hemistry translated beautifully on camera, creating an atmosphere that was both comfortable and fun. They kept the energy lighthearted throughout the day while maintaining complete professionalism. The photos exceeded our expectations, and we are so grateful for their exceptional talent and dedication.
We booked Monica for our engagement session and for our wedding day and I couldn’t be happier we chose her. She was with us every step of the way and captured beautiful shots! High...
ly recommend her if you are looking for a great photographer that will capture all of the emotions on your wedding journey.
Monica did an amazing job with our engagement and wedding photos! Our budget was really tight, and she was able to work with us on pricing since we only wanted first looks, ceremon...
y, family portraits, and wedding portraits. She's a blast to work with and give great direction. I felt so beautiful and my husband looks so relaxed and happy in the pictures. Thank you again for capturing our big day!
I cannot properly articulate just how amazing Monica and Tyler are. They are a truly talented team and so much fun to work with! They have a way of making you feel comfortable in f...
ront of a camera, and they bring so much fun and positive energy with them. The way our engagement and wedding photos/video came out exceeded our expectations, and it's thanks to them that we have such beautiful memories to look back on.
Omg buckle in for a LONG review because there is just so much to say. We hired Monica (and Tyler) as our first vendor after our venue back in Fall of 2022? Then they shot our engag...
ement shoot spring 2023 and wedding spring 2024. Amazing couple/team/business to work with and I'll give specific details why. First, my husband and I love in Florida while Monica is based in Texas. Our engagement shoot was in Florida set for Feb, but due to getting covid it got postponed to March. Since the changes in dates were kinda sudden and flights were insanely high because of spring break, they DROVE FROM DALLAS TEXAS TO ORLANDO FLORIDA in order to shoot our engagement pics!!! Like, how many committed vendors can you name who would do that?? My husband said it was the most fun he had taking photos ever because they truly know how to make you laugh and get a genuine smile for those pics. And because our pics were done at a public spring/park there were so many people in the background but you would have never known from our pictures that there were kids and half naked men floating in the waters in bright green pool floaties behind us. Editing was phenomenal. They did their research and talked to friends to plan when the best time to arrive was and worked on the fly to find the best photo spots
Now for wedding services, again, amazing. Monica asked well in advance for a shot list of people and things i wanted and she provided a perfectly curated timeline to include them all that was so detailed and great that I used it as my main timeline and sent it out to other vendors to use for reference as well. Morning of, I was so nervous because hair and makeup team was taking longer than planned but one look at Monicas calm demeanor showed me that I had nothing to worry about. They had built-in time cushions for the timeline, had backup plans and photo shots for every curveball that came our way. Favorite vendors we hired hands down, bc they treated us like family were so caring calm and amazing hype men. I felt so beautiful wedding day because of their words of encouragement. We NEVER felt rushed and anytime a family/friend/couple came up to ask to snap an unplanned pic with us, they did it without complaint and with grace. There wasn't a single thing on my must have photos list that they missed. Their knowledge of lighting, shadows, and angles is impeccable. Wedding party and parents also had a blast shooting with them. It was also a bonus that they had shot at our venue many times before and knew the perfect places to photograph at. They also stayed true to their commitment of being there from the time we got ready to the end of the night. Sneak peeks were provided the next day for both engagement and wedding day and are sooo beautiful, received nonstop compliments from everyone we know. Thank you for everything!!!
Words from husband (who I should mention also cared the most about giving them a review above all our other vendors): Monica and Tyler thank you so much for everything. You guys are amazing at what you do. Always there for us both. I can’t imagine how our day would have went without you two! You guys are the perfect dream team. Tyler your hype was amazing for the dudes. I loved your energy the entire night. Monica, you’re the boss! You’re Tyler’s boss as well. I know you took care of everything on Elena’s end when the guys were getting ready. The best part for me, is that you guys do this every other day and love what you do.

Hands down so thankful for Monica and her husband Tyler! Between the hilarious laughs, random questions, help with timelines, and of course the final products I can not say enough ...
positive things! From the moment I came across Monica's website I knew she was the photographer I needed for my wedding. I wanted to make sure to find someone that isn't just going to say "okay now everyone say cheese" and you have everyone with the awkward half smile... that's not Monica! She knows exactly how to pose, get the best angles, make you laugh, and have a fun time doing it! Even the guys enjoyed getting pictures taken! Thank y'all for making it a blast and for capturing our day so beautifully and perfect!

Monica and Tyler were PHENOMENAL. Both of them were so fun, kind, and worked their bottoms off to get all the shots they could!
We were so lucky to have Monica Cassell Photography...
for our special day and we could not be more grateful for how she paid attention to detail and captured the mood of our day!
It was a crazy day and she took everything in stride, making sure we were happy. 1000000 stars!!
Where do I begin? I guess the best place to start is the very beginning!
I have always dreamed of the fairytale wedding and Disney seemed too far out of my budget. One of my bride...
smaids said that she knew of this wedding photographer that photographed Disney weddings! She sent me her website and I immediately flipped out because all of the galleries were AMAZING. I freaked out with excitement. It was like I found the Fairy Godmother of photographers!! I called my husband and told him that I was filling out her page to be contacted by her to see if we were a good fit. I loved that she had the page set up like this because it really is important that the photographer and the client click!
My husband and I talked to her on the phone and she was the sweetest, funniest, and knowledgeable photographer that I had found! My husband even asked questions about here cameras and lenses - he was impressed. I knew that we would be a good fit and she was available for my date!
Fast forward to our engagement photos. I do not think that I have laughed that hard in a LONG time. She had the best prompts and even helped me do the photos with my knee injury (I had just had knee surgery).
Fast forward again to my bridals. We met in the DFW area at this cute little alley called Inspiration Alley and had most of my photos done there. Pure Gold. We also went over to a park that was really close to Inspiration Alley to have more photos taken. The photos were everything! It was so difficult to find which one I wanted to be my bridal portrait!
Now my favorite part... the wedding day. Her and her husband showed up to take all of the detail photos. Her husband was really awesome and I can tell why they make such a great team! They came up with the best places to take our photos and where to do our First Look photos. The details that they got... y'all! I promise my wedding was not at Disney but it was definitely a fairytale! She even helped us film a TikTok - like a total boss! They literally were my favorite people that day. She even came in for the rescue when my videographer showed up 2.5 hours late to my wedding - yeah, that's correct. She kept my heart calmed and went above and beyond to keep me from breaking down. She was supportive about the hurt and informative about how to handle that vendor. The way Monica and her husband jumped in to save the emotions of the day will forever be on my heart. I can honestly not say thank you enough to them for everything. We even had a private dance at the end and she only photographed a minute of it to give us privacy.
Her pictures are just out of this world. Monica is a true friend to the brides and grooms on their wedding day. She works hard to make sure that everything is perfect, timelines stay on track, and that communication is super clear. She's honest, hardworking, and a freaking blast to be around. If you want someone who is going to make every bit of your dreams come true on your wedding day then book this woman IMMEDIATELY. You won't regret it. I know I did not regret a single moment. I would give her a million stars if I could but the limit is five.

t, but you really captured all the joy and happiness on our wedding day. The work you do is truly amazing. You are so talented, and fun to work with. We felt you were very professional and listened to what we had to say. You and your team did a great job handling all the ups and downs on our wedding day. All our picture were finished when you said they would be. We are in love with every single one of them. Hands down, you are the best! I would recommend Monica Cassell Photography to anyone, always. Wishing you all the best! Mr. and Mrs. Martinez

Monica left no room for stress or doubt while working with her and followed through on every commitment she made to us in a timely fashion. I cannot recommend her enough!

ent than I came in. I am not very photogenic and was skeptical and nervous about having our photos taken, but Monica made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Not only did Monica and her assistant take the most gorgeous photos, but they also helped in every way they could on the wedding day. Monica is the type of person who will do everything she can to make sure your day is perfect. I felt so relieved knowing she had my back throughout the entire day. She was so polite, courteous, and compassionate; both of our families kept talking about how much they loved our "cool, fun photographer." And the photos were AMAZING! Absolutely worth it. I am so glad we chose Monica for this once-in-a-lifetime event because we can re-live that day over and over again through her photos. 10/10 recommend!
Simply put, the best photographer in the DFW area!! Not only am I OBSESSED with how our photos turned out, she truly made the whole process less stressful and enjoyable!

with crazy weather and an even crazier wedding party. She made the process engaging and so fun! When we had crazy ideas (eating tacos in my wedding dress), she embraced it and truly let all of our personalities show. She cares about what we want out of the photos and her creativity is beyond what I could have expected.
I cannot recommend her enough. She is such a talented photographer and you would be missing out if you didn’t use Monica.
Absolutely loved Monica, she made us feel comfortable and showed our relationship beautifully! Will definitely try to book her again to capture future life moments.

our postponed wedding and our wedding photos. Half of our wedding decor was framed photos from our previous sessions because they are so classically beautiful. I now plan to continue booking sessions each year with Monica to have her beautiful work all over the house. Monica is so easy to work with, is patient, organized and above all wants you to feel special. Your search is done- book one of her packages, start frame shopping and be ready to go back and buy more frames because you can’t decide between all your beautiful photos on what to put up.

She was extremely professional and timely in all of our communication. I'm so glad I did the package because it made all the photos from engagement to wedding day match the same gorgeous style and made us comfortable and confident with her when our big day arrived. Could not recommend her enough, you are in good hands entrusting the photography to Monica!!

t did our engagement photos we were both pretty camera shy, and Monica definitely helped us break out of our shell! I would definitely recommend her to any couple who may feel a little awkward in front of the camera. For every photo session she made me feel absolutely confident in myself, and I truly had so much fun getting to know her. Not to mention she works super hard to get you a sneak peak of all your photos the day after if not the day of. All of our photos turned out absolutely beautiful, and I can't wait to see the rest of our wedding photos!
I love how our photos turned out! We were laughing the whole time! There was never once an awkward moment! She has the best ways of bringing out the best smiles!

At our engagement shoot, the weather decided to be muddy and humid so of course my hair did its own thing. Monica and I had a coffee date prior to discuss what I envisioned for our engagements and she had many ideas for locations and boy was she right. Tandy Hills park was to die for gorgeous!
