My husband and I are so happy that we hired Monika to be our wedding photographer. She was an incredible partner from the early phone conversations, through putting together a contract, the big day and delivering a library full of our memories....
I felt there was incredible value in the wedding packages she put together. From the second we met in person at the engagement shoot she made us feel so comfortable. And she was so well organized in the month before the wedding day that we felt calm and confident that the day would run smoothly and we'd have all our memories from the day to look back on. All the photos from our wedding were so beautiful, and every special moment was captured. We got to see some sneak peeks the day after the wedding, and then a very organized library of files were delivered just 1 month after our wedding day. It was incredible.
It was such a pleasure working with Monika and would definitely love to use her for other special milestones in the future! I highly recommend her.

remained flexible, professional and so caring throughout our replanning process. On the day of our ceremony, Monika was prepared and so efficient at capturing our details. She got through all of the shots that we request (and many more!) and our immediate family and wedding party were talking about her for weeks! Monika gave us a sneak preview of the gallery less than 24 hours after the ceremony and delivered the full gallery well within her promised timeline. Our guests that could not be at the intimate ceremony were blown away by the gallery that we shared. We cannot wait to work with her again next year for our big reception! Thank you Monika!!!

I was confident we would be thrilled with the end result and we were. She is also extremely hard working and turned around a preview of our wedding photos in less than 24 HOURS! She also sent us our entire wedding album weeks before we were expecting it. Her blog posts about our engagement session and our wedding day were gorgeous and such a fun thing to share with family and friends. I seriously do not even know where to begin with Monika de Myer Photography. Monika is not only the sweetest, nicest, and caring person, but her photos are amazing and she is so professional.
My husband and I used her for both our engagement ...
photos as well our wedding photos. She had the light and airy feel about her photos that I was looking for. It's not everyday that you have "photoshoots", and we were worried about not knowing what we were doing, but Monika was able to direct and guide us so our photos came out natural and perfect.
Prior to the wedding she provided us with a full itinerary with times and photos order. This was perfect and allowed us to plan and tell other family when and where they needed to be. It also allowed us to add any additional photos we wanted to be taken that day.
Monika and her team the day of the wedding were SO amazing. They made me feel so comfortable, and she felt like part of the family. Of course after seeing a few teasers, I could barely wait to get all of the photos back. Monika's photo turn around was so quick and our photos are amazing.
I truly couldn't have imagined a better photographer! I will absolutely be using her for photos in the future!
