It was so great getting to work with Carrie and her team for our wedding! More Than A Memory is easy to work with, highly communicative, and flexible. My mom and I were stunned by the florals on the morning of my wedding. Would absolutely recommend!

My husband and I had the luxury of having the best florist ever. I chose More Than A Memory because both of my sisters used her, and their bouquets were absolutely beautiful. I wanted as few flowers as possible, so we had bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and some additional flowers for the cake from Carrie, and they were all perfect. Communication was also great- all of my questions were always answered, and all expectations were exceeded. It is so special to me that my whole family used the same person!

No words can express how perfect the flowers were at our wedding. I asked for an “explosion” of flowers. I wanted flowers to be everywhere you look. I had no inspiration photos just the color scheme. She did amazing I would suggest her to anyone who needs flowers at any event. She picked the most beautiful flowers and matched the colors so well. Because of her I had the perfect wedding that every girl dreams of.

I used Carrie for my wedding and I was not disappointed! She goes above and beyond and makes sure that she captures your exact vision! I had an issue with my wedding coordinator trying to change something that she knew I didn’t want and came to me to make sure it was getting done correctly and that made me a lifetime customer. Something that seems so small made the biggest difference to me and she knew what my vision was and made sure to do everything to make sure it came to life. I used her for my sister in-laws wedding as well and she once again exceeded expectations, and not to mention that she was way under the coat of every other florist I contacted and it was all for the exact same flowers and everything. More than a memory will not disappoint you on you’re big day!

I was very sad about how this vendor experience went. The communication was bad - she rescheduled our initial meeting twice then we ended up doing it over the phone. My wedding planner wasn't able to get in touch with her at all via phone or email for any sort of confirmation on anything so I had to reach out myself multiple times. She was sent our itinerary three times and confirmed the day before she would be there at noon. By 1 pm no one had showed up and I couldn't get ahold of her- I was freaking out. She said she would be there in 30 minutes, which turned into an hour, until two teenagers (not even her) arrived 2.5 hours late to set up. Things were so late our photos were delayed and we didn't have time to put water in any vases either. She texted to apologize and offered to return our $100 delivery fee but never did. At that point I was just happy to be done stressing I never pushed it further. The only upside is that our flowers did turn out very pretty, but they were not worth the stress I experienced while getting ready that almost ruined my entire day. Based on any other recent review, I think this vendor used to do good work but has taken on too many clients lately.

Disappointing experience. The communication left a lot to be desired. I gave Carrie my inspiration pictures for my wedding florals and there was zero communication beforehand about how my bouquets, centerpieces, and arch flowers were progressing. The color palette for the bouquets ended up being okay, but ultimately wasn’t quite the colors I asked for. The day of the wedding, I didn’t even meet the florist, she sent her daughter and a friend to set up the table centerpieces. They ended up doing a good job, but I had to go down and show them the inspiration pictures because they had no idea what the tables were supposed to look like. The arch flowers also ended up looking very barren and we were charged $400 for those flowers alone (picture attached). All in all everything worked out and we had a wonderful wedding, but after paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars for our flowers, it was absolutely the most disappointing vendor experience.

Carrie Ann Zettlemoyer provided BEAUTIFUL flowers for our wedding. In researching around for a florist for our wedding, Carrie was by far the least expensive so I would be lying if I said I wasn't concerned about the quality. Day of our wedding when our flowers arrived, I almost cried at how ABSOLUTELY PERFECT THEY WERE! You guys, they were STUNNING!!! They were exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't have been more happy with them. I sent Carrie tons of photos to go off of, and she knocked it out of the park! Thank you so much Carrie! I also love what she stands for as a business! ❤

More Than A Memory delivered absolutely beautiful florals for my wedding day that were exactly what I envisioned. Carrie took my Pinterest inspiration and ran with it. Super easy to book, and didn’t require a lot of additional time to discuss things which really was so refreshing when planning everything else. Delivery on the wedding day was early and quick. I never once worried what my flowers would look like and that was amazing. Would totally recommend to everybody.

We hired More Than A Memory for my daughters wedding. Carrie and her husband were amazing! They catered to our every request with no hesitation. They made my daughters wedding BEAUTIFUL! So many special touches were added to make everything perfect! I would most definitely recommend them 💯

So incredibly pleased with Carrie’s work from More Than a Memory! I’m not really a flower person, but I knew I wanted real flowers, and I wanted to use them to incorporate my favorite color in my wedding since I wasn’t making it the primary color. I explained to Carrie exactly what I wanted and asked questions several times, and Carrie responded promptly and answered each question so kindly and with reassurance! I really appreciated her help in making my big day perfect!

The owner, Carrie was SO wonderful to work with! She was very patient, kind, prefessional and completely made my vision come to life! She went above and beyond to find flower options that I loved. YALL - CARRIE IS AMAZING AT WHAT SHE DOES. I was so overwhelmed when I saw the floral arrangements on wedding day. They were so vibrant and lush and I literally didn’t think something like florals would make me teary eyed. Carrie will work with your budget and will make your vision come true. I had SO MANY compliments on the florals from everyone at the wedding. For my trial bouquet, I had a couple notes that I wanted changed and she took everything I had to say and DELIVERED. I wish I could have kept them all forever and it broke my heart to get rid of them after the wedding (we gave them to a nearby nursing home). Carrie also gives you a floral arrangement for the memory table, bless her heart, and offers to make pins of your loved ones/ pets for your bouquet. I had a picture of my cat in my bouquet to walk with me down the aisle and it was probably my favorite detail all day. Carrie also offered to provide the wood base which the tall arrangements sit on, on top of the Harlow stands, and that was so nice of her and her husband to do that! We couldn’t have better things to say about Carrie, even my husband loved the floral arrangements and he’s not a flower guy and we were both floored by the sweetheart table arch she created.

Carrie is amazing! She was the most affordable and by far the ONLY vendor that actually cared what I was wanting in my bouquet. She listened. I am very simple but my flowers were not only exactly what I wanted but they were elegant! EVERY bride should pick her to the flowers because she truly cares! Because I was a COVID Bride she even helped me out to get me a bouquet in my small ceremony before the big reception free of charge. She truly is a BLESSING!

We found Carrie through Facebook and fell in love with her work instantly! She offered a very unique and personal experience that we were looking for in a florist. We had a meeting with her about 2 months before the wedding and went over basic ideas of what we wanted, then a month before the wedding we locked in exactly what we wanted. Carrie was thoroughly prepared at every point along the way and never pressured us to purchase anything we weren't sure would fit the way we wanted. Carrie paid close attention to detail, so much so that she added a special sunflower to the back of my bouquet (my mother didn't want the bouquet to have sunflowers, so she snuck it in so only I could see it). We also got great notes about Carrie from our DOC. She said Carrie made her day easier because she came in completely prepared and did not need extra assistance, which shows how great of a vendor Carrie is. We HIGHLY recommend More Than a Memory for your special event!

More Than a Memory - Carrie and her husband was a LIFE SAVER FOR US!! Due to COVID our wedding did not happen. But because of COVID we were able to have a beautiful small intimate ceremony. My husband and I decided about 2.5 weeks before our date that we were going to keep our date and we needed a few things for it and flowers were one of them and at this point in April everything was closed down. My matron of honor and I did some digging on Etsy, Pintrest, Facebook, the Knot and Amazon. My MOH came across More Than a Memory on a bride to bride page on Facebook. I was so glad to have found someone!! After looking at More Than a Memory's reviews and photos I was in LOVE with her work. I reached out to her to get a quote for a Bouquet, Flower Crown and a Boutonniere. I am so grateful that Carrie understood my budget/ aware of the circumstances and was able to work around the COVID craz. Carrie was phenomenal, I have never before needed any of these and had no idea on what to ask for. I sent her pictures of inspiration and a bouquet my matron of honor and I put together one day at Hobby Lobby. Carrie and I went back and forth for a few days on details and questions that I had not knowing what to ask for or how big I wanted everything to be. She was kind enough to send me photos to help narrow down my sections and she was FAST at responding. At the end of all of it she created a beautiful bouquet that I will get to keep and cherish for ever- along with an amazing flower crown. She also added a boutonniere for my husband [ I completely forgot about that detail of him needing something too]. My bouquet was so beautiful! It had all the colors and flowers I had asked for- it was full, the flowers are silk and look amazing! I am so blessed to be able to keep my bouquet forever. My friends and family are so amazed at how full, beautiful and real the bouquet turned out for it to be silk flowers. I was and still am at how fast she was able to create this masterpiece!! To top it all off her husband delivered it to me! This business will forever have my business and my friends and families. Carrie and her husband were very heartwarming, kind and professional. They made me feel at ease with this crazy and I couldn’t be more grateful! My husband and I will be having our wedding in October and have already made arrangements for my bridal party flowers with Carrie and her beautiful creations. More Than a Memory was a wedding saver for us! We chose to have a very small ceremony with multiple modifications amidst the Corona virus shut down in spring-summer 2020. I thought I wouldn’t be able to have flowers at the wedding because everything was shut down. I had seen another brides flowers from More Than a Memory before and decided I would see if she was available. To my delight, she was more than willing to do our flowers for the special day! She created beautiful bouquets for me and my bridesmaid. She also added boutenires for the groom and groomsmen. My bouquet was so beautiful! It had all the colors we asked for, it was full, the flowers were incredible fresh and vibrant despite traveling from Texas to North Carolina! Despite everything else we had to do without, having our flowers from this business really made our small ceremony look like a beautiful wedding! Thank you so much!

Carrie was AMAZING!! I sent her a summary of the order that I was about to place with a vendor who stopped responding to me and she made it happen with about 2-3 weeks notice. IN A PANDEMIC!!
