process. We were on a time crunch with a short engagement, and Laura stepped up to the plate and made everything happen that we wanted! We work a lot, and we don't have a lot of free time for planning dinner, let alone our wedding! There were so many ideas swirling around in my head, so I unloaded all my favorite themes, color schemes, favorite foods, songs, and anything else I could think of onto Laura. Much to my delight, Laura took all the best parts of my ideas and made valuable suggestions, created threw in some ideas of her own, and helped design our dream wedding for us! The pricing was perfect for us, and to be honest, the Moments to Memories Events team was worth every penny. They were with us from the beginning of our engagement to the day we said "I do". Our wedding day went off without a hitch! We had the most beautiful and special day of our lives. The design was flawless, we were on time for all of our "to dos" throughout the day, and the after party was nothing but fun, dancing, and love. Laura stayed with us to the whole time, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day and night. I would highly recommend Moments to Memories Events to anyone and everyone in the world. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make our day the BEST DAY EVER. Thank you Laura! We love you!

nd she also helped us coordinate all the necessary insurance requests between the venue and our various rental vendors. On the day of, Laura's team set up and facilitated the arrival of guests and assisted in their finding their escort cards. My wife and I also had a personal assistant from Laura's team all day long, which proved to be a miracle in and of itself! At the end of the night, Laura's team even helped clean up with some of the vendors and made sure to keep track of various inventories. All in all, the M2M team performed above our expectations and we can't praise them enough!!

il at 12:30am about a week away from my wedding- she responded right away and even offered to talk on the phone- despite how late it was, just to put my mind at ease. For that, I can never thank her enough! My fiance and I had no idea what we were doing or where to start but Laura put us on the right track and sent us checklists and other planning documents to keep us on task. During our Welcome Meeting we discussed our budget in detail and had a great plan as to how much to spend with each vendor. She even has a ton of great vendor referrals, and we were able to get discounts with a few of them because she was our coordinator! We chose her middle package, which included monthly progress meetings, planning hours and a style consultation. It was nice to frequently check in with her to ensure we were on track and the planning hours came in handy when there were things we didn't know how to do or have the time to get done. One of the things we used our planning hours for was hotel room blocks. Laura reached out to all the hotels in the area and gathered pricing information. She then made a very organized document with all the info and links to the hotel, which made it SO easy for us to make a decision. She then reached out to the hotels we chose and set everything up for us. Easy peazy! Laura also took the lead on communicating our timeline to the vendors, making sure deliveries were all scheduled and on time, and that we thought through every little detail for the wedding. Throughout the planning process Laura had great ideas about how to make the wedding feel as intimate as possible; like creating a lounge area with the furniture that was already at the venue or how to maximize photography time since we weren't doing a first look. The day before the wedding, Laura coordinated our rehearsal and we even did one last walk through to make sure we didn't want to change the setup and flow of the wedding. I felt SUPER relaxed the night before my wedding because Laura was in charge and took several last minute things off my plate. The day of the wedding, Laura and her assistants were absolutely spectacular. They arranged all of the decor items we brought from home and made sure the other vendors set up according to our plan. The venue looked beautiful- every single detail we had discussed looked just as we planned. When I arrived, I could not believe how gorgeous everything looked and how calm and under control everything and everyone was-including my very nervous mom. Everything about the wedding was perfect. Laura and her team anticipated my every move and thought. They made sure we had drinks and appetizers while we were taking photos during cocktail hour, they reminded me to touch up my makeup before golden hour photos, and ensured that all of the vendors knew exactly what they should be doing at each point of the wedding. At the end of the night, all of our personal decor was packed up and loaded- we didn't have to worry about anything! I was so happy and relaxed on my wedding day because of Laura and her team! Laura Lynn Seguin is one of those consummate professionals! I first worked with Laura Lynn several years ago when she was the planner on a wedding I was the DJ/MC for. Not only did we hit it off right away, but our synergy working side-by-side made it that the clients and every guest present had so much fun the entire night. I believe the mark of a great event/wedding planner is someone who picks vendors they trust implicitly so that there is no micro-managing required. Laura's trust in her vendors meant that each vendor could execute their respective high levels of professionalism as she acted like the conductor of a sweet flowing orchestra. What a pleasure to work with this kind of planner! I have gone on to work with Laura since then and, as a team, we have knocked it out of the park each time. If you are looking for a planner who not only knows their craft intricately, but also knows how to bring the best out of their vendors, then book this woman now!
