We've always been big Montilio's fans since we've lived in Quincy, but having them cater the desserts for our wedding was beyond perfect! They were professionals in terms of communication, facilitation of the cake tasting, and executing our fairly elaborate dessert bar and 2-tiered cutting cake. From the mini Boston cream pies to the BEST and moistest chocolate raspberry cake, everything was amazing!

Once I got home and thought about things I changed up some of the design and flavors and Montilio's was super accommodating with these changes. The pricing was fair and the cake was delicious! The flavors we did were funfetti, strawberry shortcake, and chocolate raspberry. I only wanted a three-tierd cake so they were able to add a sheet cake to make sure there was enough cake for all of our guests. I can't recommend Montilio's enough for wedding cakes! They are the best!!

ELICIOUS! It was so good, my maid of honor literally called the day after to order the apple cake for her own party. Montilio's also did a fabulous table for us featuring a variety of Italian pastries. My dad is Italian and it was important to have a little nod to him and his favorite sweets, and Montilio's was perfect! They are an ideal, old school Italian bakery and I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10 would stuff my face again!

The cake was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was awesome to work with by always replying promptly to countless emails. The strawberry grand marnier flavor was incredible and the other small pastries were fabulous. We received countless compliments from our guests about the dessert options and would highly recommend!!

our cake tasting and wow, what an experience! The woman we worked with to create our cake was so fun and personable! She absolutely loved our idea and because she was so excited about it, we knew we had the right place! We had a very specific idea for our cake....floral side (sunflower and rose) for the bride and Star Wars for the groom. They took the pictures that I shared and brought them to life! The flowers were put on at the venue but the bride side was so beautiful on its own. Then there is the Star Wars side.....OUTSTANDING! They matched the picture exactly! o try several different flavors of cake that were all delicious! We had settled on 3 flavors: Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Tuxedo, & Funfetti. Our guests ended up loving each and every one! For our cake order, we got a traditional 3-tier cake that was “Abstract Palette” with touches of white and blue and then we ordered kitchen sheet cake for the rest of the guests. We ordered cake for 150 guests and had approximately 180 at our wedding and only had one sheet cake and some extra slices leftover because our guests loved it so much and were taking it home in to-go boxes! Highly recommend working with Montilio’s as they were easy to communicate with during the planning process and how they make the most delicious cakes!

their staff was limited to the tasting, but we had an absolutely wonderful experience with them. We met with a staff member at the Braintree location in November who was kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the wedding package and our reception venue. She took photographs I provided and showed me others she thought I may like so we could create a design that fit within the package. She allowed my now-husband and I plenty of time to sample many different cakes and encouraged us to have three different flavors as part of our four tiered cake.
On the day of the wedding, the cake looked better than I could have imagined and tasted delicious. Our guests raved about it and were so happy to hear it was from Montilio's, as many of them had Montilio's wedding cakes themselves. This bakery is a classic for a reason and I could not be happier that they were part of our day.

asy. When we went to our cake tasting, they had some amazing options. Flavors I don't usually like, I actually enjoyed from Montilio's. The decorations came our perfect. Our cake, the three bites we got to eat, was amazing. Our guests tell us they loved it!
We also had to get a few gluten free desserts for 3 guests. Three months prior, we were able to taste their gluten free cupcakes and whoopie pies. They were the best gluten free whoopie pies we have ever tasted! We ordered the whoopie pies for our wedding and our guests that had them swooned!
Overall, amazing company to work with and delicious treats to enjoy!
