Based in Boston, MA, Moon Waves Photography captures weddings throughout the Boston area. Lead photographer Elias Haas, or Eli for short, loves love in all its forms and welcomes couples from all walks of life. They are a member of the LGBTQ community and deeply value diversity and inclusivity.
Moon Waves Photography was established in 2016, but Eli has loved being behind the camera for much longer. They first became interested in wedding photography after filling in as a second shooter at a wedding last minute. Eli is very passionate about capturing the magic between two people on their special day.
Moon Waves Photography provides a variety of coverage options depending on your budget and preferences. These can include an engagement session, albums, and prints upon request. All collections come with access to an online gallery and the ability to download images. Eli offers a bespoke experience and will build your package to suit your unique needs.

our destination wedding. We contacted Eli three weeks before the wedding and let him know that we were working with a rather tight budget but knew we wanted to capture this moment. Eli was the only photographer who we spoke to who was understanding of our financial constraints and did not try to sell us more than we could afford. He was super responsive, and was a joy to collaborate on the vision we were looking for. I let him know that my husband and I were extremally shy and he made a point to meet with us as many times and we needed to become comfortable and come up with a plan to get the best shots.
