Monty's Coconut Grove

We hosted a Welcome party the night before our daughter's wedding at Monty's and it was awesome! The staff was very accommodating, the food delicious and the drinks were quickly served. I was concerned with the rain since we were outside, but the tiki's roof of palm fronds kept us dry. Mostly, communicating & planning with Andrea was so easy & truly a pleasure!

My husband and I recently got married and had our reception at Monty's Coconut Grove. To say that our wedding and reception were perfect wouldn't do it justice. It was such a pleasure working with Andrea and the whole staff to create our picture-perfect wedding day. Since my husband and I live on the west coast, we weren't able to be as hands-on as we would have liked. Andrea made the wedding planning for our reception such a dream: quick to reply to the million questions we had even with the time difference, so accommodating to our requests, and she just made sure that the vision we had for our special day came to life. I cannot rave enough about the professionalism and overall pleasure it was to work with her. Monty's Coconut Grove is SUCH a beautiful place. You don't have to decorate much because it is already so beautiful and the view is breathtaking. The food was delicious (cilantro lime shrimp, mojo marinated chicken breast, mixed veggies, rice and beans) and the dessert buffet that we included in our menu was a great hit with our guests. For the price point, Monty's is a great option to have a wedding reception. I think it was really great that I didn't have to close out the bill until the event was finished. Although it could be a pain to have to think about it after a long day, it's better than paying for people that didn't show up! I can go on and on about the great experience my husband and I had for our wedding, but the bottom line is that we wouldn't have had such a great experience without the help of Andrea and the great service that Monty's Coconut Grove was able to provide for us.

My and my husband had our wedding at Montys’s in Coconut grove, they hold a very special place in our heart. Andrea and her team we’re phenomenal and made it that much more special for us. I didn’t have to worry about anything, no stress whatsoever. The food was delicious which and the drinks well let’s just say they were veryyy good! 😉 We got married on the dock over looking the marina and it was beautiful. Highly recommend this location. Not only did we get married at Monty’s but we also had our gender reveal there as well!
