Mosaic Pickle was absolutely amazing!! I had about a 200 person wedding and it's been a week and people are still complimenting the food. They cooked 5 different hors d'oeuvres for... our cocktail hour. We had bacon wrapped dates, asian lettuce chicken wraps, teriyaki meatballs, caprese kabobs and even a charcuterie board! After the cocktail hour was over all the food was gone! For the entrees I wanted something different and that wasn't your typical "meat and taters" midwestern wedding food. They did a phenomenal job. We needed up having curry chicken with jasmine rice, shrimp and lobster ravioli with vodka sauce and BBQ pulled pork with scalloped potatoes. People were just raving all night about the food and how it was very unique and delicious. They are friendly, professional and very attentive. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in really good food, with a personal touch for a price that won't break the bank. I was so lucky to be able to have Mosaic Pickle cater my wedding! My guests are still talking about how yummy the food was, I don't think I'd have anyone else help me with my special day.
