Top-Notch Event Coordination - I hired Modh Events for my wedding and we were thrilled with the outcome. Their team's expertise and dedication were evident from start to finish as they took care of every detail with precision. Akash also took the time to read over the draft of the itinerary we had prepared and provide pointers which helped a lot with the flow of the event! He made himself available anytime for a call if we needed an opinion on a vendor we were going to hire and the logistics. I recommend moving forward with Modh Events if you want a peace of mind at your wedding!

Akash and the entire Modh events team was amazing. Akash spent a significant amount of time before the wedding helping plan a minute by minute timeline for our wedding, and ensured we had a wedding we would remember forever. On the day of the wedding, everything went perfectly and Akash and his team were on top of every detail and made sure events occurred smoothly and on time. I would 100 percent recommend Akash and Modh Events to everyone!

We had a large south Asian wedding with 300 attendees across 4 events, over 3 days, and Modh Events made our each of these events and the weeks leading up to them as stress free as possible. They studied our wedding plan as if it was theirs and understood all of the nuances of each event we hosted. I highly recommend this team for any event planning
A few qualities particularly stood out to me:
1) Communication: Akash responds within hours and makes himself available at any time via text/email/call. There was never a time when I couldn’t get in touch with him; if anything, he was more proactive about our logistics than we were
2) Thinking outside the box: there were a lot of decisions that needed to be made for a wedding like ours. The Modh events team was able to simplify the decisions to one or two main options and typically came in with a unique option that saved us a little money and made our party unique. An example was when they found a clear refrigerator for use during a house event so guests could easily find refreshments. They found this for us on eBay and it was $150 cheaper than the next best option.
3) Focus and hustle: on the days of the event, the team is laser focused on making it go as smoothly as possible. I personally saw them running around and talking to each vendor, confirming that decorations were going up according to plan, food was being served at the right time, and that the bride’s outfits and makeup team were set up when she needed them. It is pure hustle

Hands down the best coordinator in the game. Very professional, supportive and detail oriented. Was very organized and super friendly and easy to communicate with. We were so stress free during the whole process as they provided everything at the best level from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great coordinator that will go out of their way to make sure the event is highly successful and lit!
