From the very beginning, she was so organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. What stood out most is how much she truly cares. You can feel that this isn’t just her job—she wants your day to be everything you’ve dreamed of & more. Having someone like Hali in your corner is priceless & we are so blessed to have built these amazing connections during our planning process. We are so beyond grateful to have gotten married at Monserate Winery and to have had Hali & her assistant, Nicole, as part of our day. We had so much fun with them! It was truly unforgettable, and we would choose this venue a thousand times over!

We had our wedding at the Tuscan Estate and it truly felt like we were in Italy. Every single aspect of the venue is so elegant and classy. The food was exceptional, truly everyone raved about the food as well as the sheer beauty! It is the perfect venue for photos. Everything is well organized and thought out. The staff is excellent. We even had our rehearsal lunch at the restaurant and Tristan was a delight to work with as well. All of our guests were amazed by Monserate and said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. I highly recommend this venue for all the right reasons: absolutely stunning, incredible staff, delicious food, easy and free parking. What is also so nice is that every phase of the wedding is just steps away from each other: the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and restrooms are all organized so well. I am so thankful we got to have our wedding there, it was truly the wedding of our dreams.

Monserate is organized and you can tell they truly care about the couples getting married there. Would recommend it to every single person!!!

We were first working with Stephanie (who is absolutely amazing!!) but things changed and Hali stepped in during the final month or so before the wedding on very short notice and absolutely knocked it out of the park. Despite jumping in late, she was incredibly organized, responsive, and quickly got up to speed on every detail of our day. Her calm, professional presence made the last month of planning completely stress-free, and on the wedding day everything ran seamlessly. The venue itself is stunning and well maintained, with thoughtful and genuine staff who made our guests feel comfortable and impressed during our wedding. Hali and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make sure our vision came to life and our guests were cared for, handling every detail with our planner from Sweet Blossom (Jess) so we could simply enjoy the moment. We are so grateful to Hali and the entire Monserate team for giving us the wedding of our dreams! We wouldn't change a thing when it comes to the venue and staff at Monserate!

bove and beyond to make sure I was happy as the bride, but what really stood out was how attentive, thoughtful, and kind she was to my mom, dad, and my groom as well. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the day completely stress free and so special. I have had so many people reach out to ask about my experience, and I never hesitate to tell them about Molly. I will always remember her and the outstanding care she showed us.

until we took a look at Monserate Winery that we both felt like this was the perfect location to have our big day. We took a chance and booked the Villa De Fiore location before they had completed construction - and we were blown away by how the venue looked upon completion. It felt like we and our guests were transported to our own private little slice of Italy. We got countless comments from our guests complimenting the elegance of the venue. The bride and groom suites were the size of apartments. We didn't think we would need that much space, but it was a real game changer having it for our wedding party and close family and overall worth it to us in the end. Our venue coordinator Stephanie was amazing for us. Through our multiple meetings and constant email communication, she helped mold our day and iron out a lot of the details. She was able to accommodate different requests we had and calm our anxieties whenever questions came up. Her and the rest of the staff (from the wait staff to the bartenders) were extremely kind to us and our guests. We couldn't have asked for a better staff to attend to our night. We enjoyed having the option to have several outside vendors (dessert, late night snack, photobooth, musician & DJ) contribute to the festivities and enjoyment of our guests. Coordination between our outside vendors and Monserate went very smoothly and we didn't encounter any issues. You are required to use Monserate's catering if you're booking a wedding with them. We were invited to a big group tasting, which while a fun date night, didn't allow us to try everything from our specific menu. We ended up booking another private tasting to get a full look at the whole menu - and after that we were able to settle on the entrees, salad, sides, and appetizers that we wanted. There were enough options there so that every couple could find selections they liked. Overall, we couldn't ask for anything more from a wedding venue. We had the night of our lives and it was in large part to the amazing venue, its flexibility allowing us to have vendors we loved, and the staff who took care of us every step of the way. We cannot recommend Monserate enough.

She immediately made us feel taken care of, advocated for us whenever needed, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We had quite a few specific requests, especially when it came to our wedding menu, and Macie accommodated us as much as she possibly could. She was patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us create the day we envisioned. And on the wedding day itself, she truly became our hero—when I didn’t have my vows with me, she stepped in right away and helped me print them out. Even though we had hired a wedding planner, Macie was every bit as incredible in her role. She was organized, supportive, and consistently went the extra mile. We are so grateful for her and for the entire venue team for making our day unforgettable. Highly recommend this venue—and if you get Macie as your coordinator, you’re in amazing hands!

We initially worked with Samantha, who was so kind, accommodating, and thoughtful. She even did an extra walk-through with my parents who live out-of-town and always made us feel welcomed during onsite meetings. Even after going on leave, she still checked in and made herself available for our rehearsal and the wedding day to ensure everything went seamlessly. During the latter part of planning and on the day itself, we worked with Hali, who was an absolute delight. She had incredible energy, checked on us constantly, and anticipated every need. She even took beautiful behind-the-scenes photos of moments throughout the day and shared them with us, which meant so much. She made us feel truly cared for from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or a more supportive team. Highly, highly recommend.

The venue itself was absolutely stunning, but what made it even more special was all of the staff we encountered. Hali Ielfield, an absolute angel, was our coordinator for our wedding and we are so lucky to have had her through this once in a lifetime experience. She was so helpful, quick to respond, creative, respectful, and so sweet. She truly made our experience perfect. We will always look back at our wedding day with joy and we could not recommend it enough. We would also love to mention Carissa Legg, Samantha Cordera, and Tristian Bonilla. Carissa was a wonderful lady who gave us the original tour through the venue and she was so sweet. Samantha was one of our coordinators that we met through the process before we met Hali and Samantha was also so sweet. Tristian helped us plan our rehearsal lunch at the Monserate Winery public restaurant and he was so knowledgeable and passionate! We also would like to say a special thank you to all of the amazing bartenders who worked the open bar at our wedding - so many guests mentioned how much they loved the bartenders. We are sooooo happy with everything and wish we could do it all again!! What an incredible place and team of people!

r Navarro, was so helpful through everything and was dedicated to making our dreams come true. She put us at ease at each meeting and especially on the day of. The value of what we got for the price was also amazing. We feel so great about what we were able to put together for the total cost - we didn’t feel like we were going bankrupt to have our dream wedding. The day of as seamless, if anything went wrong, I had no clue. I am so so happy with our experience and Jennifer especially, we wish we could re live the day a million times!!

Our designated coordinator was Macie and we cannot say enough good things about her! She was super easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and was there on our wedding day to help our vision come to life. Thank you times a million, Macie! Our guests RAVED about the food! We had multiple guests say it was the best wedding food they've ever had. The bridal and grooms suites are also super spacious and have everything you'd need while getting ready for your special day. Monserate really thought of everything when building their venues to make your wedding day seamless and beautiful. We are so happy with our choice to get married at Monserate Winery! We wish we could do it all over again!
