She provided us with a detailed document for us to add our song requests to and met with us to discuss exactly what we did and did not want included on our big day. My husband and I have an eclectic taste in music, and she worked with it, no questions asked. On the day of, everyone had a blast. Guests enjoyed the photo booth (complete with props), and almost everyone (including my grandpa) got up and danced! If you are looking for a good time, you will find it with Suzanne!

DO NOT USE! While I was first impressed by Susanne's positive reaction to all my requests, I found out in the week before my wedding that she hadn't paid attention. Emails were ove...
rrun with misspellings (including my name) and she seemed to forget everything I requested. In the week before the wedding, when I was checking in on our song requests during dinner, she claimed I never sent her the requests and it was too late to add any more than 5 songs to the request list, despite having responded to the emails in which the request was made by the required time. She didn't even let me speak directly to the dj until I begged her. By then, it was the DAY before the wedding. As any bride knows, things are more than slightly hectic at that time. At the wedding, the DJ ("TC") wasn't where he was supposed to be, which delayed the start of our reception by about 20 minutes. The dance floor lights he was contracted to bring were nowhere to be found (and since our photographer was counting on them, it cost us pictures as well) and their system skipped repeatedly. In fact, when a bridesmaid asked why the music kept skipping during our first dance, he said it was my bad cd (I provided a backup with our first dance and some songs not in their library, only to be used if HIS cd was malfunctioning). Even if it had been my cd, that would have meant his had already failed and still doesn't explain why songs I never put on a cd were skipping throughout the reception. We were in a theater and the tech support even offered to plug him into their system to try to fix the issues, but he refused. He wasn't playing the music we requested and spent hours compiling but when we asked him to stick to our requests, he acted like a child and started repeating songs. I actually had guests come up to me and say "please tell me you won't have to pay him for this." Unfortunately, not only did I have to pay him, but I didn't even hear from Susanne after the wedding regarding the $50 I was supposed to receive for the hour we did not use the DJ. When I contacted her and tried to voice my complaint, she said there was nothing she could do about my "opinion" of TC and since the parent company that was used to book me went out of business, she couldn't give me any sort of refund - including the time I didn't use the DJ.
Overall, I would absolutely never recommend this company. Your wedding day is far too important to trust to these people.
Ease to work with. Kept eye on bride and groom to make sure they were hydrated AND made sure the party never stalled.
