If I could give the Momental Design team a million stars I would!! I hosted a residency graduation party and they did everything from the save the dates, to the invite suite, to signage for the welcome cocktail party. All of the guests remarked how they have never seen invitations like these before, the team and momental are true artists and it shows in their work. We used Momental Designs for our save the dates we were so pleased we had to come back to them for our wedding invitation suites. The Momental Designs team was SO incredible to work with. I knew I wanted painted invitations, but had trouble finding a vendor that would be able to get them done in the timeframe that I had. From the moment I first corresponded with Kelley, she assured me the timeline was doable and that we would go ahead with the process. Fast forward to the design meeting with Kristy and then receiving the welcome kit, everything was just so seamless. They brought everything we wanted to life even better than I could have expected, and the team was incredible to work with throughout the entire design process. I cannot recommend Momental Designs enough and think you absolutely cannot go wrong involving them in your save the dates or wedding invitations! I have received so many comments from people that they our invitations are so unique and beautiful, and I know I wouldn’t have received comments like that if it wasn’t for the work of this team!

Working with Momental Designs to design our wedding invitations was the best choice we could have made - they took our ideas from an hour long phone call and took them to a level we could have never imagined. Their meticulous attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the design process. They took a picture of our venue and drew it in a way that perfectly captured the essence of the location. The drawings surpassed our expectations and transformed our invitations. Communication with Momental Designs was seamless and responsive. They collaborated with us every step of the creative process. The designs were delivered ahead of schedule and any modifications were made quickly. Wedding planning can often be stressful and they took the stress out of the invitations by being our collaborative partner in the process. We highly recommend Momental Designs for couples seeking not just invitations but a truly unique and artistic experience that adds a magical touch to their wedding journey.

On 9 October 2023, we engaged with Momental Designs for our save-the-date cards, selecting UPS Ground Shipping from the viable options listed on a digitally signed proof. This document required our signed approval, which was provided based on the information presented. The subsequent invoice included a shipping fee of $35, based on our selected method. We fulfilled this payment promptly, trusting in Momental Designs’ expertise in international shipping to provide accurate shipping options. Kelly, Client Manager, later admitted to mistakenly quoting this amount (26-10-2023). Our choice of international shipping was based solely on the flawed information provided by Momental. This decision was made under the assumption that the information supplied was both accurate and complete. Kelley failed to identify and correct the initial error in their shipping options list, nor did Momental update the Design Confirmation Proof to reflect these changes. Without our consent or prior notification, the shipping option was changed to UPS Expedited, International, leading to an escalated shipping fee of $205.83. We were not given the opportunity to review and approve the revised shipping charges. Had we been properly informed of the change, we would have chosen to have the package shipped to our home in the United States, where we maintain a residence in addition to our international address. Momental, assuming partial fault, later imposed paying one-half of the overall shipping costs. This paltry offer was delayed and accompanied by less than respectful communication. Kelley’s email, dated 30-11-2023, suggests that the onus was on us, the clients, to identify the error in shipping options. We contest this assertion. Given Momental Design’s extensive experience in international shipping, it is tenable that they would have identified and communicated such a critical error. We were billed for a dimensional weight of 3 lbs, which raises concerns about the cost-effectiveness of the packaging decision. Further complicating the matter, Kelley claimed that Momental Designs had negotiated down the international shipping fee from $269.19. We find this claim suspect, and have yet to receive documentation confirming it. Moreover, Momental Designs' refusal to continue with our wedding invitations, despite having received a creative fee of $395, constitutes a failure to deliver the contracted services. This action is in direct contravention of the terms of our agreement and reflects a breach of contract. We assert that the responsibility for this oversight rests solely with Momental Designs. It was their professional duty to ensure the accuracy of shipping methods and costs in international transactions. Their failure to consult us about the change in shipping method and to provide a corrected digital proof is a clear breach of their professional obligations. Concerning shipping, Momental Designs provided a list that we now know to be inaccurate and lacking in necessary detail. This oversight, which they failed to rectify before dispatch, constitutes negligence on their part. We had explicitly consented only to UPS ground shipping, as corroborated by the signed confirmation proof, and further communications dated 25-10-2023, 26-10-2023, and 30-11-2023. Momental's failure to facilitate clear and transparent communication regarding the shipping options led to this discrepancy. As clients, we could not have foreseen this issue. We expect Momental Designs to formally acknowledge their error, issue an apology for their unprofessional conduct, and proceed with the production of our wedding invitations as per the original agreement. As a gesture of goodwill, we remain open to paying half of the outstanding shipping fees, provided Momental Designs agrees to these terms and proceeds as per our initial contractual agreement.

Just WOW!! I received so many compliments from guests for our wedding invitations. We had a black tie wedding, and we wanted something elegant but creative, and Momental did such a beautiful job and surpassed our expectations. I couldn't be happier!

What an incredible experience with Momental Designs. They are super communicative, incredibly talented, and overall just a great company. Our wedding suite was absolutely perfect and coordinated so well with our wedding weekend! We are still getting compliments on our invitations and day-of sign!!

We originally went with someone our planner recommended for our wedding invitations, and they were horrible. We got recommended by a friend to Momental, and we cannot thank them enough. Not only did Momental Designs create the perfect wedding invitation for us. We loved them so much, we decided to have them work on our menus, programs, reserved/ welcome signs, and bar menu for our wedding. All the small details is what makes the day come together, so we were so happy we found them. We had so many compliments. They are the experts and will create very professional, top of the notch designs. I will 100% use them again and cannot recommend them enough!

We would highly recommend Momental Designs for custom invitations. They are very talented artists that executed our wedding vision perfectly! We received so many compliments that our wedding stationery was the classiest, most elegant stationery our guests had ever seen! Momental designed our entire wedding stationery suite for our wedding in Italy including save the dates, invitations, menus, and programs with beautiful hand painted details. Our stationery was so personalized and sentimental as they hand painted our venue and portraits of our dogs for signature cocktail signs! We will definitely use Momental again for future events!

10/10! Now I know this is a a big topic is to save money on invites or go all in. And I must say, I went all in and yes mine were definitely up there in price but I do not regret 1 penny of of it. You only get married once (hopefully) so I wanted something to capture exactly what our day will be like. THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL!!! People are still complimenting us on our invites and how unique they were. We went with a water colored painting of our venue on it. The process is cool too! They start with a phone call to get to know you and what you are looking for. Then they send you a box with all different samples of papers, colors, ribbon, fonts and materials to find exactly what you envision and then they do a creative brief and start your design. They were super responsive and very helpful again of what they thought would or wouldn’t look nice! My only thing was my invitations went out a little late due to holiday hours and printer broke so caused a tad bit of stress but they were open and communicated it with me and for that I was grateful for. Throughout their whole process communication was great!

I couldn’t have picked a more perfect invitation company for my wedding invitations! Working with the Momental team was a dream! Momental is the BEST. I can't even express in words how great the team at Momental is! They worked with us throughout the entire process from save the dates to invitations to day-of stationery. The team was super communicative, which was great especially because we had tight timelines (I was a last minute bride with a lot of things)! And when it comes to the actual stationery, it was perfect. Beautiful with the water colors and the paper was exceptional quality.

Our invitations and stationary were INCREDIBLE. I'm still getting compliments about them and have had a ton of guests follow up to ask where and how they were done. They turned out perfectly, the Momental team helped create the most beautiful landscape of our venue for the invitation, a map of the town we were getting married in and nailed it on every detail. They were really upfront on pricing and what would cost extra but it was worth every dollar. The team also moved quickly when we needed to get our invitations out sooner than expected. Working with Momental Designs was amazing! They created a beautiful invitation for my daughter's wedding at Nestldown. The invitation included custom artwork of the Fantasy Cottage (we added a small watercolor picture of their cat seating outside the cottage door). The invitation was beautiful and whimsical. I love that Momental offers so many printing choices. We decided to use thermography for the invitation, as well as hand painted details on every invitation. They also created beautiful menus, seating cards, and programs (ALL with hand painted details). I highly recommend them!

Momental Designs was a dream of mine to work with since I discovered their Instagram back in 2012. Before I even met my husband, I knew no matter what I wanted to use their stationary for my wedding day. This was one nonnegotiable. When my husband and I got engaged, we decided on a destination wedding so we knew our invitations would be a small quantity but we wanted them to feel very personal. In the design process, I had sent the team a photo my husband and I took during our first trip to our location in Engelberg, Switzerland. The team then used that image, along with swatches and floral designs to create the most beautiful stationary I have ever seen. Our invitations were praised by everyone who received them. Unfortunately, due to COVID our wedding date changed and was pushed multiple times. The team at Momental was there along every step of the way. They were so helpful in creating new save the date cards and were patient with the design and printing process since we were unsure about our new date a few times. They also offered a discount on printing because of the date change which was super helpful. We also had them create place cards for our guests as a keepsake. They were a huge hit. :) I can't say enough good things about this company. The attention to detail and the level of quality is truly unmatched.

Momental Designs was absolutely amazing to work with!  They spent so much time working with me to make my dream vision for our wedding invitations come true.  They spent several hour long meetings with me reviewing design details.  They were always extremely quick to respond to e-mails, which was really helpful.  I had a tight deadline, and they worked with me and communicated with me pretty much every day of the month before our deadline. Invitations set the tone to your wedding! I found this company for my daughter's wedding invitations knowing I wanted the invitations to be unique and real art. Momental Designs did a fabulous job with the 'Save the Dates' using an engagement photo, the beautiful wedding invitation sets using an idea we had for a 'sense of place' of the venue, and the table numbers. Their work is just so special. We had numerous compliments on the wedding invitations from our guests!
