We got the entire wedding set his and mine from here. Obviously females engagement ring isn't a real stone. We have been trying to get it replaced for months! Finally today 1-19-21...
, after going in AGAIN this past Friday, i got a call "we have a 1.06 heart diamond g si2 for 3100." Great I'll look whenit comes in that's exactly what i want. Not 2 minutes later they call back "oh this is pricing from October. We haven't heard back from Chase. I'll have to call you back." You offer exactly what i want and i accept and then rip it away and say you have nothing because you don't communicate well within your own company? It's been 5 days since my last trip in and you haven't heard back yet?
Very knowledgeable sales representatives. Great customer service. Jessica greeted us as we entered the store, she was very pleasant and helpful showing us rings in our price range....

The jewelers were very helpful and informative. They have high quality jewelry and customer service. I will go back!
I went here after I moved down from northern Idaho (They were affiliated with the jewelers where I had bought my wedding rings) I needed my rings soldered together and they were ab...
le to get it done in just 3 days! I was very pleased on how fast they were and how beautiful my ring turned out! It is spectacular!
My husband went to all the jewelry stores in the Boise Towne Square mall and couldn't find any engagement rings that came close to the quality of the diamonds at Morgan Jewelers. A...
nd they were all charging more for lower quality jewelry!
We have felt very welcome every time we have come in for various reasons from purchasing wedding bands to getting my rings re-plated with rhodium.
The only frustration we had was in trying to pay for our purchase with a check or our debit card. They can only accept checks on weekdays which was not explained. Then, they had to make a phone call to confirm that the money was available to use our debit card and the balance given was incorrect and about a week old. We had to pay back our credit card from our checking which was an added inconvenience.
Just a head's up - you should expect to only use a credit card or store credit to pay for your purchase. If you don't use credit cards, plan to only make your purchase on a weekday..
My husband got the ring himself, but when it was time to pick out a wedding band they made it easy and never pressured us into it.
Great ring for a good price.
I found my wedding band during labor day weekend and took advantage of their sale! It was simple, beautiful, and unique. It was the perfect wedding band to go with my engagement ri...
ng! They were quick when it came to soldering my two rings at the bottom only and it looked beautiful. Positioned perfectly. I'm so happy with it and their service.
We will likely never purchase jewelry anywhere but here. The service, value and quality that we get at Morgan's surpasses any other we've received. They know our names when we walk...
in the store. And I don't mean just one of them, all of them know both mine and my husband's names and address us when we walk in the store. And we love our rings too!
I fell in love with my ring the moment I saw it. It could not have been more perfect. They helped use figure out pricing options and even let my finacee put it on lay away since th...
e newer ones were smaller than the one I got. The people there made us feel like family. We are so glad we went with them. Very fast turn around on sizing and rhodium plating!
