Molly was amazing during the whole wedding planning process. Our original venue caught on fire and we had to change venues and she was so helpful during the whole process. Her day of coordination was spot on and we had nothing go wrong day of. My husband forgot our wedding cake so before anyone noticed during the reception so went to the store to get us one. She was amazing and I highly recommend her services.

From the moment you book, Molly offers customized support to help bring your vision to life. Services include venue layout chart mockups, table design image mockups, and detailed wedding timeline creation/ adherence, vendor coordination and communication, ensuring every team member, from the florist to the DJ, is aligned and on schedule.
On your wedding day, Moments With Molly Coordination arrives early to oversee setup, manage vendor arrivals, and make sure any personal decor such as signage and guestbook are set up. Ushers guests to each activity.
Unlike larger companies that juggle multiple events at once, Moments With Molly is intentionally limited to one wedding per week, giving every couple the dedicated focus and care they deserve.
* Don’t forget to ask about the “Bridal Emergency Bag” that is packed with everything you might need for life’s little hiccups, from sewing kit and stain removers to safety pins and a dress tape, to any supplies needed for the bridal suite such as perfumes, hairspray, dry shampoo, dress steamer, and much more. I’m passionate about working hard behind the scenes on your special day so you can enjoy an stress-free wedding filled with family, friends, love, and laughter!
To ensure every couple receives the personalized attention they deserve, I intentionally limit the number of weddings I take on each month.
