n American style one on the Virginia side of Washington DC and a semi-traditional Indian one in Piscataway NJ — the second just one week after the first. Akash worked with us for over a year, supporting us emotionally, listening to our rants, even calling and speaking with my Gujarati mom. We really got to know each other well as humans. It was Akash holding a full-time day job that indicated this man might be really good at time management and that couldn’t be more true. On the day of, Akash took care of so many last second items that were causing us all headaches and I’m sure he took care of even more things than we were even aware of.
Married life has been a roller coaster with it’s own set of challenges, but we can’t thank Akash and his team for doing everything they could to give us two magical weddings and a good foundation with which to start our life together. We highly recommend Akash and his team!

Akash helped us carefully evaluate all our venue options and guided us through the decision-making process until we found the perfect one. He also gave us excellent recommendations for vendors, including our decorator and DJ, making the entire planning process much easier.
On the sangeet and wedding day, Akash and his wife, Mansi, handled everything flawlessly. They ensured everything ran smoothly and took great care of us throughout the day. breakdown of what services are provided and the costs associated with them. We ended up hiring them for day-of-coordination for a single event with over 400 guests. Mansi was the main person of contact. She was diligent in preparing the schedule and following up with us on a regular basis. On the day of the event, she arrived at the venue at 6am and made sure the event followed the timeline we had agreed to (and even gracefully accommodated extra guests for the picture slots). Overall, our experience with Mansi and team was exceptional and we highly recommend them!

possible. They studied our wedding plan as if it was theirs and understood all of the nuances of each event we hosted. I highly recommend this team for any event planning
A few qualities particularly stood out to me:
1) Communication: Akash responds within hours and makes himself available at any time via text/email/call. There was never a time when I couldn’t get in touch with him; if anything, he was more proactive about our logistics than we were
2) Thinking outside the box: there were a lot of decisions that needed to be made for a wedding like ours. The Modh events team was able to simplify the decisions to one or two main options and typically came in with a unique option that saved us a little money and made our party unique. An example was when they found a clear refrigerator for use during a house event so guests could easily find refreshments. They found this for us on eBay and it was $150 cheaper than the next best option.
3) Focus and hustle: on the days of the event, the team is laser focused on making it go as smoothly as possible. I personally saw them running around and talking to each vendor, confirming that decorations were going up according to plan, food was being served at the right time, and that the bride’s outfits and makeup team were set up when she needed them. It is pure hustle
