If you're looking for an elegant, romantic + timeless wedding venue in New England then this is the one for you! Not only was it the first venue my now husband and I toured, we actually left and cancelled all of our other tours because we knew this was THE ONE.
Skylar, her husband Bryan and her whole family even little puppy Peaches helped to make the entire planning process and wedding weekend everything I could have dreamed of. From great communication to easy to follow venue guidelines, Moonlit Ridge really does it all.
Even on our 40mph windy wedding day in October, I can still say it was the best night of our lives.
If you are looking for a gorgeous modern Maine mountain wedding venue... THIS IS IT.

We just had our wedding here, and it was truly a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how thoughtfully crafted everything was, from the fresh flowers to the little treats for each guest. Every detail was perfect and clearly put together with so much care and love. The night before, we hosted a lovely dinner reception in the barn, which was perfect for our wedding party and kicking off the celebration.
This property is absolutely stunning and perfectly set up for both weddings and hosting guests. We had friends and family travel from out of state who couldn’t stop complimenting how beautiful everything was.
On the day of the wedding, the wind started to pick up, and I began to feel a little anxious. Our amazing coordinator, Kayla, jumped into action and contacted Skylar’s team. Within no time, they brought out the temporary walls, which helped block the wind and made a huge difference. The venue also had outdoor propane heaters to keep our guests warm, throughout the night.
Planning our wedding exactly how I envisioned it wasn’t always easy, especially when working with certain vendors, but working with Skylar was a breath of fresh air. She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process and so easygoing. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and supported during one of the most important moments of our lives.
I can’t recommend this venue enough to anyone looking for a beautiful, modern space to host their wedding in Maine. We’re forever grateful for everything. The entire experience was worth every penny.
Thanks again, for sharing such a beautiful space with us. It was the perfect place to celebrate one of the most meaningful days of our lives. This venue truly helped make our wedding unforgettable.

From the moment we stepped onto the Moonlit Ridge property we knew it was the place for us. The detail in every space was thoughtfully curated by owners Skylar and Brian. We couldn't be happier supporting a family owned business, their passion and care for the venue shows in their responsive communication and willingness to assist in making their clients dreams come to life. Putting on a wedding anywhere is an investment, but at Moonlit Ridge that investment means a full weekend rental of the property and the freedom to create the weekend of your dreams. Costs associated with the venue are up-front and transparent - no hidden fees or "nickel + diming" that you hear about at some venues in industry. The lodging on site meant we didn't waste any precious moments of the weekend in transit, or additional cost on other accommodations. The getting ready suites Luna Lounge and Harbor's Hideaway were absolutely perfect for the entire bridal party to have a wonderful experience all day. We utilized the Welch Barn for our Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Party, and After Party. Our wedding day took place at the outdoor ceremony area, cocktail hour on the Skye Terrace, and reception in the Kai Pavilion and rented tent in the available adjacent greenery space. Vendors had access to everything they needed, and delivery access points made load in and out a breeze. Safe to say we are "over the moon" for our wedding experience at Moonlit Ridge. We cannot thank you enough Skylar and Brian!

We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect venue for our wedding! This property strikes the perfect balance between timeless charm and modern convenience. The updated features blend beautifully with the original barn and farmhouse, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and cozy.
The property has been thoughtfully developed into a multifunctional space, including a stunning pavilion and an outdoor ceremony area with a view that can only be described as breathtaking — nestled in the foothills of Maine, it’s a slice of paradise. While the outdoor ceremony space is spectacular, we held our ceremony inside the old barn/carriage house. Being a mid-November wedding, the multi-level, heated, indoor setting offered the perfect cozy, rustic charm to keep everyone warm and comfortable.
The farmhouse accommodates 14–16 people, making it ideal for hosting close family or friends, and the newlywed suite is an absolute dream. It’s a spacious, private apartment complete with a full kitchen, an amazing bathroom (with TWO toilets!), and all the comforts you could want after a big day.
The amenities for getting ready were equally impressive. The groomsmen had a dedicated suite with a bar and foosball table to relax while getting ready in, and the bridal suite, ohhh the bridal suite, was stunning, beyond my wildest dreams, and perfectly equipped. My make up artist and hair stylist both loved the set up, which included multiple salon chairs (but bougie), plenty of outlets and backlit, smart mirrors. Both suites had steamers for those last-minute wrinkle emergencies — such a thoughtful touch!
The venue also features multiple ADA-compliant bathrooms (no one ever had to wait in line - not even for the women’s room!!), a caterer’s quarters, and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
From the beautiful outdoor ceremony space to the indoor areas designed with every detail in mind, this venue truly has it all. If you’re looking for a place that combines unmatched beauty with top-tier functionality, I cannot recommend this venue highly enough!

Moonlit Ridge was beautiful!! Skylar and Bryan were amazing and so easy to work with and they went above and beyond putting this venue together. We hosted a large real estate event in the main hall and I cant wait to put together another event in this space. I cant imagine how beautiful this space would look for a wedding especially with the suites they have to stay in and to get ready in for brides and grooms. I highly recommend reaching out to Moonlit Ridge and Skylar and Bryan!

Moonlit Ridge is STUNNING. My wife and I got married here in August, and spent the weekend. I attended a gala at this venue, and it felt like something straight out of a fairytale. The space was stunning, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Getting ready in the Luna Lounge was such a treat—the pink decor and glamorous vibe made the experience even more special. Parking was a breeze, and every detail of the venue was clearly handled with care. You can really feel the thoughtfulness in everything they do.

Moonlit ridge has really thought of everything when it comes to your big day. From our first visit we knew that we just had to get married there based off the endless photo op spaces, and the truly full weekend feel of the venue. I knew my vision of my big day would be brought to life so perfectly here, and boy was I right. The pavilion was the backdrop to the most incredible reception. The farmhouse perfectly hosted our entire wedding party and the honeymoon suite was the perfect space for my husband and I before and after our big day! Cannot thank Skylar and her family enough for building the venue that brought our perfect day to life!

I recently photographed a wedding at Moonlit Ridge and I cannot say enough good things! The venue is completely brand new and every detail of the property was extremely well thought out. No matter what part of the property I was shooting on, each area photographed extremely well.
The Luna Lounge was the most stunning getting ready space, with tons of natural light, gorgeous decor, and plenty of space for the girls. It was such a breath of fresh air not being squished into one tiny room with no natural light and having to rearrange furniture to make things look “prettier.” I didn’t have to do a thing, it was amazing as is!
Similarly, Harbor’s Hideaway was the perfect space for the guys to get ready. At many venues, a getting ready space for the guys is non-existent (or ugly!) so it was so fun to see a well thought-out space for the groom and his guys since they’re important, too!
The deck, terrace, and fields were other areas of the property that I utilized for photos throughout the day. There was no shortage of areas to use and we were able to create a large amount of variety within the couples wedding gallery. Not to mention the golden hour here is stunning!
The final standout of my experience at Moonlit Ridge was the Kai Pavilion. This space is a perfect blank canvas for the reception area and features amazing natural light and gorgeous views of the mountains while also protecting guests and vendors from weather. It is truly the best of both worlds.
As a photographer I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Moonlit Ridge. If you are a couple who prioritizes photography and want a venue that photographs well no matter where you are on the property, Moonlit Ridge is the venue for you!

Our wedding at Moonlit Ridge could not have been more perfect. They truly thought of everything from the little aesthetic details to the grand layout and setup of all of the spaces. Not only were we blown away, but we have not stopped receiving compliments from our bridal party, who were all able to spend the weekend with us onsite, but our guests who raved about the views, the ceremony space and the reception space. We were welcomed to the venue multiple times during our planning process and Skylar was knowledgeable and communicative from the start. We wish we could do it all again!!

As the mother of the bride, you want your daugher's wedding day to be all that she dreamed it would be. That is exactly what Moonlit Ridge Estate delivered. The venue is amazing, the accommodations are perfection! The Bride's getting ready space alone is worth every penny. There is a big beautiful willow tree that served as a great backdrop for photographs. Skylar is super helpful and responsive. She and her husband have thought of everything! If you and your daugher (or Son!) are in the market for a wedding venue, don't hesitate to book Moonlit Ridge Estate! You will not be disappointed!

My husband Will and I had the most epic wedding day at Moonlit Ridge. When I was looking at venues, I wanted something different than the "barn wedding" that is so common in Maine. I wanted something more modern and classic rather than rustic. I stumbled upon Moonlit Ridge and it was the perfect combination of everything I could have dreamed up in a venue! From the house, to the barn, to the pavilion, to the getting ready suites, and the honeymoon suite, it couldn't have been more perfect or beautiful. Everything is top of the line gorgeous, modern, and classic. We got to spend the entire weekend there with our friends and family and there was more than enough space for all our wedding events! The flexibility this venue offers makes it so you can have the best wedding or event rain or shine! Skylar and her husband Brian, were so accommodating to us throughout the whole process. We probably went and saw the venue more times than I'd like to admit while planning, but they always made us feel welcomed! Skylar was responsive and helpful for any question I had along the way. I would highly recommend having your wedding at Moonlit Ridge if you want a place that will drop the jaw of your friends and family! We couldn't have loved our wedding experience more!

Moonlit Ridge was everything we could have needed and more! The house slept plenty of people, the getting ready room was perfect for us girls to hang out for the day and the amount of spaces allowed for flexibility on wedding day when it rained. The venue is so beautiful wherever you are! It was really such a special place to spend the weekend and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a place that is “all inclusive” and has plenty of space for everyone!

My husband and I just got married here last weekend and I could not recommend Moonlit Ridge enough! It is a beautiful venue and the girls bridal room is absolutely amazing to spend the day getting ready in! We did our rehearsal dinner in the barn and there was room for our whole wedding party to stay over with us for the weekend. The owners Skylar and Bryan are the best, they were very communicative all the way up to our wedding day. They let us visit a few times before the wedding whenever we needed and answered any questions that we had promptly. They even got us a gift that we used for our honeymoon! I wish that we could relive our wedding weekend again, we highly recommend!

Moonlit Ridge is the perfect venue that is made up of different areas to make it your own. I have had my best friend's bridal shower here and everyone kept saying "WOW, they really thought of everything!", and this is so true. Skylar and Bryan truly made this venue customizable so every wedding or event can stand out on its own! The location is gorgeous, the getting ready areas are perfect for all kinds of wedding parties, the amount of people you can sleep in the house is awesome and the views are beautiful during every season! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married, have a shower, plan a company event or even have their bachelorette/bachelor weekend!
