Monday Night Brewing: The Garage

ason it is not getting 5 stars is because staff made it difficult for guests to get tickets for the brewery beer. They kept glasses behind the counter instead of putting them out for people to grab, making it confusing. It was a bummer because the beer tasting, that came with the venue, was one of the main reasons we booked it. Most people were confused and drank our cheap beer instead. Other than that, staff was easy to work with and guidelines were clear.

e year we were thinking and now we know why. Carlen, the venue, and the rest of the staff are AMAZING! We had our ceremony outside of the porch and our reception inside. The lighting and the greenery on the porch was the perfect setting for a ceremony. The space inside also has a lot of character so we did not have to bring much more for décor, which those in charge of breaking down were a fan of! My parents at first were not in love with the idea of a brewery wedding but once they saw MNB they completely changed their minds. They loved how unique the space was and how it guests of all ages would enjoy it! Carlen was absolutely amazing to work with. I cannot tell you how many emails I sent or how many questions I asked Carlen and she was always prompt to respond! She was quick to tell us what wouldn’t work in the space and helped us brainstorm for alternative solutions. We also came in multiple times during regular tastings (who doesn’t love their beer?) and if Carlen was there she would make it a point to come say hi and see if we had any questions as we were viewing the space again. I can honestly say that we have come out of our wedding as friends. She was not scheduled to work our wedding but still stopped by to say hi and make sure everything was perfect. That meant so much to myself and my husband! The pricing for this venue was also great and it included the beer tastings! At first I was nervous about what our guests would think about having tickets, but they loved it! We were also able to hire additional bartenders to serve wine for a small fee which was great. They also had many different options for adding on time, which we did since both our ceremony and reception were there. For a customized touch, they give you the option to customize pint glasses with your own logo for your guest gift. This was great and one less thing for me to worry about. I would suggest not personalizing enough for all guests because not everyone leaves with one. Overall MNB was a great venue with amazing staff and great character in Atlanta! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get married within the Atlanta area and doesn’t want their wedding at a typical ballroom or country club while still being able to please their parents

guests have all been raving about what a fun place it is. We had our ceremony on the patio and it was natural and beautiful. The reception was indoors where we used MNB's funky vibe and furniture for an awesome industrial, stripped down but glamorous vibe. You can do almost nothing with the space and have a beautiful event and a fantastic blow out party. When word gets out about this awesome in town, affordable wedding spot, you won't be able to book it unless you have years of time to plan. Carlen is amazing and responsive. Oh, and the beer is awesome!

open area, eclectic decor, string lights-->no need for tons of decor as the place speaks for itself -patio can be used for ceremony which is beautiful outdoor feel -SLIDESHOW played during our entire reception on the wall (provided for free) -guests can even go on a free brewery tour during reception Cons: -All your vendors will be coming in since it's a brewery (i.e. food, dessert, DJ, tables/chair, etc.) Highly recommend hiring a day of wedding coordinator at minimum to help with coordinating everything (it was a HUGE help) **OVERALL we had a blast and LOVED monday night brewery for our ceremony AND reception!!! It's very laid back, everyone had fun, it was something different than the traditional places, and WE had a blast!! Carlen was super quick with emails and was a huge help in our planning process! :) THANK YOU MNB for making John and I's wedding a day to never forget! :)

-throughs of the venue with various vendors. We were free to choose all of our own vendors to work with, which is a huge plus! For Saturdays, you are required to work around their tasting schedule. There were a few mechanical issues during our wedding that ended with a wet dance floor.

e were able to have a food truck (highly recommend!!) and smores on the patio. Carlen is a dream to work with, and she was so willing to help with whatever I needed. Just beware if you choose this venue that you basically have to book everything--tables, catering, linens, etc. You just get the space (which is amazing!!) with this venue!

kept commeting on how cool of a venue it was. The staff was very helpful and flexible -- they were open to all of our ideas for set up and decoration -- you could even have them give a tour of the brewery during the event. We worked with Carlen and she made our day easy - we knew everything would be ready to go when we walked in. Great staff, great company and great beer! Beer is included with the price of the venue and you can bring in outside wine / liquor. I highly recommend the brewery for your venue -- could also be a great rehearsal dinner spot.

with white lights strung throughout is absolutely beautiful! It's a space you can truly make your own....and its intown!
