The absolute hands down best coordinators one can hire for their wedding. Matt and Crystal make such an amazing team and we’re there for us every step of the way. Rather it was panic attacks, overwhelming moments, celebratory moments, or seeking to get advice, they were there for it all. We wanna get married every year because they make it so easy!

Words cannot express how amazing Matt and Crystal are. Between a pandemic, date changes, guest list cuts, and everything wedding; these two were on top of it. If you know me well I always have another question and usually question that answer. These two took care of everything and kept all my anxiousness at ease. It was like they knew an answer before I had a concern. Our main priority was always to enjoy our party and be in the memories. Without these two I know we wouldn’t have been able to. We were so glad they got to be apart of our day and share their knowledge and kindness with us.

Crystal and Matt are absolutely the best out there to work with! From the beginning they were so helpful in helping us organize our big day and making it go so smoothly!! There were some last minute changes we made and they just roll with it so effortlessly! They are not only the sweetest people, they are also so fun!! I feel like we made a couple of new friends out of this and Any and I couldn't be happier!

Wow! I can’t say enough great things about this dynamic duo. From the early stages of wedding planning, we just wanted a go to person for the day of our wedding. In reality we got so much more! If planning a wedding in the middle of a global pandemic wasn’t challenging enough. Matt & Crystal were there along the way while mainly all of our plans changed. Switched venues to downsizing our entire wedding. They definitely know what they are doing. No matter how big or small the detail, it wasn’t missed. Our wedding day went extremely smooth. Matt & Crystal make us want to get married again! Not only did they help us get through the pandemic & deal with date changes, but they helped make all of our dreams come true. Every. Single. One. As far as my husband and I knew, everything went off without a hitch! Our day was absolutely perfect in every way, and that would not have been close to possible without Matt & Crystal. AMAZING ! AMAZING! AMAZING! Crystal and Matt were the best, they constantly checked in on me and helped our day run as smoothly as possible. I literally would glance up and one of them was there to get whatever I needed, it’s like they were reading my mind. Our day would have been crazy without them I couldn’t imagine it. They made us feel so comfortable, and were so easy to work with irreplaceable personalities and sweetest team work. Crystal threw together a last minute bouquet for my daughter and they even used our extra florals and greenery to enhance the atmosphere and venue. Matt brought me a glass of water when he probably saw I was sick of taking pictures, lol. I literally had to worry about nothing, once we discussed my details. They made sure my grandpa and great aunt got there food first and didn’t have to wait in a line. Omg all the little things that counted and mattered they took care of in a moments notice. I am so happy they were apart of our special day, by far our FAVORITE vendors!!!

Crystal and Matt were amazing. A true Godsend! They were so helpful and friendly from the very beginning. This was our third and youngest child to marry. The first two married a few years ago and we had no coordinator. Our experience this time was so much more relaxing and worry free. Crystal and Matt took care of everything. They did all we asked and then some! We didn't have to worry about anything. Their dedication, work ethic, and attention to detail are evident in the quality of service they provide. My wife and I would absolutely recommend working with Crystal and Matt. They met with with us several times before our wedding day to make sure our timeline, set up, and vendors were all aligned with everything we wanted. They contacted our vendors to confirm arrival times and set up all our tables and decorations the way we wanted them to be. During the day if they were able to always keep our timeline in line as we wanted to make sure we were on schedule between the dinner, reception, garter/bouquet/cake cutting, and exit. I would 10/10 recommend them! They were great to work with and took the stress of the big day off of us and our families!

Oh Crystal & Matt! What would I have done without y’all?? Theses 2 were seriously the best. And the best investment I did with the whole wedding. When I say that Crystal and Matt were a godsend for my wedding day this past week, would be a complete understatement. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had the both of them to take care of everything (literally everything) during my wedding. Having a wife and husband as a team made things much easier because Matt could deal with the vendors and getting them set-up on time, while Crystal was in the bridal suite with my bridal party ensuring I had everything I needed. I was completely stress-free on my wedding day because they literally took care of everything, and if something did go wrong on my day, then I have no idea because they never once came to me with a problem. They were also super easy to get ahold of in case I had any questions or concerns about the big day. I really appreciated their attention to detail and they even made me think of things I had totally forgotten about! What would I have done without them, seriously?! One thing that particularly stood out to me was something that happened after my wedding. Crystal, Matt, and my mom stayed behind and cleaned up after the event was over. Unfortunately, one of the employees at the venue accidentally thought one of my décor pieces belonged to the venue. I had no idea where this piece of décor was and I reached out to Crystal asking if she had seen it. She said no but what she did after this conversation was truly remarkable. Crystal began calling the venue and other vendors trying to find my missing décor because I was upset that it was missing. She called everyone for two days straight until she finally found the décor! I just couldn’t believe it! I am so happy that I had them and truly appreciate all the hard work that they put into making sure my day was as perfect as possible; they definitely went above and beyond. Thank you Crystal and Matt! Book with them and you will not be disappointed!

As a complete control freak mom, hiring Crystal and Matt as my daughter and son in law’s wedding day coordinator allowed me to completely let go and have the best time of my life! Matt and Crystal were on top of everything- all with ease and a natural flow! Their professionalism was way above par! We all felt so comfortable with them and I was able to trust their judgement and relax-(which I don’t do well usually). These people are so great- I wanna be their friend!!

Matt and Crystal were amazing from the get go. Planning a wedding is stressful as it is on the bride and they sure did help make it so much easier for me. When I was told our officiant was late for the wedding I was freaking out but Crystal kept me calm and collected. She truly is amazing! Our wedding was amazing because of them. They both have amazing personalities. They made sure that all the attendees of the wedding knew their role. I highly recommend them.

I was absolutely livid when our officiant was late; however, they both promptly made professional alternatives that made the duration of the wedding smoother. I was on the fence about getting a day of coordinator but I'm so glad I did. Crystal and Matt are such a great team and made our day so much less stressful. They were flexible with my planning schedule leading up to the wedding and amazing at following up after our meetings and answering any questions/concerns I had prior to the wedding. They are super detail oriented and think of all the things you would have overlooked/not thought about. The are very professional, organized and the best part, affordable! Matt and Crystal did a great job helping us with our dream wedding. They did a great job with pre-work and day of coordination. They did the hard jobs that my wife and I did not want to have to do. They were punctual and personal. Our timeline was short so we were sure to assign them with tasks that we knew we couldn't get done. They were able to find us a TAB certified bartender that did an excellent job taking care of and interacting with our guests. They thought of things that we never would have. If I had it to do over again I would hire Moonlight Memories again. Thanks for all the help Crystal and Matt.

I don’t know where to start, but I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Matt & Crystal. They were absolutely amazing.
