The company comprises two mobile bars, our main bar is a vintage-style camper that is sure to turn heads on your wedding day. The hand-crafted bars were created by husband-and-wife team Frank and Jacqueline Botifoll, who love experiencing the wedding day magic with clients time and again. The duo works with you to understand your style and vibe for the day, looking after the small details so that you don’t have to. Moon Tide Bar Car’s popular car is known as “Luna” and is accompanied by a smaller option, “Low Tide Bar.” Both bars have a vintage yet contemporary charm, arriving on the day with friendly bartenders to serve the event. The cars are versatile to meet the needs of most venues.

acquline, she seemed dismissive and directed me to an email she would send. We paid for our chosen option but never heard from them again. Ultimately, on our wedding day, we discovered a significant misunderstanding about the services they would provide. I deeply regret choosing them.

your expectations. I have record of emailing you a few times with no response back from you. We realized when we arrived at your wedding venue you thought alcohol was included in our services despite stating it at the expo, on the flyer we handed you, on our website, on your estimate, on your invoice, and in the contract you signed, as well as on the alcohol ordering sheet I sent you with suggested amounts of alcohol you should buy. We do not include alcohol in any of our packages, beer and wine is also alcohol, not just liquor. Immediately after finding that you had not purchased any alcohol for your wedding we brought it to your wedding planners attention and were told someone was already at the store and it was not a problem for them to pick it up on their way to the party. The alcohol was brought by a family member with plenty of time for it to chill, and everything else went smoothly the rest of the evening.
We are a very small business and as I am sure you know, reviews make our business go round. We pride ourselves on all of our 5 star reviews and you are our only negative review.
I would love to know how I can make it right, or at least where you felt we missed the bar so we don't make the mistake again. Once again, we apologize for the experience you had, and we hope to have the chance to address your concerns personally. We appreciate your feedback and will use it constructively to enhance our services.
