From the moment we met her, Molly conducted herself professionally. She was prepared for every planning meeting and dedicated to making the vision of our wedding dreams come true. As a landscape architect, Molly instantly understood how important flowers and the aesthetics of them were to me. As a couple, we challenged her to weave together my love of vibrant colors & a seasonally-appropriate flower palate with the textiles of my wife's home country (an integral part of our ceremony). For the ceremony, Molly artfully constructed a dreamy and dynamically textured arrangement, perfectly complementing the Bolivian rugs we laid out on our ceremony platform. While these outdoors elements espoused more earthy tones, the interior of prospect park boathouse (the location of our reception) was bouncing with vibrant color, inspired by those present in the rugs outdoors but heightened and playful. At the last minute, we added on a staircase arrangement and WE'RE SO HAPPY WE DID. Molly and her staff worked magic in a matter of hours and turned our wedding from something ordinary to extraordinary. Guests won't stop talking about what a beautiful wedding it was and that is in such a large part because of Molly and her team. If at any point (like me) you've felt jipped on your wedding journey by people that overcharge and under deliver, Molly is not them. Trust her, your instincts and book her for any event or wedding.
Molly and her team were AMAZING and truly brought our wedding floral vision to life! We love that she used in-season, local flowers to decorate for our wedding at Brooklyn Winery to life. I didn't have a ton of direction and Molly absolutely crushed it. From my bouquet, the boutonnieres, the ceremony arrangements, to the welcome table arrangement and the bud vases, we couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out. Highly recommend using Molly and her team for your big day!
We worked with Molly for our September 2023 wedding at the Prospect Park Boathouse. We loved everything from the initial consultation to the final meetings leading up to the wedding. She has been a florist at many Boathouse weddings so we felt super confident in her organizational skills (especially with the venue’s short load in time). She did a great job working with our smaller budget and helping us create an inspiration Pinterest board. I loved that even before we booked her she took the time to hop on a Zoom call and look through my own floral Pinterest board. This was by far the most involved initial consultation with a wedding florist and showed that she was super dedicated to her potential clients. She also helped me narrow down my wedding colors since I was all over the place until the point at which we HAD to choose our table cloth colors. We loved that she sourced local flowers and encouraged us to use lots of color! In our final meeting she was super transparent on the final pricing options and curated a Pinterest board that was very true to how the flowers turned out on the actual wedding day. I was able to share this board with my cake vendor and it was so accurate that the sugar flowers on the cake were the perfect match. On the actual wedding day the flowers were gorgeous and perfectly balanced color-wise. Molly matched my vague bridal vibe of a mouse holding wildflowers at a garden party :) We highly recommend her!
My spouse and I got married in Queens, New York this past August. Molly of Molly Oliver Flowers was a favorite among the group of wonderful vendors who we worked with. We didn’t have a particular vision or aesthetic for our wedding going in, but Molly met with us multiple times via video call to look through photos of the local flowers that would be available during the month of our wedding, as well as vessels, table and chuppah designs, etc. After getting a sense of what we liked and what we didn’t like, she took the reins and delivered stunning flowers for our ceremony and reception, which was exactly what we were looking for. She and her team are super knowledgeable, committed to sustainability and equity, and you can trust them to make your event special. They are transparent and upfront about pricing. And on top of all that, they are also no fuss and overall a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t recommend them more!
We had an excellent experience working with Molly for our wedding in October 2023 at the Prospect Park Boathouse. In our initial conversations more than a year ahead of time, I was struck by Molly's attention to detail. She made the process clear from end to end and paid careful attention to the details I knew I cared about while also being able to guide me when I wasn't sure. Though her services aren't inexpensive, she was honest and clear about the costs. Her use of Pinterest is masterful for making sure you understand each other! She was very responsive and well organized when coordinating with us and our planner leading up to the wedding. On the day, she was very kind and made her way over to say hi to us-- even threw in an extra boutonniere we had forgotten to request. I am very grateful that we chose her for our event and hope to subscribe to her bouquet delivery services next year. I am pressing my bouquet so we will be able to have this memory forever!
Molly is an amazing florist with impeccable taste and a knack for helping couples find the colors and arrangements that best fit their style. We hired Molly for florals at both our wedding dinner and reception in Brooklyn, and she and her team absolutely crushed it. We were thrilled with every part of our wedding -- but at both events, our guests couldn't stop talking about how much they loved the flowers.
In addition to the flawless day-of execution, Molly went above and beyond in making sure we were getting exactly what we were looking for. More than once, she helped us through moments of indecision. To top it all off, after our events, Molly's team bundled up flowers for guests to take home with them. This is what makes Molly and her team so remarkable: not only do they kill it with the florals, but they also do the little things that make you feel special and taken care of. Which is exactly how you want to feel on your big day!
Molly and her team were great to work with. They do beautiful arrangements, and we love her sustainable approach of using locally grown, in-season flowers. She met with us a couple of times to discuss our vision for the big day and made it come to life beautifully. The best touch was at the end of the night, they created small bouquets of our flowers for guests to take home. Can't recommend enough.
Molly was the absolute best. She came prepared to our first meeting (before we'd even signed her) with pinterest boards of the flowers that would be available in August. She listened so carefully to me and my husband and zeroed in on pictures that matched what we were hoping for. I didn't have some grand vision for my wedding — her careful listening, use of Pinterest, and iterative process made our wedding more beautiful than we could have even imagined. We also had her create the bouquet for our city hall wedding in May and our rehearsal dinner the night before. Everything was gorgeous and flawless. She's also just lovely to work with and invested in sustainability and local flowers. Highly recommend supporting this small business.
Molly delivers exceptional quality, creativity, service and passion in her work. She is a true artist and I am so happy we chose her as our wedding florist. If you are looking for unique and beautiful flowers that will stun both yourself and your guests, look no further. I had a color palate in mind and a few ideas, but Molly and her team took the vision and created truly exceptional arrangements including a perfect floral arch for our ceremony “altar.” Our guests could not stop talking about how “cool” and “different” our flowers were. Not only does Molly do amazing work, she’s also an all-around pleasure to work with and was extremely knowledgeable and responsive throughout the whole process. Exceptional!!!! Molly was not only just a pleasure to work with, but insanely creative and talented with exceptional attention to detail. I admittedly know little about flowers, but had a vision and color scheme I knew I wanted. Molly executed on this beyond words can ever describe and I’m so happy I have incredible pictures of her work to look back on!

Molly was our favorite vendor to work with throughout the planning process. She has a calming, sweet energy that put us at ease. Wedding planning can be unexpectedly stressful, so it really helps to work with vendors who make you feel excited, confident, and comfortable.
Molly is a sustainable florist and works with local farms, which we LOVED. You can also pay a little extra to have her come at the end of the night and bunch up your flowers into bouquets that your guests can take home at the end of the night. Everyone LOVED this special touch.

I can't say enough good things about Molly and her flower arrangements. She was incredibly patient and flexible, even when the pandemic shifted our lager wedding to a smaller elopement. We had her create flower arrangements for our room and it made the day feel so special! I received a ton of compliments on my bouquet and my husband raved about his boutonniere. In addition to her lovely and creative designs, knowing that these flowers were sustainably sourced made our day. Can't wait to work with Molly again in 2021 for our rescheduled reception.
I am so glad we had Molly Oliver Flowers do the flowers for our wedding! The arrangements beautifully suited our venue, contributing to the feeling of welcome and festivity. Molly listened carefully to what we wanted, had excellent suggestions and taste, and sourced beautiful, colorful flowers locally for our November wedding in New York. At the end of the evening, our guests loved being able to take home bouquets, one of the many benefits of Molly’s focus on sustainability.
Molly was the most amazing florist, and we could not be happier with our wedding flowers. People are still giving us compliments about her arrangements and unique flower selections to this day! She has the air of a pro about her, but is so easy to work with and is also so humble and kind. Her instinct when it comes to flowers and color palettes is incredible. Molly's knowledge of local and seasonal flowers impressed us when we were working with her, and the final products were incredibly impressive.
Her sustainable practices like bundling flowers for guests and composting materials at the end of the night were very much in line with what we were looking for in terms of a vendor. Molly was a dream vendor. Hire her!
I do a little flower arranging myself and considered doing my own flowers for my wedding. I'm SO glad I decided to put this in Molly's capable hands instead. I loved planning the arrangements with her, working in a shared, custom pinterest board to ensure our visions were aligned. But mostly I love that this was something I just didn't have to worry about on my wedding day. I felt confident that what would show up was what we discussed and trusted Molly's taste and understanding of mine. It was so lovely that she knew where the flowers came from pointing out a few to me and calling out the farms by name where they were grown. We got so many compliments on the flowers, and they really were a beautiful feature of our wedding. But in addition to all that, Molly was super organized and thorough. She knew the names of the wedding party and who she was creating for; asked for photos of what we were all wearing; and handled coordination, transportation, and delivery at our venues independently. I loved planning a New York wedding and bringing together creatives from across the city to create such a great day. Molly was a perfect fit!

My daughter discovered Molly Oliver when she was looking for someone who used locally sourced flowers and greenery. Upon meeting her I knew we'd found someone special and perfect for the kind of wedding my daughter and her now husband envisioned. From the elegantly rustic wedding arch and the greenery on the long dinner tables to the antique bud vases (part of Molly's personal collection) and giant forsythia arrangement -- the space was covered in beautiful, natural flowers. She transformed the venue and we were thrilled with the results. I honestly couldn't recommend her, or her staff, any more highly. They exceeded our expectations while taking away all of the worry. Brava, MOF!
