Best of all, she can make people who were not at your wedding feel as if they were, through all the emotion, dynamic movement, and life that comes through her pictures. You don't need a videographer with her photos. At the event, she's practically invisible but everywhere at the same time. You know those photographers that block your view during the ceremony? Or are obnoxious trying to get in front of you to get a better shot of the first dance? Not Megan. Our family and friends repeatedly 'wow' at how they couldn't even tell she was there. But she captured everything. Once the big day is over, she continues to take care of you with beautiful books and albums and quality prints. Before, during, and after - she is responsive, and attentive, and thinks of the details or questions you wouldn't even know to ask. After she shoots, she turns pictures and albums around to you in a heartbeat. My friends are amazed at how quickly I received my photos. And she did all of this with an infant at home. Megan's work is so inspiring and beautiful and we felt so honored we could work with her. I highly recommend booking an engagement session with Megan as well - being able to work with her twice made us feel that much more comfortable for our wedding. I am out of state from Megan and her communication, availability, etc was outstanding. While we figured out other details and vendors for the wedding, we never had any reservations with Megan and especially being out of state, she was even more helpful than local vendors! Her sneak peek, extended sneak, and overall turnaround times are incredibly quick. Her quality and thought that goes into each shot are just the best there is. From her final cut, her editing is outstanding in terms of selection and quality. We couldn't recommend her more! We can't wait to work with her in the future for family sessions or anything else :)

She made each scene look enchanted and each couple magazine-ready, we were hooked! She was the first planning e-mail we sent, with fingers crossed that she'd be available for our day (her availability was absolutely the only variable we'd consider for changing our date). Luckily for us, Megan accepted our job. We later found out she was married the very weekend before and generously arranged her honeymoon around our date displaying true professionalism, dedication and commitment to her clients. When she arrived the morning of my wedding, she was as focused and prepared as could be, making me feel calm and centered. I marvel now (thinking about the exhaustion that set in the weekend after my wedding) at her energy, enthusiasm and giving spirit for those she works with. We had been long admirers of Megan's inspiring, breath-taking photojournalism and felt honored to have the chance to work with such an incredible artist during our wedding planning process. She was the one vendor we never had to think twice about. Megan was a guide when we needed direction and an organizer when we needed someone to keep track of all our wants/wishes. Above all else, she made it clear from start to finish that she was there for us, to make sure she captured every one of our dreams because working with us meant they were important dreams to her, too. This was evidence through the amazing photographs she took on our day. What everyone tells you is true- the day goes by too quickly, but thankfully for us, we can relive the magical moments every day for the rest of our lives in the masterpieces Megan froze in her lens. There's not one picture we'd change, not one essential moment missing. Thanks to Megan's gift for photography, all of our wedding dreams were captured. She really listened to what we wanted and let us be involved 100% in the photography process. She even flew all the way to Michigan to capture our day!
