He let me know which staff were going to be at the wedding and worked with our coordinator on the timeline for the day. Everything was served on time and there were no issues on the day of the wedding. Everyone enjoyed the food, and we were very happy that we chose Mosaic as our caterer.

Pat's team was able to accommodate our modifications (vegetarian meals and kids meals) and we received rave reviews from our wedding guests. We went with cheese, crackers and fruit for our cocktail hour. For dinner, we served an awesome salad with strawberries with the option for either gouda/spinach stuffed chicken or steak topped with garlic butter. Mosaic also assisted in cutting and plating our cake for our guests. Pat attended the wedding to make sure everything went according to plan. With 200 guests, Pat's team seamlessly served everyone and allowed us to stay on schedule for first dances. It was nice to feel comfortable knowing you were in good hands. The huli huli chicken, rice pilaf, veggies, and cool cucumber salad were all so fresh and full of flavor! Absolutely perfect for an outdoor event in the summer heat! I HIGHLY recommend hiring Mosaic Cafe & Catering for your wedding. You will absolutely not be disappointed. I also recommend renting your linens from them as they saved me a lot of $$ compared to the other places I could've rented them from. Lastly, my sister has a crazy restrictive diet and Pat did a perfect job at creating her a meal that she was able to eat and she LOVED it. That never happens!

Pat's professional and personable attitude, the selections we sampled (each wonderful!), the options available, and the pricing all ended our search immediately. Pat worked with us every step of the way with my multiple questions. The outcome was a perfect meal for our guests. The entrees, salads, and sides were each unique and delicious as proven by the many compliments we received - and trips back for 'seconds'. Mosaic's onsite staff were each dressed professionally and setup the table in an attractive arrangement for our guests. We opted for buffet style, but table service is also available.
