e buffet line and the food was absolutely incredible! We had so many guests come up to us to tell us how good the food was. The best part about the Montclair is that it provides a modern blank space for you to decorate it how you want. We went with a simple elegance look with white florals and greenery, and we loved how it turned out. I would recommend the Montclair to anyone!

various details. Our ceremony was at a separate location at a Church in Keller and they were accommodating to work out our schedule accordingly. We also loved the BYOB option as not many venues seem to allow that. The food options with CN Catering were also very extensive and had everything you could think of. We also loved the vines on the balcony, but make sure you think about the time of year. As in they may not look the same as when you initially toured (fall colors, etc.) but we loved them as the backdrop of some of our favorite pictures! Several prices increased from when we initially were quoted in the summer of 2022 and our wedding in September 2023, however, we asked if they would honor these prices, which they did. All in all, we absolutely loved this venue and have so many beautiful memories and pictures!

Two things that could be improved: 1) Lighting in the bridal suite 2) Photo booth attendant's communication - we paid extra for the glam filter but it appears a lot of our guest didn't know it was an added feature. Besides that, everything was great!

We chose to have a buffet dinner and were happy to see they cover the catering trays and serve the plates to your guests so you’re still able to have a gorgeous reception room with a buffet option. They provide real glassware with bar packages - even if you choose to bring your own alcohol. Loved working with Allison!

he first tour through the wedding day itself, and is a huge benefit to getting married here! The CN team was also fabulous - we received many compliments on the food and the bartending. All in all, we cannot recommend the venue or service enough!

could have imagined. The chapel was even more stunning with flowers, the foyer was perfect for a fun cocktail hour, and the ballroom looked enchanting in candle light. What I did not anticipate is the amazing service Brooke and team provided. Brooke answers emails quickly and thoroughly. She was willing to meet with us several times to find just the right menu, linen color, lighting, and layout. She is great! Other vendors told me they loved working with her as well! CN catering is an amazing company that over delivered our expectations and made sure every detail was perfect. Several guests told me afterwards how delicious the food was. It is literally my dream wedding venue that became a reality! When COVID hit, we made the decision to postpone our wedding about 4 months since vaccines were coming out. The Montclair worked with us on moving our date and everything in between. Brooke, the venue coordinator, was so supportive and understanding throughout the entire process and we couldn’t be more thankful for her! She is AMAZING. To have our wedding there was DEFINITELY worth the two year wait! The only critiques I have on the venue would be the size of the chapel and the bridal suite. Our total guest count including ourselves was about 146. About 125-130 people came and the chapel was quite full. Luckily for us, we didn’t have 150+ guests or else I am not sure how they would’ve all fit into the chapel comfortably. The bridal suite is STUNNING but I wished there was a bit more vanity counter space for getting ready. I had three makeup artists and the hairstylist all inside the bridal suite. We made it work and it turned out Just fine but the extra counter space would’ve have been helpful! Overall, in my opinion this venue can comfortably have a 125-135 person wedding, cocktail, and reception. Any larger than that may be a tight squeeze in the chapel area! Nonetheless, my wedding day was perfect and I wouldn’t have wanted to have it anywhere else but this venue!

s was that it was BYOB, while CN catering provides bartenders! Also, the owner worked with me and provided me a good deal on extending hours at the venue since my set up/clean up was more extensive. I had about 150 people attend and it fit the venue perfectly. I had a great experience having my wedding here!

She worked with us to make sure my day was perfect. She was at the venue all day on our wedding helping us set up and accommodating to our every need. She is truly the best! The Montclair is beautiful, elegant and has fabulous lighting for pictures. It also has awesome bridal and groom suites, a great bar, and an amazing catering service (CN Catering). The staff was incredible. Our guest raved about our food, the ballroom, and the beauty of the Montclair all night! 10/10 I would recommend choosing the Montclair for your wedding venue.

d was an easy space to decorate because it is beautiful to begin with and also brand new! The bridal and grooms suites were perfect to get ready and hang out in the day of the wedding. The photographer was able to take magnificent pictures around the venue. The space was absolutely gorgeous! I am so thankful we chose The Montclair to host our wedding. It was PERFECT and helped make our wedding the best day ever!

ever, I must say my experience with Montclair was too good not to share. My best friend got married March 20th just as everything was shutting down because of COVID. To say the least it was a very emotional time for everyone. Brandi and the entire staff at Montclair truly went above and beyond to make us feel so comfortable and welcome. The day turned out beautiful and we all had a blast. Chatting with Brandi was like catching up with a girlfriend you hadn’t seen in a while. By the end of the night, I truly was sad she wasn’t coming with us. If you are on the hunt for a great wedding venue, please be sure to keep the Montclair in mind. Not only is the venue brand new and absolutely breathtaking every single person you meet will go out of their way to accommodate you and your guest.

. When I called with any questions Brandi responded promptly and made the day run very smooth. All of the vendors worked so well together. Everyone had such a pleasant attitude and truly loved doing their job. This truly reflected on the bride and groom who could not stop talking about how wonderful everything was.

s my duty to give a fair and unbiased opinion on what I discovered. I am a West African woman and a Nigerian to be specific. IN MY OPINION it would be hard for a woman like myself to have a proper cultural wedding at this venue due to catering restrictions set forth BY THIS VENUE. This venue requires that all guest must use only one specific catering company. I politely let the representative know that wedding from my culture are extremely particular about food served at weddings. IN MY OPINION AGAIN most Africans can understand that our food is very difficult to make and can be even more difficult when cooking in large quantities. *300 people* The representative suggested that the catering service they require could make the food and gave me the number to contact that company. Upon this venues request I contacted the catering company and was dismayed to find out that someone that is not from Africa at all and is not open to assistance from a knowledgeable cook would be making the food. I was then told to send over recipes for foods from Nigeria that I specifically wanted. This request from the catering company did horrify me however I do not put any blame on the catering company. I put blame on Montclair Event Venue because they are requiring the use of the catering company in the first place. They are also aware of the fact that the catering service that they require has someone not familiar with different cultures making food from different culture. This is disturbing to me. Montclair should consider how to PROPERLY accommodate guest from every backgrounds. I am a woman of color and a woman of African descent. A big day like my wedding day should represent who I am accurately and in totality. It is again my opinion that a venue that has such hard fast restrictions on something that is essential to ones culture could knowingly or unknowingly be completely rejecting whole groups of people and I personally take offense to this. Again word written here is my opinion and I would hope that Montclair considers the fact that there is a large African community in the DFW area and weddings are a huge part of our culture. Instead of getting my reviews taken down they should review their venue policies to make sure there is room for inclusion. Thank you. p.s. I’m a small business owner in Southlake and I know what it takes to build a brick & mortar, get it open and build relationships with your clients. From day one, it was that! I knew there was “risk” being a first or in our case, second wedding at a brand new venue...but really, what is that risk anyways? You get to set the stage for being the “standard” of a stunning venue — and get excited for those that will be married there one day! From my tour with a hard hat to my big day, it was flawless. It was amazing to see the space come together. It’s the only venue I saw that has a chapel with CATHEDRAL ceilings! It made for a cozy and very intimate ceremony for us— it was perfect. The bridal suite is spacious and for my 11 bridesmaids, the Moms, two stylists and four makeup artists— it was perfect! The lobby, bar area, etc all make the space flow so well. Guests aren’t “jammed” in anywhere, there’s ample bathrooms, etc. We had 165 guests and it was perfect. I LOVE that they have 12-person round tables!! All other venues have 10-person ones. The ballroom has neutral colors so your lighting will be amazing. The HUGE European patio was a selling point for me too. The doors opened up for more space & fresh Fall air! This is the prettiest, most detail-oriented venue in DFW that’s not gaudy and over the top. The cement floors in the chapel give it a bit of modern/industrial vibe. We filled the windows with votives in the chapel and ballroom and as the sun went down it was lovely. Best of all, it’s the people you work with to make your day amazing. It’s your WEDDING DAY, not an event that should be stressful. Book here, enjoy being taken care of by the owners and Brandi and you’ll have the best day. All of our guests have raved about the venue and how clean, bright and beautiful it was. I could keep going!! ey have ignored us and blocked me on there business instagram. I was promised a finished venue and reassured that they (Brandi and Mark) would help me through the process since it was stressful dealing with a venue that kept pushing back their finish day. The venue was never finished by the time I got married like they promised. I know this because Brandi specifically told someone ”don’t worry the venue isn’t finished, we aren’t telling the bride.” The walls still had wet paint, toilets and other plumbing wasn’t working. The stairs weren’t finished and they just painted the concrete instead of putting in the stone. They also had our wedding with out having proper licensing from the city. These people aren’t trust worthy and are having people pre-review before they have an event at the venue. When it came to my wedding day they weren’t helpful and when I or a vender needed my wedding planner (Brandi) they were no where to be found. They don’t have good customer service and they won’t treat you correctly. My family kept telling me that this was a bad idea and I trusted Brandi and Mark. I wish I would have listened to my family. Save yourself the headache and go with a different venue.

More importantly, Brandi was the nicest, most helpful venue manager. I felt like we were in good hands the entire time of our tour.
