About this vendor
Modern Legal is a family law practice located in Charlotte, North Carolina, offering Premarital Legal Counseling services to clients in North Carolina and South Carolina.
We do NOT offer Officiant services.
Modern Legal strives to educate and give legal advice to those seeking a prenup before their big day.
Founder Theresa E. Viera believes that it's important for couples to know what their plans are as a family, financial partnership, and life-long project goals. After witnessing too many marriages end badly in court, she aimed to teach people more about prenups and their benefits if things don't work out. For more legal advice and information about their marriage services, please reach out to Theresa or the team today.
