Mohr Fun Events Professional DJ Service and Photo Booth

We had hired a DJ for our wedding but he unfortunately caught COVID just a few days before our event. We proceeded to frantically go in search of a new DJ to help us and after hearing great things about Karl, we gave him a call. He honestly saved our day! He was so easy to work with and took on our already planned out and fine tuned event so gracefully. We highly recommend Mohr Fun Events!

Karl is an amazing DJ. He is committed to serving the couple in every way. For our wedding, he was very accommodating to our requests and even mashed-up a couple of songs to match exactly what we were looking for. He brought lots of energy to the event and was super flexible to work with throughout the entire process. He was kind enough to add his sparklers to our reception plans at the last minute which made the night even more special. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Karl and would highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for an amazing DJ who brings the party!

We LOVED Karl from the start! He is such an awesome guy and had so many fun ideas for our wedding. Karl was our DJ, MC, lighting, cold sparks and roaming photo booth director! I highly recommend him for any event, especially weddings!

DJ Ben Nichols with Mohr Fun Events was so phenomenal! We had a phone call the week of my wedding in which he walked through the entire day with me and made sure he understood my vision, which he nailed! He also customized a mash-up song for my father-daughter dance and accommodated all of my requests! He did an amazing job during the ceremony and kept the party going during the reception. He was the last one to leave that night and was truly worth every penny and more. Thanks Ben!

Karl was AWESOME! We hired him for our rehearsal dinner, karaoke and all day for our wedding. We did curate our own playlists but Karl played the perfect songs at the perfect times and kept the party going both nights. Some of our guests even offered to pay him to stay for another 2 hours because everyone was having so much fun. Karl was willing to make any announcements, lead guests where they needed to be, make any quick changes that we needed and was just overall so fun to have around. We also didn’t even realize that he would be taking photos on Friday during rehearsal and karaoke and were so excited to get our gallery and have those moments captured. We also had him setup his photo booth equipment and our guests had a blast taking photos! We could not recommend Mohr Fun Events enough!

I can't even begin to explain how amazing of a job Karl did as our DJ for our wedding! We were married 7-1-21 at Overlook Barn. He went above and beyond for us. He was helpful, kind and accommodating to the changes we had to make because of rain. I had a wedding gift for my husband and needed help pulling it off during the reception. I don’t know where to begin in order to thank DJ Karl and his team for making my wedding day a dream. DJ Karl was one of the best vendors we hired. He was very responsive, fulfilled all my wishes, and even made the perfect photo booth template for me… and the photo booth camera also had stunning quality! He worked with me on all the details and was extremely professional and kind. I really felt like I was in good hands with DJ Karl and his team. He is someone that is so kind you just want to be friends… and not all vendors are like that! I wish I had another event I could hire him for. Thank you for making my wedding day a fairytale!! Karl went above and beyond for us every step of the way! I wanted a faux boxwood wall for our photobooth and he made one for us. I was also able to use my own designs for the photobooth so that it matched the rest of our wedding. Last minute we found out some close family couldn't come and Karl recorded and edited a video of our ceremony and had it to us incredibly quickly. We really put off our music selections but DJ Ben was able to work with us just a few days before the wedding and everything came out perfectly.

Karl derserves 10 stars as he is the absolute BEST DJ on the planet. He will make sure your wedding goes just how you want and then some. You will love his work!

Karl is incredibly nice and has so much experience! He knew exactly what to play at the right moments and took into account our personalities when making the playlist! Whether it was specific songs or just a vibe we wanted, he made our reception so fun and got everyone dancing!

Karl was the best. He was available to help me with decision every step of the way. We spoke by phone and email, and was able to do everything I requested. Our children still talk about the " All kids on the Dance Floor" opening dance. Karl really helped to make our wedding special and tailored specifically to us.

Karl was awesome. His online setup made it easy to send him the timeline of the wedding and reception, as well as the songs we wanted for each. We had a few requests (which he played all of) but we wanted to let him do this thing as a DJ. We gave him a general direction of what we liked/wanted and he ran with it. It was perfect. Karl was incredible and really made our wedding weekend a great event. He came out for our rehearsal dinner and provided karaoke and music until we shut the place down and there were only 4 guests remaining. For the wedding, he had a microphone for the officiant that ensured all of our guests could hear the vows despite being in the rain under umbrellas. Finally, the reception was a great party that kept people on the dance floor all night long. I cannot say enough great things about his services and the level of professionalism he provides. He has a ton of experience and really helped us tie together our weekend to make it a memorable event.

Karl Mohr was incredible every step of the way. You want to hire this man to DJ your wedding. After initial contact through wedding wire he responded almost instantly to every message or email. The longest he took to respond to an email was two days (over a weekend) and when he did, he apologized. Since we were planning from a distance he had us sign a contract through Adobe Sign and pay a deposit online. He also has a user-friendly online planner that helps organize all the information he needs from you to make the day a success. Everything he needed us to complete was simple and well explained. At the wedding he was always attentive. The music selection was well varied but in line with exactly what we had asked for. He and his assistant helped everything run smoothly and efficiently. Transitions were well worded and set at just the right volume. Guests were able to hear his announcements but his speaking voice never interrupted the flow of the party. On a more personal level, Karl was just a nice person to work with. He was incredibly kind and made sure we felt special as a couple. He seemed to take a personal investment in our wedding and celebrated with us rather than just offering a service. He asked us about other vendors we were using and even went to eat at a restaurant for a caterer we were considering. He toured our venue ahead of time to make sure he had a good idea of what he would need for the space and let us know about building updates since we had booked. He also offered to create a wedding day timeline for us and meet with vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. I'll say it again, you want to Karl Mohr to DJ your wedding. You will not regret it!

We used Mohr Fun for their photo booth option! It was the perfect addition to provide another form of entertainment for the guests. We loved Karl's energy and we were very happy that the OWNER (Karl) came to our event. We also loved that the photo booth was an open concept booth so many people would fit into the pictures! Mohr Fun Events was amazing to work with! Response time was always very quick and their client website is highly professional. Karl made sure that everything was taken care of from the first day we contacted him until our wedding day - setting up of equipments, music playlist, flow of events and special announcements. They even provided lighting which helped set the mood for dancing for our afternoon reception. Both Karl and Scottie have very pleasant personalities and were really a joy to work with. They made our wedding day stress-free, allowing us to just enjoy our special day.

He was able to step in last minute after my musicians were a no-show and find all the ceremony music within a matter of minutes. He was cool and calm under bridal pressure and never sweat! Karl was fantastic! I wish all my vendors had been as easy to work with. He was super timely with responding to any questions we had and it was clear that our satisfaction was his #1 goal. Hiring DJ Karl was literally one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding. He was very personable and easy to communicate with in person, over email, and over the phone. DJ Karl uses an online planning site that was very easy to navigate and had an extensive library of songs so that we could choose exactly what we wanted for each part of the ceremony and the reception. We also had some very specific song requests and wanted to do some unique compilations, and Karl was able to find every song we asked for and rocked at editing together the compilations. He did the announcements flawlessly and kept the party going all night. Our guests were up and dancing the WHOLE TIME and having a blast! We couldn't have asked for anything more perfect.
