Keen to ensure that everything goes smoothly, MoMoBBQCo can deliver, set-up, and clean away all of your food and catering equipment. Their food menu boasts a wide repertoire of dishes, from Texas beef brisket to smoked sausage. A range of specialty sandwiches is also available, including Mike’s signature Pitts-Burgher. Able to cater for up to 100 people, Mike offers bulk catering packages for larger groups.

I cook all the meats Memphis-style, dry rubbed with our nationally awarded sauces on the side. Our menus are flexible- it’s your wedding not ours! Love to meet with you, find out a little about you, what you need & tell you what we can do for your special day & of course do some food & sauce tasting! As one brides' great-grandmother once told me, "you don't make wedding food, you make good food!"
