If you are nervous about choosing the “perfect” officiant like I was, I highly recommend Kelly Moore! We chose Kelly first and foremost for the wonderful person she is. From her values as a person, her kindness and care, and for the core of who she is. A person that goes out of her way to volunteer and uplift the community is one I knew would be filled with love. She provided us with a sense of calm and it felt as if we already knew her by the day of our elopement. Kelly went above and beyond in making sure our ceremony was perfect and was AMAZING at making sure we stayed on track with our timeline. Planning any sort of celebration can be stressful, but she managed to take some of that stress away. Our day was perfect and felt tailored for us. During the ceremony she made us laugh ( I was over zealous to say “I do!”) and that is one of my favorite memories from the entire day. I am SO glad we added the hand fasting as it was such an amazing physical symbol of our bond. We could not have a day as perfect without her and she will eternally be in our hearts!

She checked in, laughed with us through our last-minute freakouts, and somehow kept her cool while we spiraled over the tiniest details. She instantly got our vibe—bold colors, wildflowers, handfasting cords, quirks, chaos, all of it—and even brought in a Star Trek reading that made our hearts soar (yes, she’s that awesome). She didn’t just go through the motions; she elevated our day, made us cry, made us laugh until our cheeks hurt, and somehow made everything feel like us.
