Before this, I built three other businesses from the ground up (yes, three!) — but I couldn’t shake the tug I felt every time I thought about wedding planning. I can not begin to describe how amazing Rylee is! I found Moments Unveiled on The Knot while trying to find the perfect day of coordinator, her promptness to my inquiry, her super aesthetically pleasing website, and how organized she was, gave me all the reasons to choose her for my wedding. From the start she was super easy to work with, always answered any questions I had for her, and always made me feel like her number one priority. Even though she was just my “day of” coordinator, she was all in one month before my big day. When my husband and I got engaged, I was sure I was not going to hire a wedding planner and was going to be the ultimate DIY bride. As the wedding planning process was continuing, I realized there was little things I was forgetting and was very concerned as to who was going to coordinate my big day. I did not want my family or friends to miss out on the most special experience of my life so I decided to hire a wedding planner. If you're a DIY bride and are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner/ coordinator, I highly recommend you do. Even if you think you have everything planned out, there is always something that is forgotten, missed, or possibly mistaken. I decided to hire Rylee and her team for day-of-coordination and she did a really good job at executing all of the wedding planning I had put together. She meets up with you a month before the big day to fill in all the missing details and thoroughly plans out the event. On the actual big day I did not have to worry in the slightest about guiding guests, handling all the vendors, and staying on time with special wedding moments. I truly had a very smooth wedding day and I thank Rylee and her assistants for it all. The only thing I will say is she was unable to come to the rehearsal due to something that came up and I would have rather her there than who she had in her place. I also had talked to her about a first look with my dad and that was not put into the timeline which kind of bummed me out but I guess it was a slight miscommunication. Overall, I was not a stressed out bride for my big day and highly recommend Rylee with Moments Unveiled.

This being my first wedding, and having no experience with the process, I cannot fathom having done it without Rylee and her Team. While I only used their month of services, without missing a beat, 30 days out Rylee and her Team came in quickly, professionally, and orchestrated every detail with brilliance and finesse. Their attention to detail was unparalleled. Rylee really understood our vision and our day beautifully reflected our personalities and desires. We were blown away at how smoothly everything went on our wedding day. Their calm demeanor and reassuring presence make it such a comfortable peaceful experience and we were able to feel like we were present for our wedding. We didn't have to worry about a thing. My only suggestion would be to hire Rylee and her Team farther out to avoid the headache and stress leading up to the wedding. While having them a month out was a life saver, I wish I would have saved my self the 11 months of stress and hired them sooner.

Rylee was an incredible support and guide throughout a beast of a wedding planning process. After our first consultation meeting, I was struck by not only her professionalism and friendly demeanor, but also by how organized and resourceful she was. She put all my fears at ease, from the very first meeting all the way until the grand exit on the night of. My husband and I were probably one of the more challenging couples she has worked with -- not only were we planning from several states away exclusively via Zoom and phone calls, both he and I had extremely busy schedules meaning meetings were sometimes at odd hours and some details were left to last-minute. She stayed extraordinarily patient and kind with us the whole way through, and we found her extremely capable and reassuring. We hit a few snags the day of but she effortlessly handled everything, taking so much stress off our shoulders. Our goal for our wedding was to be as stress-free as possible and incorporate some cultural touches and traditions, and we could not have done it without her. We highly recommend her to any couple -- while we worked with her just for day-of coordination, I can't recommend her enough for all services. She helped turn our vision into a reality, and I will never be able to thank her and her team enough for all their hard work!

I’m not sure where to start! We had a successful wedding thanks to Rylee and Karen at Littleson Moments. They both went above and beyond anything we could have imagined to make our day absolutely perfect. Rylee is nothing short of a miracle worker. She handled my anxieties with grace and kept me afloat. If you are searching for a wedding coordinator, Rylee is the go to person! I contracted with Littleson Moments for Month of Wedding Coordination and could not be happier with Rylee and her team. She went above and beyond to ensure all the details were ironed out well before the wedding for a stress free day. Rylee listened to my concerns and my vision and truly brought everything we discussed to fruition. She is SUPER organized and pays very close attention to the details. As a musician I’ve done hundreds of weddings and recently had the pleasure to work with Littleson Moments as Wedding coordinators. When , at first, she sent me an e-mail link with all the Wedding details I was impressed. She had a list with all suppliers contacts, building entrances and exits, bride/groom schedule since early morning, and printed once for each supplier individually with personal instructions about their tasks. During the day she ensured that everything was on time and that it would run smoothly. When a wedding planner has a good communication as her, it makes our work easier and increases our confidence.
