el manageable and enjoyable. She was incredibly professional, personable, and just genuinely helpful every step of the way. I honestly wish we had hired her sooner!
Our baby shower ended up having more guests than our wedding in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, which says a lot. As the guest list kept growing, we realized we needed more help coordinating with vendors and making sure every detail was covered. Monique and her team stepped in seamlessly, making it all come together beautifully. She worked so well with all of our existing vendors and even helped us recruit a few outstanding ones who turned out to be perfect fits for the event.
What we appreciated most was how much we trusted her. We felt totally comfortable allowing Monique to make last-minute design decisions and suggestions because we knew she and her team had our backs. It felt like we could actually enjoy the day while they ran everything behind the scenes flawlessly. We’ll definitely be hiring Monique again for future events, and we've already sent a few friends her way because we know they'll be in excellent hands.

On the day of our wedding, Monique was a complete lifesaver. She handled everything behind the scenes so seamlessly that we were able to just enjoy every moment. Any hiccups that came up were solved before we even knew about them, and their attention to detail was beyond impressive. Our guests even commented on how smoothly everything went!

planning everything, and you can only hope for the best when the day arrives. Despite some other vendor issues, everything not only went perfectly on the day of, but everything looked the way we had always dreamed and hoped it would! Our guests had the best time, our families absolutely loved it, and my wife and I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding. If you're on the fence about having a day-of-coordinator, I 100% recommend hiring Monique Hamilton Events, I can't thank them enough for how incredible that day was and how smooth everything went!

d a zoom calls as well and always worked with my schedule. She was on time and had every detail laid out for us. She envisioned right along side me my Harry Potter themed wedding 5.14. It was so important to me to not feel rushed throughout the day and my 14 person bridal party had 2 hours to spare to relax. Even though it rained and I wasn’t able to get my outdoor wedding it didn’t damper the day. She made it happen for us! Best ever to do it.

lking about how beautiful our wedding was. Monique advised us every step of the way. She had our complete trust from day one. She put together an all-star team. Even when something went wrong she kept her cool and made sure that we were comfortable. Monique will be planning all my future events.

ue came on board every question I had was addressed. Monique put our vision for the day first. There were certain traditions like the bouquet toss that we didn't want to do and she let us know that modern weddings can include as much or as little traditional aspects as you want. Advice like that was valuable and helped us in the decision making process. I was grateful to have her there and her great itinerary. On the day, unforeseen things happen, but because of Monique's planning help these hiccups were small (like the flowers falling off my dad's boutonnière on his suit) which didn't phase me because Monique was there with a safety pin to fix it. A lot of what Monique does happens before the day and behind the scenes so that we could fully enjoy our wedding day.
