We can’t say enough about how amazing Gary and Carmen were at our wedding! From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was flawless. Their horse trailer bar added a fantastic touch that perfectly complemented our wedding theme.
They created a custom drink menu that captured our style and vibe, featuring delicious frozen margaritas, refreshing mocktails, and more. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the drinks! Not only were Gary and Carmen talented bartenders, but they also brought the energy and fun to the celebration. Their friendly and outgoing personalities made everyone feel right at home.
What truly impressed us was their attention to detail. They decorated the trailer beautifully to match our wedding colors and even assisted in sourcing decor that fit our theme. They served cocktails immediately after the ceremony, which was such a thoughtful gesture during cocktail hour.
To top it all off, Gary and Carmen took the time to capture candid photos and videos of our guests enjoying themselves, creating wonderful memories for us to cherish. Their infectious enthusiasm contributed significantly to the joy of our special day.

Owner
Gary and Carmen Miller have hospitality in their roots! Gary opened his first restaurant at 21 years old and continued owning, managing and consulting in the food and beverage field for decades. Carmen has been in customer service her whole life to include the Double Tree Hotel and the Santa Lucia Preserve. They met in 2011, engaged in 2012 and married, January, 2013. They started Monterey Margarita Company, April, 2018 taking parties and events to the next level. They love what they do with their greatest reward in making each special occasion the most memorable!
