Morrison and Smith Jewelers was absolutely amazing. Ask for Sam and you will not regret it! She made us feel like we were the most important clients to her and she was so intereste...
d in our wedding! She helped us create the most beautiful engagement ring from family diamonds and then helped us pick gorgeous wedding bands to match! We will forever shop at Morrison and Smith Jewelers!
Our experience with Morrison Smith began when my (now husband) reached out to Sam to custom make my engagement ring! We knew that after working with them (and how gorgeous my ring ...
was) we would be going back for our wedding bands! I was so exited to be a part of the process of designing my wedding band, and we were able to figure out how to get my husbands band as well. When we picked up our wedding bands we wore them for 4 hours that night and we didn’t want to take them off! We did though, and waiting until the ceremony when we would get to wear the forever!
They were so attentive every step of the way, and answered every single one of our questions! Are rings are gorgeous, and they have 2 customers for life now!!
My engagement ring was designed and purchased at Morrison Smith and I love their work so much! I have several other pieces of jewelry from them, and I appreciate how much pride the...
y put into their work. I was delighted when my (now) fiancé pulled out a Morrison Smith box when he got down on one knee!
The entire staff at Morrison Smith Jewelers were great to work with as my husband picked out my engagement ring as well as when we came in to pick out our wedding bands. They went ...
out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect for the both of us! Thanks so much! We will be back!
We didn't have our rings made here, but we did use this fine establishment for other jewelry needs. I had a pearl necklace converted into a double wrap bracelet for the wedding, an...
d they did a beautiful job with it. My husband's ring ended up being a bit too large so we took it to them post-wedding and they had a two day turn around to get it back to us before we needed to leave on the honeymoon. They are very fast and attentive. They also will check your stones for looseness and clean/shine your ring anytime for free. Very friendly staff and the cases are filled with quality jewels. I will use them for jewelry needs from now on.
After searching through several jewelry stores in Charlotte I found the perfect engagement ring at Morrison Smith. I was using a family center stone that was an odd size, so they c...
reated a 3 stone setting with side accents from scratch to fit around my center stone! I still to this day have not found another ring (in my opinion) more beautiful than mine! My husband and I chose to use their services again for our wedding bands after such a pleasant experience the first time around.
Again, they made a band from scratch that would match my engagement ring perfectly. My band came in around $1000 and my husband's at $1500 (Both had diamonds).
My husband loves his band. The owners of Morrison Smith helped him try on several to find the perfect one and then guided him through getting the fit perfect, since he wasn't used to wearing rings.
I suggest them to anyone I know getting married or engaged! They were wonderful for us and I have no doubt I will use their services again in the future!
