Our wedding was a bit complicated with 3 set up locations and a live band during cocktail hour. Sawyer really took charge during set up to make sure microphones were set up in the right places, music was being played at the right times, and he helped lead and direct the guests throughout the entire. He always had great advice for us and helped us feel at ease with his positive direction and professionalism. We cannot stop talking about how special it was to have Sawyer perform at our wedding, it was honestly one of the best wedding decisions we made. If we could give Sawyer 10 stars we would. If we could have 10 more weddings, we would hire Sawyer every time.

We loved working with Chad and Jaimie and wish that we had another event to plan with them in the future!

d what we were looking for. We explained that we didn't want him to run the show and make tacky announcements/introductions and he was very receptive to that. We felt very comfortable with him and his professionalism. He sent us a worksheet that gave us the opportunity to choose specific songs for each special dance/procession/etc. and other "must play" and "don't play" songs. We had a second meeting with him before the wedding where he gave us some recommendations on songs, types of dances to do, and the general order of things, and we all came to agreement. Just before the wedding we had one more call to discuss some final details (i.e. we needed a wireless mic during our ceremony for guests to pass down while reading prayers). Unfortunately, this was the one item that never made it to the ceremony which made for a slightly awkward situation as the guests just had to yell. That being said, all the music Chad played was fantastic, before, during, and after the ceremony. He played the songs we wanted at the appropriate levels and had an excellent method of picking things up and slowing them down at the right moment. His emcee'ing of the night was generally excellent and we didn't feel that he was tacky like many wedding DJ's. All of our guests loved him and gave us many compliments on our DJ/music choices. I would definitely recommend Moonlight Mobile DJ to anyone getting married in the Reno/Tahoe area.
