ire is a planner, but we were still on the fence. We booked our venue first, which required some type of coordinator and I’m so glad they did. If you are thinking you can do it by yourself, I would think about what you are missing out on. Melissa goes above and beyond for each couple. She is the sweetest and everytime we got off the phone with Melissa, Matt and I both said how much we loved and appreciated her. Because of her experience, she thinks of things you would forget. She listened to our price points and what was important to us and provided the best vendors (many of which I would not have found because they were not on The Knot). Every vendor she provided (from the spray tan to the florist to our photographer) knocked it out of the park. She handled our signage and even had a graphic designer on her team draw cats for our signature cocktail sign. If you have the means or are on the fence, I promise Melissa will be the best decision for your wedding. She is so kind, quick to respond, will take the stress of your wedding off you, and goes to bat for you. She helped ensure our wedding day was smooth from decor to show flow. We loved Melissa! We do not have one critique of her, she was the best!!!

Upon having initial meetings with all three, there was not a doubt in our minds that Melissa and her team were the professionals we were looking for. Melissa and her team were absolute miracle workers for us! Our outdoor ceremony was rained out, and we had to make a lot of last-minute changes to make the ceremony work in our indoor reception area. Melissa and her amazing team quickly went to action and created an incredibly beautiful space that worked for both our ceremony and our reception. After seeing how they were able to take all of our decor and repurpose it (while still keeping our original vision for the wedding environment we wanted), it is clear that there is not a challenge that they could not effortlessly conquer. The Moments to Memories team is kind, loving, professional, patient with crazy family members, and took the time to get to know my husband and I, as well as our vision for our day. They really were the best teammates we could have asked for in the final days leading up to our wedding day. w I didn’t want to spend the next year worrying about everything, so Melissa was a godsend! We got her info from a friend who used her services and it worked right from the get go. She made everything so easy, and knew all the answers to all my seemingly never ending questions. The most above and beyond part of the service was filling and addressing all of our invites, as well as dealing with all of the communication between us and all our vendors. Both me and my husband work 9-5 M-F type jobs and had no time to spend calling people back and answering emails so that aspect of her service was the best. I would definitely recommend her and all of moments to memories to anyone and everyone especially people who are dreading planning and organizing a wedding like I was!

Since we were planning a wedding from out of state, Melissa did so much on our behalf. She called vendors, set up zoom meetings with me--including presentations and set questions, and so much more. When we went to Colorado before the wedding, she drove out of her way to join us for vendor meetings. The weekend of our wedding, her team worked like a well-oiled machine to set everything up for us, so we could spend time with family and friends. Moments to Memories was worth every penny! She deserves more than a 5 star review!

Over the course of having her as our planner, she answered texts and emails quickly, and kept us updated on what was going on so we could plan for what we needed. She came up with creative ideas and continued solutions to every stress. Each time we started to get stressed, we would message her and she knew exactly what to do or say. Overall, the most helpful thing was all her resources. Her team was amazing and made everyone in my wedding feel very special. They created beautiful one-of-a-kind invitations, posters, and alterations for dresses that helped make my wedding feel personalized. She had recommendations for every kind of vendor, all of which turned out amazing, and she carried out a lot of the communication and negotiation so we didn’t have to stress about it. On the day of the wedding, she made everything go so smoothly, it felt like having a stage manager. I could ask her anything and it happened. She also made sure all our vendors were properly taken care of with tips, food,and thank yous. We obviously aren’t experienced in the wedding world, so it was so nice to have someone able to guide us through.

es. Upon having our intro meeting with Melissa, we knew pretty quickly that she was the right planner for us. Her warm personality is immediately apparent, and she is incredibly organized across the board. We had a LOT of questions and she was always so pleasant about answering them, not to mention incredibly speedy in her replies! I would say the most valuable part of working with Melissa and her team was how insanely responsive and resourceful she is. No matter when we had a question pop up, Melissa would reply quickly and with an informative answer. If she didn’t have the answer right away, she would quickly work to find it out for us. Her tools were also super organized and effective. She uses multiple checklists and questionnaires to get an idea of what you want to see, which is incredibly helpful especially when you don’t know 100% what you want. Melissa was also great about going above and beyond when it came to ensuring that what we were getting from our vendors is what we paid for. We had issues with our venue trying (multiple times) to change what had been previously agreed upon, and Melissa was so quick to whip out our contract and negotiate in our favor, ultimately getting us exactly what we wanted and what was originally promised to us. When things ever became inflamed between us and a vendor, she was a fantastic mediator and kept stress at bay for us. We originally had zero intentions of hiring a coordinator or planner, but after meeting Melissa we knew we had to hire her, and we are so happy we did. We both work full time and we truly would never have been able to plan our wedding without Melissa. We believe hiring her was some of the best money we spent on our wedding, hands down. She allowed us and our family to really just enjoy the day and not have to worry about details - big or small. I would re-hire Melissa ten times over to plan and coordinate any wedding or special event. She not only provides the most flawless, professional service but also provides a friendship during what can be an incredibly overwhelming and stressful time. Do yourself a favor and hire her!! You will not be disappointed!

essionalism blew us away and made our wedding so smooth and happy. She completed our venue walkthrough with us 45 days ahead of time and also ran our rehearsal dinner for the bridal party. However our biggest praise is that she found and hired a last-minute vendor for hair styling services the MORNING of our wedding when the original vendor was a no-show. My wife called her in tears, feeling so stressed out, and within an hour Melissa had a wonderful replacement show up to our home and complete the entire bridal party's looks. We are so grateful and appreciative of all her and her team's hard work....we give Melissa our highest recommendation for any big event in which you may need planning and coordination assistance. We know our wedding was so fun and happy for us personally because of all the effort she put in. We truly got to enjoy our day because we knew she had things handled behind the scenes. re wedding planning process. I was worried about who would be able to set up and tear down decor during our destination wedding and decided to start working with her. Right away she set up a call to see if we were a good fit. Well, I loved her! We booked her about 4 months out from the wedding date and communication with her was very little at the time. Mostly quick questions and advice I wanted. As we got within a month out communications got more frequent and detailed. She sent multiple questionnaires to make sure that we were all on the same page and helped with every single little detail regarding the ceremony and reception. Wedding weekend she drove all the way to Estes Park for the rehearsal and was very flexible with timing due to family members flights being day before and unpredictable. She walked us through everything and made sure everyone knew where to be and when. Come day if she was more than willing to pick up coffee for us and deliver to our Airbnb. She picked up what decor she could and we delivered what we had left, which we wanted to do to talk to her and get a view of our venue. While we relaxed and got ready she and her assistant Gabby set everything up with little to no instruction and they did amazing! They were both willing to do anything and everything to help us out. Overall - this is the best money I spent through the entire wedding and if I could do it again I would do it the exact same way! Hire that day of coordinator and hire Melissa!
