It had a license plate with our last name on it and even made a fake getaway so that we could change and leave our formal wear with our parents. Not terribly priced and I would recommend it to others.

We had to reschedule due to our original wedding being the same weekend as that crazy snowstorm that hit texas & this vendor was extremely flexible and understanding! We had to push our wedding to August 14th and it was obviously beautiful. The driver had food, and our belongings all organized in the back of our car & confirmed the address to the place we were supposed to be heading after the wedding, thankfully he did this because our planner must have forgotten to update him with a new address but he made the quick fix and it was smooth sailing from there!

s to say my hair was going crazy! There was a fuel smell as well, which I’m sure is again cause it’s an older car. No blame on the company, but I wish they would be more open about older cars and the negatives. If you just want a car for photos than this is the car!! But for driving, I’m not sure I’d pick it.

ulled up to our venue, about 20 minutes before the last dance. All of our guests were near giddy with how classy and cool it was, and it just made the final part of our day perfect. Our driver was so nice and made the whole experience even more fun! It’s as classy as you can hope, and as easy a transaction as you can handle. What a great experience- seriously money well spent and makes for memorable pictures!!!

we known this, we wouldnt have booked it for such a limited schedule, and would have asked to be picked up later. This misunderstanding led us to arrive earlier at the venue than our photographer, forcing us to be a few minutes early to the venue while waiting for the photographer... without doing anything productive! Then when the photographer arrived, we took pictures 10 min at most over our scheduled time frame.
Needless to say, we were shocked when we received an alert from our bank being charged for $250.00 of one whole hour of overtime. This happened the morning after our wedding, and it was just so unpleasant!
As a respectable customer, I suggest going for a more professional and transparent transportation service for the most important day of your lives!

The day after the wedding, I learned there had been a mixup with the other wedding at the Houstonian and that our car accidentally took the other couple beforehand. That was the Houstonian's fault, not Monarchs, and fortunately it didn't impact us much! I did notice that we didn't have champagne, but didn't think much of it and had plenty at the reception & the hotel! The car was perfect, everything I had hoped, and our guests loved it!

h covered the car for one hour, the gratuity, a customized license plate, and champagne for the ride which is a better price than renting a limo for the entire night. When the car arrived at the reception we began to hear our guests talking about it “the awesome car that just pulled up” which was pretty cool. We also were the talk of the lobby when we pulled up outside of the hotel later that night. If you are traveling a long distance, be aware that the cars move very slow (or at least the one we rode in did) so plan accordingly. Also, be sure to have your payment lined up. They charged the final bill to the same card we used for the deposit, even after we emailed them and told them we were sending a check. However our driver was so great and made the ride very enjoyable. All in all the experience was great and I would definitely recommend them to future brides and grooms.

part you after your wedding is breathtaking! I'm sure our guests were shocked walking out after mass and seeing that pretty car! The first driver did an excellent job, gave us champagne, and drove us around for awhile to let our photographer make it to the reception before us. The second car from reception to hotel was good as well. The only downside was, he didn't drive us around besides driving us straight to the hotel. I had paid to have the car a full hour and probably only had it 30-45 minutes, which was a let down, but then again it was our wedding night! Very easy booking process, but book ahead! And if you book two cars, he gives a small discount for paying in full when booking! Highly recommended!
