a wedding dress!

I narrowed it down to two dresses but wasn't sure which direction to go. In the end, I returned to the store later that day and pick the dress of my dreams. Terri was patient and advised without pushing to help me through my decision process.

dn't get the level of attention/care at any other store like I did at here.
My story: I found a dress I loved online & made an appointment. After the one in store sold, Michelle made sure to get another in my size so when I came in, I was the first & only one to try it on. It ended up being THE dress & I bought it that day. Definitely check out Modern Affinity when you start your dress search!
Terri is absolutely amazing and so helpful about all things wedding dress. My wedding is a few months away, and I came to see her from out of state as my selection at home did not ...
