She also helped tremendously during the rehearsal. She took control and got everybody where they needed to be which relieved me of so much stress. I would choose her a million times over. 🩷

to; I definitely agree with my guests! They even have an option to include a surprise moment for the mothers of the wedding party which we opted for and our moms loved it. Not to mention, the option for the wonderful Day Of Services that is available made our wedding go off without a hitch.

deas we wanted to include. Had a few great ideas of ways to make my now bonus daughter feel included in the wedding. She guided us through exactly what she needed from us and when. We finally got to meet for lunch to go over things and she pulled our daughter aside to ask her a few questions which she included in the ceremony. Her personal touches throughout the whole thing were amazing. She even helped me write my vows, I sent her an outline of thoughts and what I came up with on my own then she added her magic!!! Her ceremony isn’t a cookie cutter one size fits all type of wedding. Terri really takes the time to get to know the couple and makes everything custom to the couple. Our family and friends weren’t sure why we paid what we did at first, afterwards people came back and said I understand why you chose her to do it and honestly I feel like we got a steal for how much time energy and work she put into making our day perfect. I reached out to Moonstone as soon as we had our venue and date booked. Terri started with meeting us and asking various questions about our relationship and what was meaningful to us. From there she took us on as clients and based on our personalities, she was already figuring out what to add to our completely customized ceremony that best suited how we felt about each other. Terri also reaches out to multiple family members and friends of both the bride and groom to have personalized stories of us from various viewpoints. Closer to our wedding date, Terri had us read The Five Love Languages book with a discussion of the three of us. It was really neat to read and understand further how my husband and I feel that we are loved versus how to make sure we show each other love. From there we were tasked with leaving little love post it notes daily till the wedding, it was so fun to randomly come across sweet notes from each other to express our love for each other. Terri was at our rehearsal and organized the procession and made sure it was perfect. She kept our guest organized and our timeline on time. The ceremony was perfectly us. From the reading we wanted included, our special mother rose ceremony, a nod to lost loved ones, personal vows, and being non denominational. It was perfect and better than we could have hoped for. We also had a lot of compliments about how well our love story was shared and that we were also both represented as individuals who came together. Time and time again, I would pick Terri to marry us every time and recommend her services to anyone.

we had no idea what a nondenominational wedding ceremony would consistent of. Many of our guest commented on how sweet and personal our ceremony was. My friends said there wasn't a dry eye in the house. My only regret is we didn't also hire her for her day of coordination, she would have been wonderful to have around all day!

Her execution of the ceremony itself was flawless. Terri added inflection and flare that made it anything but bland. So many of our guests made a point to tell us how great they thought Terri was. We can’t imagine our memory of this special day without thinking of Terri.

Everyone is immediately put at ease and comfortable instantly. Something I found very unique that was pivotal for making the ceremony special, is the input requested from Family members about the couple. She incorporates it into the ceremony and speaks those words throughout the ceremony. She helps the Bride and Groom streamline their vows and prepares them to speak loudly and clearly, so everyone can clearly hear what they say. The level of "feeling known" ... for the bride and groom in particular...is no short of magical. She ranges from humours to beyond touching in her ceremony officiating, while shining all light on the special couple. Her words (which are compiled from family, friends, and the couple) wrap around you during the ceremony and touch your intellect and soul. We had some unusual circumstances as the rehearsal dinner was at a restaurant without access to the wedding venue. The venue was a sprawling farm and not a simple easy walk up and down the church aisle. Rehearsal was important and necessary. She took control of that restaurant room, had us physically practice in that space (didn't just talk through it), and not one person left wondering what to do the next day...including ring bearer and flower girl. She is organized, focused, and while extremely fun (you will feel like you have known her forever), she is professional beyond measure. The facility did not have "servers" per say. So late into the night, Terri and her team were picking up plates, cleaning up as much as they could without being obtrusive, and went above and beyond in every single way. These extra things were done because they unabashedly care about the day/experience for the Bride and Groom and ensure the most special day without having to deal with minutia. Terry handles those things without saying a word. I can't say enough positive things about the entire day. Terri and team were also in charge of managing the photographers. This was important to the couple that they not see each other prior, and that was organized with military precision. The venue required such! They had brides quarters in one location, Grooms quarters in another, and it was not at all intuitive. There was zero concern that the Bride and Groom would bump into one another in what I considered a somewhat confusing (lovely, but atypical) layout for the venue with numerous places for phenomenal pictures. Had the photo taking strategy (and it was a strategy!) been less precise, it would have been easy for a mistaken "sighting" to occur. It didn't and it was really important to our children they not see each other in their wedding clothes prior. Brides, Grooms, and families, your search is over! If you want organization, follow through, going the extra mile, kindness, humor, empathy, and some of the most amazingly tailored words poured over you and your guests during your wedding, you have found your officiant.

o talking about our grandparents who have passed, she made every aspect of our ceremony about us and our loved ones. We have heard nonstop from our guests that this was the most beautiful ceremony they have ever been to. We are so eternally grateful for all the work and love that Terri put into our wedding. To any future couples out there…I PROMISE you that you will not regret hiring her for your wedding!!

I was so happy with what she wrote and how she presented our ceremony on our wedding day. It was absolutely perfect and included everything I wanted! My husband also decided we should hire Terri and her team to coordinate everything for us and I’m so glad we did. Terri was amazing at keeping everyone on track and on time from the rehearsal dinner to the wedding day! She got us through rehearsal dinner quickly and efficiently so we didn’t have to waste any time. My family and my wedding party were really happy with the fact that she kept everything moving so quickly so that we could enjoy the rest of our evening and not have to redo the rehearsal multiple times! It definitely helped set the tone for the next day and we had a lot of fun running through it together with Terri’s guidance! I couldn’t be more happy with the day of coordination as well. The weather caused a major change of plans for the ceremony location, but Terri & her team made sure I got the perfect alternative that was as close to my initial plan as possible. I can’t thank them enough!

i got to know us, and that allowed her to write a phenomenal ceremony for us. It had the perfect amount of humor and sweetness, was heartfelt, and was personal. We enjoyed keeping parts of the ceremony a surprise for both ourselves and our guests. Everyone gushed over how special our ceremony was, and Terri’s process allowed it to feel like a celebration of me and my spouse, but also of our family, friends, and the greater community. Terri kept in touch in the months leading up to the wedding, which reassured us we were on the right track. During the ceremony rehearsal with our families, Terri kept everyone’s time focused yet fun. She made sure our family was comfortable with the choreography. She ran us through a refresher practice run before the ceremony just to make sure everyone felt confident. And sure enough, the ceremony coordination was flawless. She did a great job organizing the line-up before the wedding. While we were lining up, everyone felt low-stress. Terri prepared us well, because everyone knew what they needed to do. (As a sidenote, if you’re a bit introverted like me, don’t be intimidated by Terri’s high energy. She’s the real deal; she’s a good listener, she's an excellent coordinator, and she’ll make your ceremony shine. Trust in her process. You’re in good hands.)

Terri conducted the meeting with a very welcoming attitude, she gave us the why behind her becoming an officiant, the process, etc. but it was delivered in a way that made it seem as if we were only clients. She made sure to understand us separately and also together as a couple. We had looked into other officiants but they didn’t compare to her, it seemed too scripted. The meetings leading up to the big day were extremely helpful as newlyweds and helped take the edge off when the big day came. Our ceremony was flawless from beginning to end and it was all because we had Terri to get us through! Our guests are still raving about how fun, sweet, and sincere Terri was! She made our ceremony completely about us! From the love language book, help with vows, special tributes, & the hand fastening, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!! If you are looking for an officiant to carry out a ceremony that is tailored exclusively towards you and your spouse without the textbook/overly scripted ceremony, I highly recommend Terri W. ❤️
