When we did my bridals, he went out of his way to find a venue that fit my taste and worked well within my busy schedule to make sure i had the best shoot possible! with M&M but we unfortunately had to cancel our wedding and services with them. According to the contract we received, we canceled with enough time in order to get a refund for unused services. After many emails with no response I started to lose my patience. Once they did respond I started getting excuses (we had you sign the wrong contract, we already spent your money, this is our livelihoods and we ask that you not take the refund, we don't know when we'll be able to get back to you or refund you). I'm sorry but it's not my fault you gave my the "working contract" to sign. It's not my fault that you spent the money I paid to you for services I didn't use. I have tried to be patient and nice but I can tell they they are just waiting and hoping that I go away and forget about it. It wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't a lot of money and I hadn't lost my job. All I can say to future clients is that you read the fine print in your contract because they are going to avoid giving you any sort of refund. Don't pay out until the the services are conducted (engagement shoot, wedding day). I want people to know what I'm going through so they won't have to go through it themselves. I personally will never use them again and unfortunately encourage others to think twice before signing any contract with these people because if you sadly have to cancel, don't expect to get a dime back.

They both reached out before the wedding to learn more about my husband and I as well as what type of photos we wanted out of our day. Derek and his team contacted me several times before the wedding to get to know more about my future husband and myself, and also what kid of pictures/shots we were wanting. On the day of the team arrived on time, were dressed professionally, and got straight to work taking all the creative shots before the first look. We do not see ourselves as the most photogenic people, but we absolutely love how every single one of our photos turned out. Wedding Planning: We also used Moments and Milestones for day of coordination. BEST. DECISION. EVER. I am a worrier, but thanks to Chelsea, my wedding day was absolutely perfect and worry free. No complaints from the photographers just hard work and amazing shots! It takes some time to get the photos back but the results are definitely worth the wait! The photographers showed up early enough to luckily capture all the outdoor decorations. It started to rain 20 minutes before the outdoor ceremony. Scott and Randon were able to record all the decorations for us before the rain required a move under cover. Chairs, people and everything else had to be moved away from the rain in less than 15 minutes. Chelsea's assistance with the bride was fantastic and allowed my daughter and myself the luxury of relaxing enough to have a priceless daddy/daughter moment before heading down the aisle. Scott and Randon did not miss a beat and adjusted to having to move under cover AND a totally different light. As a photographer myself I know that this is a skill many photographers do not possess. The photos are simply awesome!

couldn't be anymore pleased with Chelsea and the photographers on the day of the wedding. They were just amazing, so helpful, took the most amazing photos that we are beyond anxious to see. On the day of the wedding the photographers were always around capturing shots without being in your face obnoxious. our love for the outdoors in our photos. We also wanted to capture the story behind our first date and our love for the great state of Texas. Moments and Milestones listened to everything we had to say (both my husband and myself)... we were able to post ideas on Pinterest, email ideas and talk on the phone with Derek, Aimee and our consultants throughout the entire 8 month process as well as meet in person... The entire team made the process stress-free. Both my husband and I come from divided families but family portraits the day of the wedding were a breeze (even with my 14 nieces and nephews). The Moments and Milestones team made all our invisions come true, meet our price budget and allowed us to share our ideas to fit into the theme of our big day. The photographers we worked with were AWESOME and along with our consultants ... gave us ideas for poses and pictures we didn't think about... I've recommended M&M to a few friends getting married and will continue to in the future. LOVED this team!!

We had a timeline we really wanted to stick to in order to keep the party going, and she was probably in 6 places at once all night :) not to mention she had to make sure I was in the right place at the right time which was probably like herding cats because I wanted to be everywhere! Kara was our photography consultant, and I love her!! She's the sweetest person and I loved all the time I got to spend with her, which was quite a bit! She was constantly contacting me to check on our planning progress and if we needed anything.... literally anything, she was there to help! She learned as much as she could about us to make sure we got the exact photos we really wanted... which was funny because I'm not sure we even knew exactly what that was. But she did!! She is talented like that :) She was able to put our personalities and visions into a bigger picture for the team, and the pictures I've seen so far are PERFECT. Fit us to a T. Honestly, the ENTIRE team is perfect. Derek, Sandrine, Kara, and our photographers Scott and Jennifer... they made us feel like family. They put their heart and soul into our day. Derek, one of the co-owners, called me within 24 hours of my initial inquiry to introduce himself and walk me through everything they are all about. He was extremely professional, made me feel confident that they knew exactly what they were doing, and ensured that we would be satisified with the final product. (which we absolutely were!!) I was then introduced to our consultant, Callie, who was just amazing! She kept in touch with me up until the day of the proposal and found out exactly what I was looking for just through conversation. the BEST!! From the moment we met them, we have always felt like our wedding was their top priority. We were never told that they couldn't meet with us because they were too busy even though we know they were in high demand. They were never hard to reach. We were encouraged to call or email at any time with any questions and we always got a quick response. They took so much time getting to know our personality to the point I felt like Derek and Amiee are our friends. They made sure that our personality came through in every picture. Our photography consultant directed everything and kept us all on task to make sure we got every shot we wanted. She was such a big help that day, she even calmed me down when I got frustrated with my bridal party. :D They offered to help in any way possible and they meant it... I was having a hard time with a different vendor and they formed a plan of action and offered to make contacts and bring back up in case the other vendor did not show telling me no matter what I would have the wedding memories I wanted!! WHO DOES THAT?? I wish we had used them as our Coordinators. They care!!... That is the best thing... They care about you... your ideas and what you want.. not fitting you into a package... They really care whether or not your photos reflect your personality and style.. They care whether or not you get the specifics.... They care weather or not your having a good time during the photo shoot... Ultimately, they care about you individually... I received my photos today and everyone of them looked like they could have been out of a magazine... I can not say enough how thankful I was that we chose Moments and Milestones... My husband and I both agree it is the best money we spent on the entire wedding. I tried to think of something... but there is NOT ONE SINGLE THING that I could complain about. was our coordinator, but a couple of days before our wedding, she called to say she was moving that weekend, so we would be getting Derek, the owner. I was fine with that, & told the meeting we had with Megan for pictures we wanted on the day of, Derek would take care of. Megan was suppose to be with us from before the ceremony, to a little after the reception. Derek showed up for the last 15 minutes of the ceremony & the pictures at the church, then we never saw him again, we feel like we didn't get what we paid for since the photographer had no clue of the pictures that we had wanted, so in that sense I felt ripped off, even tho Scott is an amazing photographer, we didn't get the pictures we wanted.

Milestones. Derek, Aimee, and their whole team were so easy to work with. If I ever had any questions I knew they were only a text message, email, or phone call away. Every photo session we had was very organized but also relaxed. It can be a little awkward posing for photos for hours but the team made it fun and the pictures turned out great. My daughter happened to be flying home within the month and we were able to squeeze in an appt with the owners Derek and Aimee. She was equally as impressed with them and so began our relationship. They asked a lot of background questions so they could get a feel for the bride & groom. Communication was easy during the months to come and I was confident that our needs would be met. The photographers were great and blended right in. I never was aware of the picture-taking. This is exactly what the bride & groom wanted. While we did the obligatory posed family shots, they mainly wanted candids of people having fun on their big day. There were several surprises during the ceremony, which I secretly relayed to the photographers, who caught them without missing a beat. I also very much appreciated that they both came to the wedding to be our coordinator because, by then, I thought of them as friends.

eginning, we told them we were different in that we wanted to incorporate Star Wars into our session. They really did their research on the look of the films as well as took great deal in asking us many questions of what we were looking for in terms of the feel of the shoot. They well exceeded our expectations of the final outcome. From then on, we knew we wanted them as our photographers. They took the same care and detail into both the bridal shoot and wedding day shoot as well. Every step of the way, they made sure to email us any ideas or questions they may have had. Whenever I had questions about anything, even if it wasn't about photography, they were there to help. I knew we weren't going to have a videographer for our wedding, so knew we needed a photographer that could really capture the moment. These were the guys. We recently got our wedding pictures back and they are phenomenal! I cried when I saw how beautiful they were and how well they really captured every emotion of that day. I recommend them 100%!
