first email she was nothing but helpful, attentive, and so enthusiastic to help me complete my project. She did such an amazing job that I contacted her again to make matching tags for each box! She made the entire experience so effortless that I cannot wait to work with her again in the future!!

o excited for me and extremely communicative! I won a total of 7, but at the time only needed 5. She made them so fast and sent me the tracking information, I felt so informed. A few weeks later, I reached back out because decided to add a ‘bridesman’ to my party. I was fully prepared to pay full price, but she only charged me shipping and I was so grateful. Not to mention how accommodating she was being! Highly recommend her for your wedding needs. My cards are stunning and will use her again for anything wedding!

ny in the past but when we got them on the wedding day around the table, it exceeded all of our expectations! This was one vendor that we did not have to go back and forth and did the job with professionalism! Every one of the names were engraved correctly and all the guests were also amazed. What a piece of art!! Excellent job and well done ! Mahnaz and I continue to display both of ours on a little area we have entry to our bedroom so that we can see them often.
Thank you for such a contribution to our wedding.

ossible solutions for every issue that came up. She was responsive, attentive and the quality of her work is UNMATCHED. In addition to everything leading up to the wedding being incredible, due to some changes to our wedding because of the Kincade Fire in Sonoma County, Shaochen volunteered to do extra work to ensure our seating assignment cards were perfect and worked directly with our coordinator and friends to arrange pick-up in San Francisco the morning of the wedding. We were blown away and incredibly impressed and know that Monstera Gold should be a top choice for anyone needing gorgeous signs and incredible calligraphy!

anized in how she took in information from us and turned it into beautiful pieces for our wedding. I wanted our place cards to be tied to our favors, which required the calligraphy to be off-center and hole-punches to be added. She was great about accommodating this and they turned out so lovely!
I can't recommend Shaochen enough - she is smart, creative, on-time, organized, and so fun to talk to!

t and the rest of our decor perfectly. We worked with her on a welcome sign, bar sign, place cards, table numbers and seating chart and everything turned out FLAWLESSLY. Many of our friends who posted about our wedding on social media included pictures of the welcome sign and place cards in their posts - they were such a hit! Beyond being a master at her craft, Shaochen is a joy to work with - she is communicative, organized and responsive. I never felt out of the loop about what was happening with our project. I would recommend her again and again. Thank you, Shaochen!
