elpful and accommodating. My husband and I were planning our wedding from Houston, Texas and we had a lot of anxiety about making everything go smoothy. The amazing team at MCR took all that anxiety away and were very helpful from start to finish. I used a lot of information from their website and transferred it to our wedding website which was very helpful for all of our out-of-town guests. I don't even know how to describe how perfect our wedding was and that is due in large part to MCR. We booked the Ranch House for a group of our out-of-town guests, as well as the Rendezvous Cabins 1 & 2. Our ceremony and reception were both held at MCR. I highly recommend having everything for your big day held at MCR. It was so nice to have most of our guests on site so on the day of the wedding all our people were right there, and it eliminated the worry of travel/timeliness of guest arrivals (plus, extra drinks at the reception knowing nobody was driving...can I get a Halleluiah?) Jess and Sophie were soooo helpful in providing our vendors everything they needed, and they both worked tirelessly to make every detail perfect. When my husband and I showed up WAY before check-in time (we may have been a little excited and read our contract wrong) they were so sweet in getting the rooms turned over and ready for us ASAP. Their willingness to go above and beyond made our day one we will never forget. I walked away from the experience with new friends. One of my favorite things about the ranch were the animals. We had to leave our pups in Houston, and it is one of the only things I would have changed about our wedding day (MCR allows dogs, but it would have been difficult to safely transport our pets to and from). HOWEVER, the ranch has two dogs Yeti and Penny, and they are the sweetest babies ever. Even though my dogs weren’t there it helped an anxious gal like me to have such sweet fur babies around. Everybody wanted to take Penny home. We are already planning a return trip to MCR for next year to enjoy the gorgeous scenery. All of our guests want to go back and spend more time there in the future. If you are planning a wedding in the Jackson Hole area this is your venue. I'm telling you will not regret it.

weekend so we had a welcome dinner Friday in the lodge, our ceremony/reception OUTDOORS on Saturday and a casual departure on Sunday. Jeanette and her staff were seriously amazing. The property is well groomed, there’s decorations available to you to use and the barn is already so dressed up that we literally didn’t have to do a thing for decor in there. I really had no stress as a bride because MCR is a one stop shop venue. I strongly recommend this ranch to any bride!!

Rendezvous cabin and absolutely loved it- it was very clean and tastefully decorated. We can only imagine how awesome it would be to have a summer wedding there with all there is to do in the surrounding area. We would recommend Moose Creek over and over!

Jeanette really impressed us with her attention to detail, flare for decorating, and laid back attitude while accommodating all of our endless questions and requests for the day of and events leading up to our wedding. Jeanette and her staff were able to help us coordinate a rehearsal dinner, picnic the day before, wedding (complete with setup and take down), and farewell brunch. She made us feel welcome to take over the ranch and make it our own for the full weekend. She ensured that our big day ran as smoothly as possible, that we had everything we needed and went out of her way so that we and our guests could enjoy the wedding of our dreams! It is no surprise that they have been featured in several wedding magazines and is a very popular venue. We loved that our guests could stay on site and were equally impressed with the variety of accommodations. They have several different locations on the property to hold the ceremony and reception that are available depending on size and personal preference, both indoor and out. Lastly our favorite feature was the barn; it is a quintessential, formerly working barn, now decorated in classic western flare, perfect for dancing and late evening festivities! If Moose Creek Ranch has the feel you are looking for, book early! You will be even more blown away at the time of your event than you could have possibly imagined, a dream wedding come true, thanks to Jeanette and her team!

on to tie the knot at this ranch--and make for insanely amazing photo opps. The other sites we looked at required tents, bathrooms, electricity, etc. and MCR did not. It's setup for weddings and large parties as is. The barn is already decorated (it even has an amazing wooden bar and hay bales for inside seating), and the property alone is just stunning. With the rental of this venue, you are able to block out lodging for your guests and use the entire property and it's amenities. They have chairs, picnic tables, chalkboards and other odds and ends for use that cut down on the rental costs. Best part yet is that you aren't tied down to specific vendors and are allowed to bring in your own bartenders and alcohol (which is huge if you're on a budget like we were). And last but not least, the owner (John) and property manager (Jeanette) went above and beyond in helping us make sure we had the best weekend ever. They even helped with setup, which was very kind. If you're looking for a gorgeous backdrop for your wedding, MCR is a FABULOUS option!

wonderful having everyone staying at one place for the entire week. The cabins and lodge are wonderful and probably the best value/deal in the Teton/Jackson area. I've spent a lot of time in the areas and I can't think a single I'd rather stay. Jeanette is wonderful! She did an amazing job helping plan the event, handle the vendors and ensure that our wedding day came off perfectly. I don't think we would have been able to pull off such an amazing wedding without her help. Our friends and family are already talking about how much they miss the place and have started plotting a return trip for next summer.
