Moore Ranch on the Brazos

Absolutely amazing venue. The property and venue are gorgeous, and the owners are very sweet and helpful.

I would highly recommend Moore Ranch to anyone that asks. Harry and Tara are amazing, we toured many venues and chose this location not only because of how beautiful the location/scenery is, but also because of how accommodating and friendly Harry was when we went out. We viewed the venue twice before choosing the location. We loved the history behind Moore Ranch which Harry took the time to explain. Tara was also quick to respond to any questions I may have had. If we needed to go to the venue to look at something for decoration purposes, for Engagement photos or even for a quick rehearsal the day before they were able to let us in so long as we reached out to them, which was so helpful. We had so many complements from our guests on how the venue was rustic but elegant at the same time and had a beautiful scenery. The only downfalls would be you have to set up your own tables/chairs day of and there was no restroom down at the groom’s quarters (which I guess isn’t a bad deal for guys, but it could be lol) overall we highly recommend Moore Ranch!

Very helpful and beautiful venue! Tara is very nice and easy to get in touch with to answer all questions! The decorations packages are very nice and moderately priced so it’s so worth it to not have to transport things. Also, you have access to the property for photos at any time (just let them know) and they have some beautiful places to take engagement and bridal portraits. My only concern was the “day of manager” wasn’t super helpful or really around. I never actually met the guy. Luckily my family and friends are so helpful! Overall, definitely book with Moore Ranch my wedding was exactly as I dreamt!

Harry and Tara were so accommodating. They met us out at Moore Ranch several times so we could go over our decorations and look at what decorations they had available for rent. The venue is so beautiful and the price is very reasonable for everything they include. Everyone had such a great time at our wedding and loved the rustic laid back ambiance of Moore Ranch. The only things that keep from giving them a 5 start rating was that they didn't take the trash out from the rehearsal dinner until the next day and our decorations were not set out when we arrived to set up. Overall a fantastic venue with owners who are truly passionate about what they do. I would recommend Moore Ranch to anyone looking for a classy rustic venue.

I cannot recommend this venue enough!!!! It was absolutely perfect and beautiful. The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet and truly want your day to go a smoothly as possible. They are there in case there are any issues, but for the most part leave you alone the day of... which I really liked. We got so many compliments on this venue and I would choose them again in a heart beat!

Moore Ranch is absolutely beautiful. Our day turned out better than I imagined. Harry and Tara are so easy to work with and super friendly. They are very responisve and you can go out to the venue for photos, or just to look around and picture how you will decorate. I felt they were very accomodating and helpful leading up to our day and on the actual day. Matt was also great helping us with set up and fixing things the day of. I would highly reccomend them!!!!!!

The venue is beautiful with a country vibe but with the ability to make it elegant and classy! It's all about how you decorate! The Ranch Manager who helps with set up or with any venue problems on the day of is kind and helpful. Harry, the owner, is one of the sweetest people you will meet. It has a ton of history which was a plus for me. The reception hall features great bathrooms along with a beautiful bridal suite. Grooms room which is down the road does not have a connected bathroom which can be inconvenient. All in all perfect for the occasion and any other events you might want to have out there. Guests will love the open space. BEST for 200 or less guests. Does get windy, prepare for that if doing outdoor ceremony.

This venue was so laid back and helpful! There were no hidden fees or secrets and they worked with us on any request. It was a beautiful location! These people know what they're doing :)
