I hired her for a 4 hour session for a small wedding that included getting ready, ceremony, and potluck reception. She showed up and was super akward and sat on her bu...
tt for a while. Not to mention she kept giving me weird looks and wasn't very friendly. Then at the venue she stood in one spot at the back of the crowd so she got a lot of pictures with peoples heads. Oh and she "lost" all the processional pictures so i dont have any of those. She took forever getting the pictures to me, and when they finally came i was so disappointed. Most of them were too bright, blurry, and looked unedited. When I demanded a refund, she said she was willing to give me a partial refund, but first she want another chance. I gave it to her and her re- edited pictures were just filters thrown on about a dozen of the 400 pictures. I said I still wanted my money back and she has ghosted me. I had to take weeks to edit them all myself.
She showed up, took pictures, and turned them in. That's it.
$875 that i won't get back
Misty was amazing! She was so accommodating for the wedding and all the planning. She drove 4 hours each way to my hometown both for engagement photos and the wedding. She is so sw...
eet and relatable and she was able to get the best smiles out of my husband and myself for pictures. The pictures are absolutely beautiful.
Our experience is pure heartbreak & frustration!! Misty reached out when our daughter asked about a photographer on a wedding Facebook group. She offered a break on her package “ b...
ecause she likes to do that for couples a few times a year”.Ok, nice & friendly. My daughter ASKED for recommendations for a videographer on my persistence & her offer to do it for $800 seemed like a deal. BIG HUGE MISTAKE!! Her photos were like a family reunion, the “30 minute video on the contact ” was about 17 minutes of junk! Audio was awful, the light to dark shaking video of the ceremony was terrible, the reception.... not enough space for my comments on that. To my heartbroken daughter, her reply was “ I told you I had little to no experience in videography “. Say what???! ABSOLUTELY NO response from her regarding my request for the $800 refund for this pathetic video that I paid for!!’ The most important day of of our daughter’s life & we have no memorable video to relive the day.....you can’t redo a wedding day.
I would recommend her to brides! She made sure all of the pictures we wanted were taken, when you have so many things you are thinking about, she's got you covered! I was nervous s...

calm and caring demeanor that helps to bring out the best in her clients. You can tell that she truly cares about each of the events that she photographs. I am so thankful that Misty was there to help us look back and remember the happiest day of our life! She made the process so stress free with her prompt email responses and willingness to chat and meet for coffee. She was so easy (and so much fun) to work with! Her photographs are stunning, but her incredible and caring personality is worth more than gold!

If you are looking for a photographer who knows what she's doing you are in the right place!...
! With the list of things that went wrong from catering, to dress alterations to the tuxedos, missing shoes, late flowers, etc. The photographer was not one of those things!! She was early and prepared! She did everything that we wanted and more! We were so relieved and impressed!!
We spoke with several photographers in our area along with Misty and we decided to go with Misty over all of the others! We were very impressed with her down to earth presence and how professional she was. She was able to answer all of our questions and accommodate what we were looking for!
We absolutely loved her previous work on other weddings! Even our family and friends plan to have Misty be their photographer!
Not only did Misty do our engagement photos and our wedding we also booked her for her photo booth for our reception! Talk about a blast!!! She had all of these super cute hats and masks etc. and our guests couldn't stop taking about how much fun they all had!!!
The biggest plus is you only have to deal with one Company!!! Come on ladies and gentlemen we all know how frustrating it is with ALL of the wedding details how awesome is it that you can get it all done with a photographer you are comfortable with and already knows what you like!!!
Since Misty does all kinds of photography we will definitely be return customers!
