Do not use this company. They are unprofessional and the drive couldn't find us, although he told where you met him. We had to go straight home because we waited for him for 1.5. we were freezing at the Bronco game. They I receive a bill for an additional $168.00 We paid double because it was New Year's Eve. $1575 for 7 hours. The communication was horrible and I wasn't even sure they were going to pick us up to begin with. Please please don't book this company for anything important, especially your wedding. Unreliable and then you get charged more for their mistake.

Never showed up for the wedding and even lied that they were there yet we sent out the staff that own the venue and they weren't there. They even said the driver doesn't know how to use GPS?! Fr

Our day was amazing, amazing view, amazing family and friends, amazing venue....but I didn't get my vision of a grand exit...with bubbles and my limo...because monument limo in colorado springs, co (http://www.monumentlimo.net/ ).left this bride without her vision...no limo, 20 people stranded. All guests and some of the bridal team had to leave and we sat for two hours while they the limo company promised they were close....friends and family finally got us to our hotel. we took a photo of me sitting in the middle of the floor waiting... "bride with no grand exit sets and waits for the end to her dream vow renewal" The owner said the driver didn't know how to use GPS and took wrong turns. But that he had been to our venue before. Driver never called me an never showed up. I was told lots of lies and called every five minutes for updates.

These guys were on time! They got to our different location well, seeing that it was hard to get to. Very nice and clean!

I worked with this company because I knew of them and they were very reasonable due to our wedding being in a smaller town just outside of Colorado Springs and they didn't charge an arm and a leg for the extra 10 minute drive or extra because we were getting married! They arrived promptly, took the long way to the hotel, and were polite, professional and responsive. Their car was clean, kept and beautiful! This was a great way to leave the wedding and get to the downtown hotel!

Thanks to Monument Limousine for being reliable, affordable and friendly. We were able to book a great stretch SUV for the 15 people in the wedding party. The limo was clean. We sent them a schedule of when to arrive and where to go--and the driver was ALWAYS on time and kind. What a relief! He even had to organize a special pass to get through the gates of the Air Force Academy to go to the chapel, and they were responsive. They even took us out to the bars and back to the hotel after the ceremony. Such a great experience with a limo service! Thanks!
