I have been coming to this salon on and off for years so I knew I wanted to give them a shot for handling my wedding. I had a large wedding party, and they took great care of all o...
f us the day of, allowing us to bring in food and drinks, etc doing their best to match our visions for what we wanted for hair and makeup. The package they offered was manageable! Out of the 14 people in our party- one had hair start to fall out before the ceremony. That was the one small downside. If you’re paranoid about that definitely request more hairspray/bobby pins from them!! As the bride I was beyond satisfied with my look, and my hair and makeup held throughout the entire day- crazy dancing, tears shed, the works. They were pretty good with communication as well- worth going to them!
All of our hair came out great!
Great hair and makeup for both the wedding and a trial run
i contacted both the Acton location and the Wayland location. Neither place would work with me! i had a morning wedding, and required a stylist for early morning (7am). Neither ...
shop would open up early or offer any suggestions. Before I inquired about times, i asked about pricing. They quoted me one price for my hair and one price for my MOH. When asked why it was different (brides was higher, of course) all they could say was "youre the bride so its more". WHne i pressed and said, "even if we have the same up do done, you'll charge more?" they said yes with no legimate reason. They price gauge and dont offer good service! This doesnt deserve 1 star, but i had to enter at least 1.
