Best decision ever was hiring Mallory! I was using a new venue, which didn't have a lot of prior event experience, so I was very nervous how the wedding day would stay organized and follow our specific vision. The second I hired Mallory she made me feel so much less anxious. She even provided her input on some items I was on the fence about based off her prior experience. Her team made our wedding day 10x smoother and truly went above and beyond. They were so professional. She's the best vendor we worked with during our wedding and would recommend her to anyone! If you're on the fence about a month of coordinator, or even day of coordinator, this is the best money you can spend! Truly makes everything so much easier!

Mallory was excellent from start to finish! From our first call it was clear how organized and knowledgeable Mallory is. Throughout the process Mallory was a great advocate and was so reassuring of my feelings, making sure to focus on getting us what we wanted from our venue and all of the vendors. She kept us on track without making us feel overwhelmed. She provided valuable insight into wedding planning. On the day of, Mallory and her team executed our vision perfectly and made sure the entire day ran smoothly. In stressful moments, Mallory was a calming presence and quickly resolved any issues. I would recommend Moments that Matter to anyone looking for a day of coordinator, knowing that you can rely on Mallory and her team to ensure your perfect day is actually perfect!!

I could not recommend Mallory and her team enough. From connecting over the phone, her advice when requested to coordinating with vendors Mal made her planning process truly so seamless.
For her day of coordination, Mallory took my visions to life. Truly I had such specific plans for my decor and I was so stressed I couldn’t set it up on my own, but Mallory took my inspiration and ran with it to make the venue a magical space. It was truly better than I could have imagined. Mallory also coordinated all of the vendors, stuck to the timeline, made sure we ate (!!!!so amazing to have all of our cocktail hour aps in our bridal room!!) and truly made the day so perfect. I said I wanted to “shut my brain” off on our wedding day and Mallory truly made sure I was able to soak in the moment and not get swept away.
If you are looking for a day of coordinator or full planning look no further. This team is truly as good as they come

Mallory was such a huge help during my wedding planning experience as my coordinator! She was so organized, detail oriented, and communicative. During the month before the wedding, she reached out to all of my vendors which took a lot of the pressure off! During the wedding day, Mallory ensured all of the small details were exactly how I wanted them and thanks to her, the day was flawless! I am so glad I decided to book a coordinator and Mallory was the perfect choice!

Stop wasting your time elsewhere and book Mal. After lots of research and filtering, we finally decided to go with Mallory as our day of coordinator (though she was very much involved in planning well before the big day). From our first meeting, she was so sweet and friendly and made sure all our questions and concerns were laid to rest. She has the insight and experience to know what needed to be done and exactly how to go about doing it. I'm very particular and knew how I envisioned our wedding, and thankfully Mal was there to help us bring everything together. Though our wedding was intimate (30 guests) there was a lot to get done and she worked with us studiously every step of the way. She was especially understanding in terms of working around our busy schedules (we are both in dental school so we never had any real time off) and helped keep us on track with the big items that needed to be established early on vs the smaller details that we could decide on later. Mal worked flawlessly with our other vendors, ensuring everyone was on the same page and if there were ever any real hiccups during the wedding, they were completely unbeknown to us. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just as you wish, and I think the sweetest part was when she kept reminding us throughout the evening to make sure we ate. Such a lovely and genuine person and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding, she's your lady. Please do yourself a favor and book her!

The best money we spent on the wedding was hiring Mallory and Moments That Matter. We were hosting a wedding in Providence but live in Virginia. Mallory relieved me of all of my worries about vendors and how everyone would move from the hotel, to the church and to the reception. Mallory was a huge stress reliever for the bride and the MOB!

Mallory was incredible!! She was so helpful leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. She helped with so many aspects of the day and her advice was so appreciated. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she is also an amazing person and cares about you and making the day special. Booking Mallory was one of the best things I did when planning my wedding and I could not recommend her more.

Mallory and her team at Moments that Matter were life savers. My husband and I only had a couple of months to plan our wedding. Malloy kept us on track, added special details that only someone with her experience level would think of, and kept our vision as her first priority. She is detail driven (which I thoroughly appreciate) and very communicative. She and her team were on-site for walk throughs and always willing to take on tasks to make my life easier. She reviewed contracts, kept timelines, and was the point of contact for all of our day-of vendors. Most importantly, she RAN every minute of the wedding. Every detail was in place and my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I would 100% recommend Mallory and her team at Moments that Matter for your event - big or small. I could not have done it on my own and am so happy that we found Moments that Matter to make our day everything we wanted it to be.

Mallory was our month of Wedding Coordinator. She knew our expectants and vibe for the wedding and executed it flawlessly. We’d say, after the brides, she was the 3rd most important role at our wedding.
Mallory managed vendors, finalized orders of rentals, overall communication with vendors and expectations day of. We had 2 pre-meetings about coordination; meetings with the caterer and Mallory was on site with us for the rehearsal and for the day of. She and her team assisted with the ceremony and personal touches. She kept us on time - with five minute warnings - kept vendors on time and solved problems that came up without us having to get involved. One of our brides is a career event manager so that was important to us - to be able to let loose and know that Mallory had it under control.
Mallory is a seasonal professional, she knows when to take the lead and when to take a step back with many other seasoned event vendors in the room. We appreciate this about Mallory’s working style and saw all of our vendors thrive with her leadership. LGBTQ+ Friendly
