I did check in with everyone about serving drinks i apologize just wanted to make sure we are conducting everything in that department the right way and the safe way that is a very serious department when it comes to 180 guest and drinking you need bartenders an they need training on whats expected of them to keep people safe.We are still new to all of that and want to keep the weddings here with all happy endings when its time to depart . My only goal is to keep all the wedding safe while drinking and to make sure we did what was required. sorry if i upset you in anyway . We met several times i had no ideal you wasn’t happy about anything i would have brought you brand new linens down if you would have let me or Jamie know we have plenty and sometimes the lighting depending on time of day you don’t see a stain Jamie came down to see if you guys needed anything . You said all was good besides the chairs count in your text. The stacked chairs always need wiped from outside an thats was part of the reason i ask you about your schedule so we could finish the chairs the day before your wedding we needed to give them more attention the tables was ready and set up just a small amount of the chairs and the outside chairs as well get wiped . when you was finished with rehearsal an setting up we was going to finish the guest chairs i didn’t mean at all to offend you i apologize if i did . We would have came down and cleaned them and Jamie also came down an spoke with you guys . I did ask about the doggie running around the day prior and i apologize i just worried when i seen the dog running freely i worried about things being stepped in the yard an due to we don’t ever just have dogs running freely we could have missed that an would never want any guest to experience that on there shoes. You assured me you was handling it an it was all good for us . Also the tables can set 12 you could have more tables out if you would like an set 10 if you wanted that was absolutely possible as well . The venue is what we provide and the weddings running smoothly isn’t up to me i don’t coordinate the weddings but any issues i could have handled or helped with and wiping off the chairs or got you new linens etc. The Pergola also is always been there we can’t move it on our own. We don’t always have 4 guys on hand to move it i do make everyone aware of that when i tour them . We also provided the venue to you from 8am till 10pm the day before then on the day of as early as you wanted until midnight . We meet several times . Im truly sorry again an thank you for the compliment about the venue deserving a 5 star that is the job i promised to deliver it sounds like you was okay with that part , just some last minute details me an Nathan worked them out quickly with no issues . We also had no problem keeping all your decor until the next day we cleaned around it with no problem keeping it for your decor company until the next day. I communicated with Nathan throughout the day for trash bags etc came he found them immediately i came right down . He said everything was wonderful.. The window in the bridal sweet has always not been covered from day one even when i toured i have only had a few people ask about it due to it faces the woods. Im sorry about letting that slip my mind i do try and to meet everyone’s wants an needs and Amelia i just hope your big day was amazing and that you had enough time in the venue to enjoy it . The guest looked like they was having an amazing time . Nathan said everything was amazing in mine and his last text after midnight . I do hope you accept my apology i do think i upset you when i ask about your dog and the schedule i don’t intend to i wish i would have called you instead of text that things sound differently than the way they can be taken through Text .
