Monika did a great job and helped us capture some incredible memories of our wedding day. She was a big part of making our day very special and did a fantastic job getting photos throughout the day, especially with our formal portraits. Even though she hadn't shot a wedding at our venue, she was able to find great locations for photos and made the most of the scenery. Monika is definitely a professional and is wonderful to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again!

We split up our wedding into 2 parts: a small ceremony and a larger reception 4 months later. We had the absolute pleasure of having Monika photograph our reception, and we honestly may like her work a little more than our actual big day. Her personality is so warm and inviting. Monika and her husband did a wonderful job for our June 2022 wedding! They were super organized, got almost all the shots we wanted, and took on a very long day like champs. They kept the energy up for the individual portraits and took care of all the things my husband and I had no clue about. Our engagement session was also a ton of fun and memorable. Monika was absolutely phenomenal! She worked hard to keep us on our timeline, even when we fell behind she didn’t let that slow us down. At the very beginning of our wedding she got stung by a bee and STILL she pushed through and delivered stunning photos. We chose Monika for our wedding after speaking to close to a dozen other photographers. She is very passionate about her work and that shows through in the picture quality. Monika was so amazing to work with. We did both our engagement shoot and wedding photos with her; our engagement session was was freezing cold (30’s and windy!) , but she did a great job keeping our spirits up even though neither of us are super comfortable in front of the camera, and our photos turned out beautifully! She was so helpful with planning our shot list and timeline for the day, offering suggestions on timing to make the day run smoother. Her attention to detail was so appreciated, and both Monika and her second photographer Ryan were great at putting both us and our wedding party at ease for portraits and group shots! We had sneak peak wedding pictures the next night, and can’t wait to see the rest! We’re a couple hours drive from her, but will absolutely be using Monika for any future photo sessions!

Monika is the best of the best without a doubt!! She is so personable and has an amazing sense of humor. A photo session with Monika is so much fun and I guarantee you she can get the biggest most natural smiles out of even the toughest to photograph. She has an eye for amazing photos. My daughter wanted some photos in a flower field. We were in the city with no fields in sight but Monika spotted a flower bed. She laid on the ground and took the photos from an angle that made it look like we were in the most beautiful flower field in the middle of the city. The photos turned out STUNNING!!! I highly recommend Monika to all of my friends and will most certainly be calling her for all of our families needs.

Monika was a joy to work with. We booked her for our wedding pre-pandemic and she was so patient and was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole thing! We ended up having to push our date back a year and she was so easy to work with helping us navigate such an unexpected experience for everyone! The day of the wedding, she and her second shooter were both extremely professional. She gives wonderful direction and is very good with big group shots! I loved the timeline she helped me create and even with the timeline being completely off the day of - she rolled with it and got all the important pictures. She provided us with SO many pictures!!! I love them all, I have no idea how I'm going to be able to choose which ones to print out! Also - if you have a funny mishap (like my husband doing a dance to start the reception and completely splitting his pants - she will most likely capture it! It is one of my favorite pictures, ha!) Just goes to show how attentive she is. I will definitely be using her in the future for any family photos, etc. If you're looking for a competent, kind, funny, professional, outgoing photographer - Monika is your girl!

It was wonderful working with Monika. We were able to book her with only a few months notice, due to a cancellation. She was also able to fit us in for an engagement session. Photography was one of our top priorities for our wedding, and we were so lucky to have found Monika! I knew she was the one after reading her website bio “if you like ‘dark, moody’ or ‘light, airy’ I am NOT your girl.” I can’t stress how important it is to look at a photographer’s work and make sure it aligns with what you love. Her use of vibrant color and lighting techniques absolutely made our photos stand out. She took the time to get to know us as a couple, and was flexible after our original venue cancelled. Her connections in the wedding industry are amazing and she helped us with an officiant, flowers, and hair and makeup. But what really sets Monika a part is her personality. She had us laughing throughout our engagement and wedding pictures. I remember during our engagement shoot looking back at her as she was laying in a bush to get the perfect shot. Not only is she a hard worker, but she will make you laugh in the process! The day of the wedding, she kept me calm even with torrential downpours. You wouldn’t even know it rained that day when looking at the pictures. Choosing Monika was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. We had so much fun working with her, and have her beautiful work to remember our special day!

Monika was amazing! My husband and I had a COVID wedding and had to reschedule three separate times due to the pandemic. Monika was very helpful, flexible, and extremely understanding about the entire situation. Not to mention how amazing she was the day of our event. My bridal party was very difficult to work with but Monika did an amazing job reigning them in and keeping them focused. And when they were too focused on the bar to take photos, she was incredibly patient and resourceful. I cannot recommend her enough. She hasn’t finished editing all of our photos yet - but I can tell you by the sneak peaks I’ve seen, they’re going to look amazing! I’m so happy I found her and I recommend her 1000%.

OMG! Monika is wonderful! We got married at a bed & breakfast and the photographer was arranged as part of the package. I could not have picked a better photographer myself! Words cannot describe how impressed I was with Monika's photographic skills and the passion she displays. My fiancé and I had a very intimate wedding with just the two of us at a B&B. The proprietor of the B&B arranged everything so we really didn't know what to expect. Monika surpassed anything we could have imagined. When I say that Monika is the most amazing photographer, I mean it 110%. She was able to capture us in our true element even when we were being goofy. She and her husband, Ryan, made it so easy and made us feel so comfortable. We didn't feel like we were posing in front of a camera but just being ourselves or talking with friends (even though those friends were holding cameras). Her work is so incredibly beautiful. Her use of natural light makes all the difference! It brings so much warmth and beauty to her work. The poses she has you in don't look or feel forced.
