Monte De Oro Winery & Vineyards

This was the first winery my husband visited when he moved to California. He's always loved it, and when we went in we fell even more in love. The staff cared about us, and it was actually the beautiful bartender that sold us on this as our venue. But that was just the start! Brittany was wonderful to work with the entire time. She made the whole process so much easier. The wine is obviously top notch. People could not stop raving about the food. The scenery was to die for. I got my fairy tale wedding last week and I could not be more pleased. Thank you, Brittany, and Monte de Oro for making my wedding perfect!

Love this winery! We got married here and Jordan was so easy to work with during the entire process. The food was delicious, and of course the wine is even better! All our guests had a great time, loved the glass dance floor, and raved about the views. Jordan was super accommodating to making the day special for us, from angling the ceremony chairs, changing up the seating style, and letting us move the bar location. Best team in the valley there to make sure you enjoy your big day!

Monte Do Oro winery is spectacular for a Temecula wedding or event! A luxury vineyard estate. Our 1960s wedding reception was amazing thanks to Monte De Oro’s setting, outstanding staff, and quality of food/wine. Their fees are far less than some Temecula wineries with snobby attitudes. At Monte De Oro you can choose the vineyard patio, indoor winery with glass dance floor, cool barrel room—or multiple locations. They offer tables, chairs, linens, tableware, umbrellas, and other furniture. Watch for wind in Temecula. Thankfully, the staff came to our rescue by taping down our décor. One of the owners, Ken, was personally involved to ensure our event was a success. Wow. Temecula wedding tips: • Consider an “unlimited drinks” option—good value • Ask the winery if your band should use a back-up generator for power • In case of wind, use outdoor-appropriate décor • Summer is high season—vineyards are gorgeous but hotels are pricy, require 2-night minimums, and sell out 4-6 months in advance Food/wine at Monte De Oro is delicious. We chose garden salad, and ravioli/steak. The winery’s sparkling, Nostimo and Cab were the biggest hits. Everyone raved about our Monte De Oro celebration!
