es. I contacted them the next morning and had a response minutes after they opened. I was a bit hesitant at first working with MD as they do their majoritity of their work online, over the phone or email and don’t really have a traditional storefront (but then again who does these days anyway?!). At the same time, I definitely could not resist their amazing invites. REST ASSURED MD has it ALL figured out; after our initial phone conversation they send you a box with a ton of paper samples, art work, ribbons, fonts, print types, boxes and anything else that was discussed in your phone conversation. Cut to the design process. The girls, all of them are true artists in their own way. I came up with the idea of having an invitation with symbols of my husband’s and my love and memories- but I wanted it in a way that only we understand what was going on and to our guests, it just looked like a pretty invitation. Jillian, one of the wonderful artists understood my vision and executed it perfectly. I actually cried when I saw the invitations for the first time; they were THAT beautiful! They also created our stamps, place cards and programs that matched the invites perfectly. They girls will send you a picture of what they have created and if you need to change anything, they happily do so and will send you more pictures with changes until you are 100% satisfied - to be honest they basically nail it on the first time every time. Last, going back to communication. All of the girls are so pleasant to deal with and respond to you almost immediately if within working hours. Kelley, the manager, was especially helpful during the design process and answered every single one of my million questions and kept in constant contact throughout. She was such a pleasure speaking with on a weekly basis :) Believe me when I say this, everything seen online on the Momental website looks exactly as pictured if not better! Having them create your wedding stationary should be a no brainer

Kelley and the deign team are true professionals, with unlimited vision who collaborate directly with you to create that unique work of art for an unforgettable first glimpse into your special day. Through the phone interviewing process, they were able to take our ideas & capture our sentimental vision within the first 2 samples! They then worked through several revisions... wording, colors, & differing paper samples, to transform our invitation into a custom, meaningful, elegant piece of art. With that being said, this process is a labor of love, so begin early!! We started our invites 8 months before, as we had a destination wedding, and we were very happy we did. The process was enjoyable & we were always excited to open their emails & watch our design come to life! Changes to the design are cheerfully completed and often take a 1-3 week turnaround time, whereas smaller less significant paper or bow color changes can take a few days. They are very upfront about this, but it’s worth mentioning. The proofing process can be done digitally online, or for a fee an actual sample can be fabricated. If you are working with a variety of paper samples, I highly recommend having a sample made for you. I did not do this & it made the proofing difficult as we had several textured papers varying from matte to shimmer and the digital proof made it difficult to decipher the two. It was in the 11th hour prior to printing that I realized the shimmer & matte papers were reversed. A small detail, but after going through the process, you want everything to turn out as pictured in your mind. I must say that Kelley & Katey were amazing & patient during my 11th hour changes. Positives: Endless possibilities for artwork, design, & materials. Truly custom pieces of art. Wonderful professionals to work with. Downside: Custom work takes time and does cost more. Again, we couldn’t be happier with our invitation suites & look forward to designing coordinating accessories that will compliment our reception decor. I was letting them go!... Momental designed all of our stationary extras as well (table numbers, menus, programs, donation sign, place cards). From our very first email exchange, they made me feel so special... like I was the only bride they were working with (which was obviously far from the truth!). The girls are incredibly warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to, and the level of talent they possess is incomparable. Their attention to detail is meticulous, with even the smallest design elements being addressed. It was just the most exciting thing to watch my husband and my vision come to life over the course of the several months we worked with them. We had several people tell us that our invitations were the most beautiful they had ever seen. Their work brought me to tears on more than one occasion (and I’m not much of a crier!), and their emails lightened the stress on even the most taxing of wedding-planning days. I loved the system used to design my pieces the most- the girls send proofs and along with these great little surveys that you the client send back with your thoughts. This is SO organized and saves so much time as a conference call is not always the easiest when you are planning a wedding or have a tight schedule! The actual artwork is STUNNING and our guests are still raving about our one of a kind pieces. I am even framing one for our home so that I can always enjoy it! package, didn't wind up covering very much since I didn't want the very basic white envelope look and every single item I chose after that was an upgrade. I thought by choosing their upgraded package that it would cover some upgrades but it hardly covered anything. I designed a lot of the work myself and needed custom dies made for my save the dates. they charged me hundreds of dollars to have the dies made and when I asked if I could keep them, they said no. I then saw them use the design I came up with for other customers which they posted on instagram before my wedding had even taken place. When everything kept coming in over budget, I asked to omit the included free white envelopes so that I could just purchase my own black envelopes online cheaper instead of paying a much larger upgrade fee with them, and they said they would have to charge me a $.10 fee per omitted envelope. So to forgo the free included envelope they were still going to charge me a fee per omitted envelope. I had to check every invoice they sent me since I often found mistakes. On several occasions when I had an issue with their pricing, they got very snippy with me. I found them to be extremely rigid with their "policies" even when you spend thousands of dollars with them. Weddings can be a very stressful time especially when you as the bride are planning and paying for the whole affair and I found them to be lacking of empathy. They even held one of the pieces I had commissioned for ransom until I would pay a cancellation fee for a separate item which they barely did any work on. When I asked to speak with the owner on this issue she never called me and they suggested I call her on my wedding day to discuss it. Do they do gorgeous work? Yes. Is there a possibility that the process of working with them could be very painful and a lot more expensive then you planned? YES. Would I ever work with them again or recommend them? NO.

They are pricey! but you get what you pay for!! Beyond stunning!

or. Nor am I a good DIY-er, so finding momental was a breath of fresh air. Having your invitations done by momental designs is like having a couture dress made. They first send a large package of invitation styles, designs, paper samples custom picked for you. You pick the measurements, the materials, the colors, the style, the font, etc,etc,etc....Then, in their magic fairy shop they hand paint your vision and send you samples until you come to a full agreement of the design. It is a very hands on process and best for brides who have time to hand pick details. All of their invitation suites come with two enclosure cards that you can fully customize. Something most invitation companies with limited customizations do not include. All of this actually came out cheaper than I intended it to be. I would especially like to compliment Kelley, who no matter how many bridezilla e-mails I sent her, always responded at light speed, and with the sweetest disposition. All the staff I conversed with were friendly, but her kind nature was very impressionable. The only thing I can say is that I wish there was more time to play with all the choices. It really is a lot of creative fun. Our invitations include illustrations of our venue and the gardens surrounding. And even features a small illustration of our cat sitting non-chalantly in the middle of it all. Something we will cherish for years to come.

artwork! Kelley was always quick to answer any questions I had regarding my order & just overall very responsive. My only advice for any future bride is to start the design process early! Since it is such a highly custom process it does take a few samples to get it perfect. I started the process 10 months before my wedding. Probably earlier than most but I found it to be perfect. I was able to make as many changes as I wanted to my invite until it was absolutely perfect without ever feeling rushed or pressured! Overall I highly recommend The Momental Team.

est, to the arrival of the most beautiful wedding invitations I have ever seen, we were immersed in the creation of something very, very special! I wish I could convey our excitement when our first sample was posted or when the box of invitations arrived! The staff at Momental was delightful to work with, and truly went above and beyond. About 2 weeks before the wedding, I emailed Kelley with a question regarding our table numbers and programs and I received an automated email response explaining that Kelley was out on vacation for the next week. It was about 5pm on Friday evening and I was beginning to panic, so I called the studio and left a voice message for Kristy. I didn't expect a response until Monday, as the studio was already closed. However, at about 8:30pm that evening I received an email from Kristy saying that she had received my message, that everything was on track to arrive in time and that she was getting back to me then as she didn't want me to worry all weekend! Now, THAT, is customer service! I send HUGE thanks to the Momental team for helping to make our daughter's wedding so beautiful and creating such wonderful memories of the planning process!

As a quick note to brides, their work is incredible because they dedicate the time to make it perfect. If you go with Momental, which I highly recommend, just make sure that you start the process earlier rather than later. Since all their work is completely customized and hand drawn, it takes longer than other print-and-go vendors, so you will want to leave plenty of time for creation and production.

I couldn't believe how quick we were able to have them made, I think from contacting the team to receiving our invites was about 6 weeks in total and that included having them shipped to England! When we did actually receive the invites my fiancé and I were speechless, the invitations were truly stunning, we were over the moon with how beautiful they were. Then I stumbled upon a blog that linked Momental Design and I was in awe. We loved our consultation with Kristy and knew that we had found our artist. We appreciated how excited she was for helping our vision come to life and were especially grateful when she reassured us that we can stay within our budget AND still get beyond beautiful results. My, was she right! Our guests loved our invitations and our parents’ friends gushed about how it is such a work of art. We truly enjoyed collaborating with the Momental team from our invitations to our day-of items (program, table numbers, menus, place cards) and were so pleased with how they translated our ideas and vision. They were entirely transparent throughout the process and kept us aware of any price changes, etc. I have ordered myself a few copies of each item because I love them so much and want them as keepsakes. Our “Mr. and Mrs.” table number and place card is a permanent fixture on our farm table. My husband loved their work so much that he asked Kristy to hand paint a surprise for me as my wedding gift; Momental also sourced the prettiest blue-washed light wooden frame. It is now the first thing we see as we walk into our home and is such a lovely reminder of our wedding day and all the sweet, beautiful people who helped make our day so memorable.

and I am in CA and it would take a bit of communicating to get things on time but I was assured I had more then enough time. My first concern was that they are in the east coast and so I could not go to a shop and see the qualify first hand, but honestly that was not even a concern as the qualify of their work is superb! My first contact was Kristi, the owner, she pretty much seals the deals and contacts you when you have a complaint. After that I communicated frequently with Kelley her assistant. Kelley was always very responsive and professional. However, as the time pass it was difficult to get a response from them. At first it would take a couple of hours then it was a day and then it got to 3 days before I got a response. I always tried to be flexible since there was a 3 hour difference but I would receive prompt response and even late in the evening responses when something would go wrong! Two major issues: I received my invitations 3 weeks later. Yes, I was told that it was being rushed because of my deadline but I honestly felt that if they would have responded sooner we would not have ran into that issue. Not to mention that I had to repeat my messages since I felt they were not all being read. Second issue: I received my invitations and paid for the extra service of having them print the addresses for the guest on the envelops. I had emailed them the document with all the addresses and even gave them the total count of all the addresses yet they missed about 15 addresses. Kristi fixed the issue immediately. Overall, stressful experience but great quality! I recommend that you contact them with plenty of time and you should not run into these issues.

They always responded to my requests promptly and gave us a sample right away. I asked for a big invitation to be framed after the wedding and have it hanging in my home. Their work is just beautiful and they are so pleasent to work with!

However, no matter what I said in emails, despite sending color boards from pinterest and even sending a swatch of fabric I used for table numbers, they could not understand. After doing all of this, they still sent us samples using light and dark blues. When I tried to explain and point to all of my examples of periwinkle, they ended up overcompensating and putting a lot of purple and lavender in them. The whole process, on top of everything else when wedding planning, made me want to pull my hair out. The problem is that you do not get one designer for your invitations, so there is no consistency. You may tell one person what you want, but a different designer ends up making the revisions. A few times, they changed my paper to colors they thought looked better, or forgot to include text in proofs or changed things that I'd already approved. Finally, my welcome tags for our welcome bags were printed on completely different colored paper. Half was dark and half was light cream. Thankfully, they were never next to each other, so no one could compare, but it was the icing on the cake after so much frustration. In the end, the invitations/stationary were unique and really pretty, it's just SO much extra stress!! It makes me tired just thinking about it...If you can find a similar look with a different vendor - choose that. Or, just prepare yourself for a lot of time devoted to getting your stationary right.

Working with both Kelley and Kristy was a dream come true. They were both very attentive and helpful with all of our ideas and products.
