At Morgan Michelle Weddings & Events, we are passionate about creating moments and memories for our couples and giving all a stress-free, champagne-filled, blissfully perfect experience. We offer day-of coordination as well as partial planning and full-service planning packages. We offer a la carte items such as additional hours of day-of coordination, additional hourly consultations, and coffee and chat consultations so our clients can receive the essential guidance they need at any point in the planning process. We provide an organized, detail-oriented approach to wedding planning that allows our couples to relax during the entire process, but most importantly, the day of!
I'm Morgan! Planner, coordinator, and timeline enthusiast. My passion for event and wedding planning started when I happened on a job opening and took a chance in Kansas City. Although Kansas City presented me with amazing opportunities, lessons, people, and mentors, my small town heart brought me back home. I started Morgan Michelle Weddings & Events to provide local couples with affordable, dependable wedding planning and day-of coordination services. I am passionate about creating champagne filled moments and blissful memories for couples in the four state area. My favorite part of wedding planning is forming long-lasting relationships with my clients and sharing the memories of their perfect day.

Morgan was amazing at my October 2025 wedding!
Here’s why:
1- I had a “I forgot my extra boob tape at home” moment and as a 40DDD cup and a dress without bra/support I NEEDED...
it. She went to Ulta and picked more up for me!
2- As a DIY bride, I had a LOT of stuff with me. She made sure all of it got set up by the decorator correctly, and packed up safe to get back home.
3- I had quite a few “oh my god I forgot to tell you ___” moments. She never once complained, seemed frustrated by it, or told me “we can’t do that.” Even down to forgetting to tell her someone needed to fill in the faux cake spot so we could cut our “cake” with only a few minutes until that needed to happen.
4- I hired Morgan as a day-of-coordinator but she helped much more than that. Having someone in the final weeks to ask questions and figured things out was incredibly helpful.
5- there isn’t a single thing that didn’t go according to plan that I would say was Morgan’s fault. Everything I asked her to do she did and did it flawlessly.

en dealt with a tricky last-minute situation with another vendor, which gave us so much peace of mind. The day-of went so smoothly because of her and her team. We were able to relax and enjoy the day while she took care of all the details. We had a backyard wedding so there were lots of details to keep track of - Morgan didn’t miss a step! But actually she was much more than a day of coordinator…we met several times to discuss all the details of my big day, she was available for all my questions and concerns and made all my anxiety go away! She’s the sweetest, smartest, savviest woman and she was a critical part of having the big day go as smoothly as possible! the process made me feel much more at ease in completing my to do list. She was great help in creating my timeline, checking in with vendors, and answering any questions I had! When the big day came I felt no stress because I knew Morgan had it taken care of! She made sure everyone was organized and in the right place, she helped with decorating and tear down of the event space, and ensured everything was going as planned. ome general ideas and color schemes we wanted to work with but not a whole lot more than that. She listened to us, took our personalities, likes and dislikes, and collaborated with our vendors to come up with a perfect plan for our night. Her communication during the planning period and the day/night of was a huge sense of calmness for me; I knew that I could count on her.
Need help with table scapes? Morgan’s got it. Floor plan? Morgan has that, too. Getting a guest’s shoe out of a chandelier? Yep, that’s Morgan. If you’re in search of a planner I highly recommended Morgan!
