I was raised and nurtured in Brooklyn, NY, with family roots in Guyana, South America. Growing up with supportive parents and a tight-knit family shaped my appreciation for togetherness, culture, and the joy of bringing people together. Those early experiences remain close to my heart and add a meaningful layer to the celebrations I help create. Outside of planning and design, I find joy in the simple things that spark creativity in my everyday life. Gardening is my peaceful escape, a place where color, texture, and natural beauty inspire my floral style. I also love interior decorating for my own home, creating spaces that feel warm, calm, and inviting. These personal passions keep me connected to the artistry behind what I do and bring a sense of balance and inspiration to my work.

Shinei has been behind the scenes in production, decor, and florals alongside Mona’s creative direction. Aiding in recreating the client’s vision, she helps speed up all event designs and also uses her own creative inspiration for a final touch. She also aids in marketing and blog writing, having a background in digital marketing, as well as managing event staff as the assistant event planner.
