I was in close contact with Josh during the final couple of weeks before the event, and he continually proved himself a consummate professional and an excellent crisis counselor (not one of his advertised services). He didn't just work from a simple questionnaire, rather he took the time to understand what my wife and I really wanted out of our wedding: the atmosphere that we wanted to create, the schedule and sequence of events, and the last-minute changes that we had to make. I had no idea how many nuances were involved in executing an event like a wedding. Josh walked me through it all without ever making me feel overwhelmed (or ignorant, for that matter). When the big day finally arrived, Josh took what we told him and ran with it. I was totally hands-off during the wedding, and I had no doubt that my guests were in the best of hands with Josh at the mic. My gratitude cannot be overstated.
